Five days and already have 500 workers in my room. Despite them being rewritten to be tinier, it isn't enough. I'll stop the production. If I don't, tomorrow there will be several thousand workers already.

I worked overnight to prepare everything.
Now, when I'll be at school, they're going to steal the money.
As for where the money is coming from… I'm still a novelist! Did you expect me to have difficulties making up a story? No one knows what my parents are doing for their living. So this is going to be a closed down warehouse my father intends to renovate for his living. Hmm, good. Now it has to be at my father's name but with my address. Not very hard, my house is at my parents' name anyway, they kept it after we went to live elsewhere.
As for the appearance… I just have to create a character that absolutely doesn't look like my father. Imagine if the ancient owner of the factory was to see my father? Even if they're in different cities and the chances are low, I still won't take the risk of him talking about the factory at my father's name. So I gotta have him see someone totally different so that even if they cross path, he won't recognize him.
I still got to create a few real-sized workers to keep appearances. If the new owner ever comes back around the factory, I need him to believe my father is really renovating it. He'll see people working on the factory renovation.
Hmm, that's some solid plan. Now the problem is still to find an actual shut-down factory. As for if the owner will accept my offer…. Do you really think someone can refuse half a million for an old disused building? Then for several million…
