Inside a cave, many knights walked back and forth carrying dead bodies from the recently discovered cave. Usually, they wouldn't tell the people of Goa about these things and would rather hide them, but everyone was looking for some answers.
"Captain, how many fatalities do we have in total?" One of the knights who reported straight to the commander asked.
"We're still counting, the number is unreal, even children and infants weren't spared!" They looked at the bodies at a loss. All these Evil activities were happening underneath their noses, but they still couldn't find any clues.
"The Commander has already called for help from the RuneStar Temple, they'll be here in 5 days. I think you already know that the Silver Scorpion faction is on their way as well, things aren't going to be so peaceful around here." The Knights sighed just thinking about it.
"What? Why would they waste their time helping us with these cases? Wouldn't they think something like this was beneath them?" He was also worried about this Silver Scorpion faction, what if they fail to kill this Phoenix? She wouldn't hesitate to gather the monsters she ruled over and attack all of Goa!
"Well, the commander's cousin has a pretty high ranking within the temple, so he was able to get some people to fight for this cause. Even the Commander is worried about Silver Scorpion, they are possibly endangering our town!"
Both of them shook their heads, as they looked over at the dead bodies that were being taken away.
"I want to properly question the man who found this place, but the guild only told me that he'll only appear on his promotion date." Morris the detective inspected the bodies, and knew right away that the report was right, these were the acts of vampires.
"Detective, the bodies, or what is left of the vampire's bodies have been inspected. Sadly, we didn't get much, all we can tell is that they were badly assaulted, it was a violent attack! Some sort of cutting weapon, the experts say it was done by a heavy type weapon, maybe a cleaver or an Axe of some sort."
"It's as I said, they must have been killed by that adventurer, it's no way he found them like this. There was blood near the entrance of the cave, there is also the possibility that our person of interest wasn't alone."
"Are you saying, he had help beating these vampires?" This would make sense when dealing with so many vampires at once.
"No, what I speculate is that the person he was with might have gotten hurt." Morris rubbed his chin and continued. "Afterward, make sure the bodies are burned, we don't need some psychotic Necromaner reviving the dead."
"Ah, right away, sir!" The Detective's young partner ran off afterward.
"I'll get to the bottom of this, none of these monsters will escape!" Morris looked at the dead bodies being carried away and coldly said.

Siena was surprised to see Vitiate strange outfit, she could tell it was him from his voice and the feeling he gave off. Most and mainly high ranking Apostle could snuff out people of their race without much effort, this was surely so if they were right in front of them.
"Good, you came early, you'll need to start your training soon, it shouldn't take you long to unlock your first transformation." Of course, since her Apostle rank was so high, this should be doable within a week's time or earlier has 4 days.
"Training? Like fighting and stuff?" Siena nervously gulped.
"Oh yeah, it'll be much easier if you just worked here instead, what do you think? Of course, you'll be getting paid for what you do, so there won't be any problem there." Vitiate could tell she didn't get out much, she spent most of her time at home helping around the house.
"Okay, I would love to get to know the other races, but my dad and mom told me that they're dangerous." She was somewhat nervous when she first saw the tall and bulky Beastmen.
"This kind of prejudice thinking will affect you mentally, try to ignore these things." Vitiate shook his head, he already knew every race thought the same about humans or other races, so this wasn't only a thing for elves and humans.
"Of course, I've done my research for myself and it says otherwise." Siena smiled and gave Vitaite a thumbs up to assure she wasn't corrupted by such words.
"Good, here is your outfit for the job." Vitiate pulled out a waitress outfit for her working uniform and handed it to her.
"Wow, it looks nice, I'll go try it on. Hmm, where is the changing room?" Siena looked around and asked.
"Follow me, I'll take you to the changing room, it should be one on this floor." Vitiate stood up and left the room with Siena following behind him. They passed other slaves who were wiping things down to keep the place clean.
"Wow, she has such pretty blue hair and eyes, she so pretty!" Siena looked at the mermaid who was wiping things down with few human slaves, she felt sad thinking of her own appearance. These human slaves recovered and could finally work now, they didn't care about anything else, as long as they weren't crippled anymore.
"Do you feel ugly? If you do, then you don't have to worry about all of that, over time you'll start to look better and better. Honestly, you look good to me, but that's just me, anyway, you'll get better in the future due to what you are."
"T-thank you! I should be more confident!" Siena's face flushed for a second, then her face turned serious as she clenched her fist. She had to be strong, she was renewed and better than before, she could be strong now.
Siena had thought about this all night, she knew she would live for a very long time as long as she wasn't killed off. In fact, she could live forever under certain circumstances, but this made her think of her parents, what about them?
"Here it is, you can change here, just let me know if it's a little tight in 'certain areas'." Vitiate coughed a little and pointed toward the changing room. Siena bumped into Vitiate's back due to her not paying attention, she was currently in deep thought.
"Ah, sorry, I'll change now!" Siena bowed quickly and ran into the changing room.
Just as he was waiting to guide her to her new working quarters, he was quickly approached by the two beastmen brothers, they looked somewhat panicked.
"Boss, there are two men outside demanding to see the owner of this land, they don't look like they have any good intentions!" Their faces were filled with worry, this was not because of the two men, but because of something else.
Vitiate looked at one of the slave brothers and saw that one of them had a black eye and was bleeding from his nose, he had clearly been beaten by someone.
"Who did this to your face?" Vitiate frowned. These two Beastmen were the guards placed by the door, who would dare to attack his people on his property and the guards at that?
"O-one of them men that came demanded me to scram and get the boss of this place. I told him that the boss was busy and that this was private property that hadn't been opened yet. Without warning, he pounced toward me and started to beat me." One of the Beastmen said helplessly, he didn't fight back for some reasons unknown.
"Actually dared to attack my people on my property, these people don't know what respect is!" Vitiate told them to lead the way to resolve this problem. He had a feeling who the culprits were, but didn't say anything pertaining to it.

