When he first shown his IS, everyone was surprised from the unique appearance, it didn't show Xiao Qiangwei because he was inside the IS, litterally, so everyone now was excited to see the previous champion of Mondo Grosso against the mysterious 'woman'.
They prepared themselves, Chifuyu prepared her katana while Xiao Qiangwei stood there without moving

I was at the second Mondo Grosso against this mysterious woman, she seemed really short but I can't underestimate her, she defeated every enemies she was put against in a span of 10 seconds, this would show that her IS is a heavy hitter, a dangerous one, but if she actually got it like that, then her IS should be really slo-
