Returning to the moment in which Aldarion saw Ronir break the siege killing three guards and Gersten began to head towards the position of the bandit leader. Aldarion had only two arrows left and he had to use them well.

On the one hand, there were only ten bandits left and the guards were eighteen without counting the wounded. While, on the other hand, the remaining bandits were the strongest and did not seem very tired, and the guards were not only not great warriors, but they were quite tired.

In the time it took Aldarion to observe and think about this, among the bandits, one pulled out a bow and, aiming quickly, shot one of Bree's archers on the roofs. The dejected archer fell from the roof into the street. Aldarion did not know if the arrow had been deadly but after the fall of the archer would not bet that he was still alive.

Aldarion made his decision and picked up the first arrow and aimed at the bandit archer. It was a difficult shot. Until then, Aldarion had only had to shoot the group of bandits and hit in one, but now had to hit a single target that, moreover, was at a distance of between fifteen and twenty meters.

Aldarion took his concentration to the maximum while aiming, he did not have many opportunities. Then, at the moment when the bandit archer was about to aim for a new target, Aldarion shot him.

The arrow flew and passed, brushing the archer's shoulder. Aldarion was glad, he could not kill him, but he stopped him from firing. He thought that with his action he would have saved someone. Then, before the goalkeeper managed to recover, Aldarion grabbed his last arrow and shot him again. This time, he got his goal and killed the archer.

"Well, that was my last arrow. What am I going to do now?" Aldarion thought. He was happy, he had managed to kill the goalkeeper and that had made things much easier, but now he did not know how to continue helping. He could go down and brandishing his sword he could help the other guards, but he had never wielded one and he did not know how to use it. The truth is that he was a little afraid of exposing himself.

He had no other choice, so he started to leave the house. As he did so, he began to listen to Gersten cursing Ronir. When he reached the street, he saw him launching the chain of attacks on Ronir.

Aldarion also began to visualize his surroundings. I observe that from the side of the guards and the bandits the battle was stagnant and that everything depended on the fight between Gersten and Ronir, so he began to approach them, waiting for the right moment to help.

As he approached he saw an arrow stuck in the ground and bent down to pick it up, I tear it off and I watch quickly. The arrow had a slightly damaged tip, but it could be used. While he was looking away from the duel, at that moment Ronir disarmed Gersten and Aldarion, who was already nearby, heard the sword fall to the ground. He looked up and saw Ronir teasing Gersten and how he accepted his death.

Aldarion could not allow this. Quickly, he drew his bow, prepared the arrow and aimed at the bandit leader. Ronir was raising his sword and Aldarion the nerves to the limit returned to concentrate to the maximum and released the arrow. The arrow flew quickly and, before Ronir lowered his sword, it stuck in his thigh.

Obviously, it was not the place that Aldarion wanted, but it stopped Ronir's actions and thereby prevented Gersten's death.

Now Aldarion was facing another crisis. Ronir had just been interrupted and injured, therefore, his anger had reached unthinkable levels. Frowning and a face red with anger, Ronir turned around to find the person who had shot him the arrow.

When he found it, he started to turn towards him and started screaming at him. "You made a big mistake, boy! You're going to wish you were not born!"

Aldarion quickly looked for more arrows on the ground, but his luck was over and Ronir was approaching him with a light grip. Seeing that he could not do otherwise, Aldarion kept his bow and prepared to draw his sword.

He held his sword in the low guard position prepared to block Ronir's attack. The bandit leader raised his sword and struck his blow. Aldarion managed to block his attack, but was not happy at all, because just after stopping Ronir's blow his hands became numb and it was harder to grab his sword.

Ronir was not going to let him recover, so he continued a series of attacks. Aldarion, seeing that he could not block them, prepared to dodge them. First to the left, then to the right... So he continued as he retreated little by little, but one of the times he was going to dodge he stumbled falling with his back to the ground.

At that moment Ronir attacked from above and Aldarion had no choice but to block with his sword again. Again he succeeded, but this time due to his position the blow was diverted by his blade and Ronir's sword hit the ground. Because of this, Aldarion did not have numb hands and could react better.

Ronir raised his sword again and when he launched his next attack, Aldarion rolled to the side and managed to dodge it. In turn, Aldarion wielded his sword and nailed it to Ronir in the belly.

The bandit leader could not believe it, he had lost. "I'm going to die ?!" he thought. Ronir could not believe that because of the decision to plunder Bree he was going to die. Without a doubt it was the worst decision of his life.

With eyes as wide as he could, he looked at Aldarion and tried to speak to him, but the moment he opened his mouth, only blood came out. Without strength, Ronir fell on his knees to the ground and died bleeding.
