The problem was healing missing limbs, he could heal them with potions if they had the missing limb with them, as he did with the Hobgoblin in the past. He would have to put a few Dungeon Points on the line if he wanted to heal these type of injuries, but what could he do?
Vitiate first healed the two dwarf sisters, one had blue hair and the other had red hair. One was blind while the other was deaf. Vitiate pull out a dropper and inserted it into a potion bottle and sucked it up. Afterward, he just squeezed some drops of the potion liquid into their ears and eyes.

"Good! Some of you won't be able to walk until tomorrow, so just stick around and watch for the time being." However, if they chose to stay after all of this, then he would have to put them under the Dungeon's roster.
