"This time, even if it's one on one, the one who will win is g-" "Kaido!" Ed interrupted Norris, causing him to stop mid-sentence. He was both angry and confused. "What are you-" Once again, Ed interrupted Norris.
"If it's one on one, Kaido will win. Or so they say!" Kaido was a character from the manga One Piece. He was considered indestructible, and was dubbed 'The strongest creature alive'. Ed was messing around with Norris at this point. Even though the latter said he wouldn't fall for his provocations, he looked pretty close to snapping.
"Will you take this seriously you ba-" And another time, Ed interrupted Norris.
"I'll show you a magic trick. In ten seconds, this wound will disappear." Ed pointed at the wound on his cheek. "Ten…Nine…" He started counting down, one number per second. Norris wasn't going to let him move at his pace, so he attacked Ed. Emilia tried to help him out, but there was no need. More than ten knives emerged out of nowhere and started assaulting Norris. The number of knives was too great for Norris to keep avoiding. "Three…" Ed looked unbothered as he continued his count. Never once did Norris even get close to him.
"Aaand Zero!" Once Ed finished, he teleported in front of Norris and sent him flying away by a sword slash. The wound on his cheek was gone without a trace. Ed used his Hatsu 'Final Countdown' on his healing factor. Ten seconds was an overkill when dealing with a wound that small, but it was the lowest he could set. As for the knives, he couldn't move while using his Hatsu, but that didn't apply for Telekinesis. Norris finally snapped as he shouted at Ed, "You bastard!!"
"Is that the only thing you can say? Try to be more creative!" Ed activated his Ren, Mangekyo Sharingan, Spectral Shadow Steps, and Observation Haki.
As a Heavenly Establishment, Ed wouldn't be able to keep up with Norris using cultivation alone. He would need to use his skills in order to overcome the difference. Thankfully, the difference wasn't that big as Norris was only an Immortal Establishment level 1. The two of them clashed again, in a much stronger way compared to inside the castle. Shockwaves were sent flying throughout the kingdom, causing people to scream. The people didn't which was safer, to remain inside the kingdom, or to escape outside. They all gave up and entered their homes, hoping for the nightmares to end.
"You bastard!" Again, Norris used the same words when cursing Ed. He activated a technique affiliated with the Thunder Formation technique. His whole body turned into lightning.
"Now you won't be able to touch me, like earlier!" Norris used this technique to injure Ed earlier. It was like Raikou's lightning clad. But it seemed to be more focused on evasion and speed rather than overall performance.
Norris rushed at Ed, looking to kill him this time. Ed closed his eyes and withdrew Shusui. It was his most favorite, as well as the most powerful blade. He gripped it hard, all without unsheathing it.
"One Sword Style: Secret Technique!" Ed opened his eyes and looked focused. As if he was going to challenge the strongest fighter in the world. Norris was surprised but managed to keep going towards Ed. Right before impact, Ed moved.
"Home Run!" Ed disappeared from his spot and appeared beside Norris. He used Shusui like a baseball bat and lodged it deep within the stomach of Norris. The latter spewed blood and the impact sent him flying down, crashing into the already wrecked castle.
However, he quickly recovered and flew up. "What did you do to me?!" With blood dripping from mouth, Norris looked like an angry demon.
"Emm, even if you ask me, I only hit you. Was I not supposed to do that? Aren't we in a battle to the death?" Ed wouldn't answer Norris no matter how he long he kept asking. He used Armament Haki, which was most useful against such technique. Armament Haki has the ability to force Untouchable things into a solid state. Ed had intended for the attack to be a joke and a test, yet still managed to break a couple of Norris' ribs. But, they already looked like they were healed somehow.
'He probably cultivated a regeneration technique." Ed thought while looking at his chest which was healed. Both of them resumed fighting. This time, Norris was being careful not to fall for another attack like earlier. Both of them got some injuries, but Norris' regeneration was healing them all.
"Looks like you're running out of QI faster than I thought!" Norris spoke in a triumphant manner.
"Not really." Ed didn't care and only released another hidden part of his KI. "I guess you're the one running out of QI." Ed smiled while looking at him. Although Norris had a higher cultivation, he was using two high-level techniques that ate a large portion of his QI every time. On top of that, he was using magic left and right in order to injure Ed. Ed, however, was used to using many techniques at once. In fact, his daily training in the pocket dimension focused on that.
"Your injuries are still worse than mine!" Norris didn't want to be on the losing side of the argument, so he wanted to boast about his regeneration.
"Not really." Ed withdrew a potion and drunk it. His wounds kept healing at a visible rate, shocking Norris.
"Now I'm both healed and have more KI than you. What will you use again?" Ed provoked him while rushing at him. After a while, the victor was decided.

It could also be countered, making it rather worthless as a technique. Did you really think Blood sect would give it to you if it was all powerful?"
