The restaurant Ji-ho had chosen was small; a tattered down building on the side of an old street. The people walking back and fro were the inhabitants of the island. A battered orange sign was placed on top of the slide door entrance. The moment the trio walked inside, the strong scent of seafood whiffed up their noses.

Automatically from the individuals inside and the hearty smile on the grandmother's face, Yoona could tell that this was going to be a good meal. The smallest and hidden restaurants always stored the best surprises.

"Where did you find this place?" She asked while the lady led them to their seats. Seeing that there were barely any tourists in the building, it wasn't a well-known location.

Ji-ho placed his index finger on his lips as he sat down. "I have my ways of finding hidden gems. You just got to dig deep in the web." "Man you have to tell me your tricks!" She exclaimed. "This is nice." He let out a proud smile. "I'll send you a list of great places to visit!" "Thank you!"

While the two chatted, Minhyun looked around silently, observing his surroundings.

"Why are you so quiet? Is it not good enough for you?" Ji-ho asked with a giggle. His elbows balanced on the table as he placed his palms against his cheeks.

"It's fine."

"He's not the typical rich guy you know," Yoona began. "When we first went out together, Minhyun took me to a small restaurant on the seaside similar to this. For a man with lots of money, he's quite humble when it comes to his restaurant choices."

In all honesty, Secretary Kim was the one who recommended the place knowing that it suited Yoona's taste. All Minhyun had eaten from other than that one time was high-end cuisine. Nonetheless, he didn't bother to correct her, seeing that she was saying everything to his defense.

"Oh really? Now that's surprising. I didn't know that the MH Ceo had the time to explore unknown restaurants huh?" Ji-ho replied. He sent a knowing glance to Minhyun.

The white-haired was well-versed with the upper-class. He knew that Minhyun was most likely lying.

"The things men do for their lovers," Ji-ho continued. "It's admirable."

Yoona cocked her head. "What do you mean?"

"Well..."

Minhyun jammed the plastic cup against the table, loud enough to stop the flow of the conversation. "I need more water."

Yoona watched their interaction with a smile on her face. She had no idea what was happening, but seeing the two interact made her day. Knowing how firm and cold Minhyun was to others, seeing him tolerate Ji-ho was entertaining. In fact, it almost seemed as though he cared, in a strange way.

There was one thing she knew for sure, she wasn't the only one that changed. Minhyun was as well. Slowly, but surely.

---

The trio had finished eating and had been dropped off back at the villa. The sun shone brightly against their faces as they walked towards the building.

Ji-ho pat his hands against his belly. "Ah that was so yummy."

Then he let out a sigh. "I'm going to miss food when I die."

Yoona smacked him in the head.

"Ow!" The boy cried while grabbing the sore spot. The exaggeration was clear for she didn't hit him that hard.

"Don't say things like that."

He scrunched his face. "But it's true."

A strange emotion arose in her chest after hearing his negative words. She knew that he bore with the burden of dying and that it had become a reality to him. However, at these moments, she didn't want him to think about his condition but to live in the present. The reality that he may disappear in an instant hadn't hit her.

She placed her arm around his neck, bringing him close. "If I say that you shouldn't say it then agree with me kid. I'm the adult, you're the young one."

Ji-ho let out a silly laugh. "Yes ma'am."

Minhyun glanced over at the beach. "I'm guessing the next plan is to go swimming?"

"Yup!" Ji-ho said with a giggle. He grabbed Yoona's hand and sent her a wink. "I'm very excited to see you in a swimsuit. I hope its a bikini."

A blush took over her cheeks. She shook his hand off. "You little pervert. I didn't know that you had this side to you!"

Since the maid had packed their clothes, Yoona didn't know which swimsuit was in her carrier. As she lived near the seaside when she was younger and due to the fact that she visited her mother during the holidays, she had an assortment to choose from. One of them was the stringy red bikini that Jaeun had chosen for her when they went to the pool during their friendship.

Please let it not be that one. Although it was unlikely for that particular swimsuit to be chosen out of many, the chance was still there.

After all, she felt quite embarrassed showing so much skin. Especially in front of the guy she liked.

"Are you excited?" A sudden whisper came to her ear. The low voice was Ji-ho's.

She faced him. "What do you mean?"

"You're going to see your boyfriend shirtless. I'm sure under all that clothes he has a great body," Ji-ho teased. A smug smirk fell on his face knowing that it would arise embarrassment. "Of course, mine is going to be better."

Yoona chuckled before whispering back. "To bad for you, I've already seen him half-naked and let me tell you, it is great. The best body I've ever seen."

She sent him a wink and Ji-ho's cheeks blushed with red. Then she walked into the house, leaving him frozen on the path.

"W-w-wait a minute!" He cried, running after her. "Oh my innocent Yoona you can't leave me on that note! What do you mean?" Before entering the doors, he turned around facing Minhyun. "How dare you!" Minhyun cocked his head with curiosity, wondering what had happened. From the redness in Ji-ho's face, it was clear that Yoona he won the teasing. Watching the two bicker, surprisingly smile lit on his face. Although he was the mature guardian watching over them, it was nice seeing them happy. Seeing Yoona happy without a care made him feel good. And maybe that pest as well.
