But soon after, that half-transparent colour darkened into pale yellow, then orange, then became red for a few seconds, and even afterwards, it slowly became black.
“There’s an effect!” The other five people looked at each other for a while, as they transferred their focus from 24K to this safe box.
The texture of this safe box was really unique, even such a high energy beam needed a full 10 seconds to completely change its colour.
They were lucky that a Commander Grade creature such as “Steel one” was able to persist longer than the Jet Beetles of the same type.
The first beam lasted for a full minute before fading, and on the safe box, there were two 20 centimetres long black marks on its surface.
Following that, after resting for around five minutes, “Steel One” activated its beam mode, as it followed a different direction from the two marks made from before, as it grilled another two trails of burnt traces.

The Quasi-Boss Chip’s grade was high, but this Chip’s grade was the highest, as it was a tier higher and the pets that were able to control this Chip would naturally be a tier higher as well.
“However, if I remember correctly, 24K’s Chip should be the highest in the third-generation, and its attribute was not orange but purple…” Feng Luo suddenly thought of something in his mind.

“Oh no!” Green Arrow also reacted, as she threw a Scouting skill over. In an instant, her Scouting instrument showed a yellow dot which signified massive amounts of enemies which were approaching.
“There are several Spider Machinery Guards moving over, I suspect, the remaining Spider Machinery Guards of this entire base are all moving over!” Following that, her face changed drastically as she proclaimed.
“It might be due to the Boss Chip or Jing Kong’s group retrieving the information of the core.” Feng Luo quickly made the deduction.
“Quick, prepare to break through.” With the Wings of Death in his hands, he quickly switched to free shooting mode, as its two new magazines had been directly replaced.
“No… We still require five more minutes!” In front of that device, Jing Kong’s forehead broke into large amounts of cold sweat as he shouted at the top of his voice.
“Then prepare to defend!” Feng Luo inhaled, as his muzzle aimed at the position of the entrance.
At that moment, that alloy door that they entered through that seemed unbreakable, suddenly retracted into the wall like petals.
