"We've been waiting for some time now, it looks like the battle has ended and the monsters are retreating. It looks like they're taking the Lizard and Crocodile men as prisoners." The man with the beard and bald head came to a conclusion.
"Hmm, yeah, this guy had more cards then I thought, he even had a DragonRex, this is certainly not a good sign." Though he was saying this, he figured it wasn't his problem. Once they got paid for this information, they'll just leave this island.
"Well, everything's been recorded so let's get out of here to report this. I doubt the Guild will take action themselves since the highest rank on this island is an A-Rank adventurer who is working for that noble right now."
The guild would surely be surprised to see this new monster, but they won't act on it. They would see what it could do and what it had, and would surely wait for stronger Adventurers to fight it.
"We can't be careless in this forest anymore. After we get paid, we can head to tarnish desert to reside there instead!" They all agreed and moved out, but before they could leave, they felt the temperature skyrocket!
"What the... fuck? Why is it so hot all of a sudden?"
At that moment, the orb cracked, then it exploded into pieces of glass! They were shocked, but it wasn't time for that, they wanted to act to defend themselves but they were turned into ash on the spot!
A woman soon came out of the forest with a smile on her face. "Now, now, you can't go around talking and spreading things that could bring trouble." It was Diana the Phoenix, she had long sensed these guys, she saw everything in this domain.
Diana looked into the distance toward where the battle had occurred, she had an idea about what Vitiate was, but he looked different from them due to his wings. She'd just meet him later and ask him again, maybe he would give her an answer.
However, her eyes were as clear as water right now, they weren't red and yellow as seen by Vitiate before. In fact, this was how her eyes really looked like, her eyes would change into those two colors when she was serious or in combat.
Author note: Her real eye color is actually a black-grayish color. I have a picture of her already. I also picture of the elf that will be described soon.
With that, she walked back into the forest as if nothing had happened.

Vitiate started to analyze the Elf that appeared, she had long pink wavy hair. Her face was out of this world, it was on par with the phoenix! Her eyes were blue, she gave off soothing energy that didn't seem threatening at all.
She looked very young, she wore clear green elven clothes with a white piece of cloth down between her legs, it just acted to cover it up. The elf woman had silver earrings in her ears.
Vitiate then scanned her body, any normal man would do this. Her chest wasn't that notable, but her butt was nice and plump, he made sure he wasn't caught scanning her like he was.
Roselynn did the same and analyzed Vitiate closely, he still had his mask on and gave off a mysterious type monster vibe. She didn't seem to notice Vitaiate checking her out in a strange way, but he had a mask on, so it was easy to hide this.
Just when she was about to speak, the Wind Wolf landed by Vitiate's side, she had noticed the elf and quickly ran over. Vitiate signaled her that it was alright, but the wolf told him that there were other elves hiding close by.
"So, elf, why have you stopped me? I'm quite busy right now and can't really talk much. Can't you see, I'm wreaking havoc on these Lizard and Crocodile men!" Vitiate didn't care if he sounded rude, he wasn't afraid of anything right now.

"Okay, Mr. X, I was wondering, just what are you? Are you a demon because I can't sense any evil Aura from you at all." Roslynn couldn't help but ask, she had a few run-ins with demons before, but he felt different from them.
"No! I'm not a Demon, Devil or Human, that's all I can tell you." Vitiate shrugged and said.
Roslynn couldn't help but to re-evaluate Vitiate in appearance and the way she thought of him. Maybe they could become friends, she had been testing the waters at this point but she kept getting warned by that cautious maniac Caitlin.
Demons, humans, and Devils were the ultimate enemies of the elven race. These other races would either enslave, torture, or eat them, this happened too often and created grievance between them. Elves weren't hostile from the start, and would give any race a chance to befriend them.
Sadly, Devils, Demons, and Humans had long burned their bridges with them.Vitiate's race may have a chance to make an ally out of the elven race, who knows?
Vitiate was neither of the above, so he couldn't be counted as her enemy.
"Yes, we can be good friends, I have the ability to talk in all languages, so I was able to sway other monsters to help me fight for what is right!"

Apparently, it didn't work 100 percent, but it was a start.
Though she gave him a chance because he could have easily attacked her back then and even now by calling over monsters to aid him in killing her, but he didn't. If it had been a Devil, human or Demon, she would have been attacked right away with no questions asked.
"Okay, I'll be on my way now." He turned and walked away with the Wind Wolf. Roslynn stared at his back, as she felt the strange sensation slowly disappear from her body.
"What was that good feeling I had when I was talking to him, it felt so good and relaxing!" It gave her the feeling of peace of mind while making her feel comfortable. The rest of the elves walked out of the forest after he left.
"He seemed different then what I was imagining him to be." The cloaked Elf man seemed satisfied with Vitiate's personality.
"Hmph! He was probably lying, he also seemed arrogant as well!" Caitlan didn't buy Vitiate's act, she was a very cautious person, after all.
"As long as he doesn't bring any of the clowns over, he's okay with me." The orange headed elf woman looked around with fast takes of the forest.
Caitlan's brother didn't say anything, but he did stare at Vitiate in the distance, it was no telling what he was thinking.

Most of Vitiate's army had already moved out at this point. Vitiate was now heading to the swamp, he had most of his monsters head back to the Dungeon. He took the Ice Dragon, the 3 corrosion Lizards, and the Wind Wolf.
There was clearly a lot to do when he got back to the base, he needed to fix the dungeon up, then head back out 2 days later to fight the shark men.
"I could put the shark men on hold for now and just head to Goa Village. I don't know yet, we'll have to see how things go first." Infiltrating Goa Village was a must, he needed as much information as he could get.
Once he arrived at the swamp entrance, a horrible smell caused him and the monsters he brought with him noses to shrivel awkwardly.
"Damn!" Vitiate quickly took out a mask and put it over his mouth and nose under his current mask. He put one on the Wolf, Dragon, and Corrosion lizard's face as well, they all looked like they wanted to run away at first.
He could hear a battle up ahead!
Once he was present, he saw the Goblins, Kobolds and the Sludge Monster catching frog and toad men. The Sludge monster was sending out tendrils and tentacles to catch the frog and toad men, they couldn't resist the Sludge monster once it latched onto them.
The Minotaur was fighting a Giant Frog, it was the same one that ate his crow at that time. Once they were caught, they would be knocked out and thrown into the cages. The Minotaur and other monsters didn't want to attack in a close combat conflict, but it was unavoidable with the minotaur, as it became the top priority of the Giant Frog!
"Let's help them out, then return home!" It's been a long day already, and he had much to do when he got back.