On his way down, he told a slave to guide Siena to the restaurant on the first floor, as she would be working there in the future. Siena was still currently changing, so he told the slave to wait for her to finish.
Once they were outside, they were met with two men standing beside each other. They wore luxurious black armor from head to toe, the air they exuded was extremely arrogant and haughty. Just looking at the conceited expressions they had on their faces would want to make someone thrash them.
"It's about time you came out, how could you keep us waiting? This great knight is from the Fel'nir family, and when meeting people of our status, you should kneel down!" Immediately after walking out of the mall, he was verbally attacked by one of the Knights.

The other Knight had a cold sneer on his face, his eyes were filled with disdain, as his gaze skimmed over Vitiate and his slaves. Looking into the distance, he could see many people observing from afar. Some were shaking their heads while feeling pity for Vitiate, while some seemed to be enjoying his misfortune.
Vitiate reverted his gaze back onto the two knights and asked. "Which one of you beat up my Slave? Speak up now or both of you will have to deal with the consequences!" This was his land, it didn't matter if he was a knight or not, this was his turf, so if he wanted them to leave, then they had to.
"It was me, what of it? It's just lowly beastman slave, he's merely trash before this great knight, what can you do about?" The knight said imposingly, he released Ki fluctuations towards Vitiate to show his power.
"How about this, you hand over the deed to this land, and maybe we can forgive you for stealing out lord's property!" The other knights coldly said before continuing. "How Dare you buy something the great noble family Fel'nir had its eye on, you dumb lowly commoner!" He glared deadly at Vitiate, hoping to shake his will.

Suddenly, a sound resounded throughout the whole area, as one of the knights was knocked back. The air became tense, everyone's eye opened wide from shock, was this guy challenging a noble?
"Y-y-you slapped me!" The knight couldn't believe it, he was a noble guard! Who would ever dare to hit him like this? The knight had spat out some teeth and blood, Vitiate was a little amazed that this knight didn't faint from being slapped.
"How dare you attack a noble knight!? I'll kill you and take the deed off your corpse!" The knight drew his sword and instantly slashed towards Vitiate's neck. The man was exuded serious killing intent, it was no question that he was sent here to cause trouble.
However, in a blink of an eye, Vitiate arrived at the knight, easily dodging his sword. The knight was stunned, he was confident in his quick draw tactic, which he had used to kill several people in the past.

"How dare you attack people on my property? How dare you act arrogant in front of me? How dare you..." Multiple slaps landed on the knight's face, rendering him stunned and paralyzed. Vitiate didn't stop, he kept slapping him until his face was black and blue.
The knight spat up blood, losing multiple teeth while his face had turned into a pig head. The knight screamed in pain until he fainted from anger! The beastmen were excited and cheerful in their hearts seeing this knight getting beat. They had looked at Vitiate with worship, they had already after seeing how strong he was before, but now, it was almost reverence at this point.
Once the knight had fainted, Vitiate glared at the other knight whose face turned to that of fear. They never expected this black-robed man to be so strong, they had snuffed out a number of businesses by using force, it seemed that they had met their match.
Vitiate slowly walked over to the knight, with each step striking fear into the knight's heart.
"Don't go too far, you've already offended the noble Fel'nir family, but if you let me off now, we can put everything behind us." The knight's forehead was filled with sweat seeing Vitiate slow approach.
Just when Vitiate was about to grab the knight, the sound of horses could be heard in the distance. Vitiate stopped and backed away to look and see what was going on, he saw beautifully decorated carriage heading his way, and he couldn't help but frown seeing this.
