As soon as Anna entered the Goodwood Residence lobby the In-charge manager approached Anna with a nervous look.
"Ms Yu we are sorry for the previous incident, please forgive us, the security was new so he didn't know the rules and regulations of Goodwood Residence. We have already fired him." The manager tried to give an explanation but it is too hard to melt the ice queen.
"Don't bother, as for the incident I'll deal with it legally." Her cold words and aura made him shiver.
Anna didn't bother to give him face and walked straight into her apartment.
After half an hour or so Li Shen reached Goodwood Residence and was waiting downstairs for Anna dressed in white Brioni suit.
"You look gorgeous." Li Shen praised Anna with a proud smile.
Anna thanked him in princess style playfully and got into his Lamborghini Veneno Roadster one of the best car in his collections.
Outside the imperial golden orchid banquet hall the media and paparazzi were busy clicking photos of famous celebrities, socialites and business tycoons although they didn't have the permit to do so. It was not uncommon to gather many famous people in one hall, but the media's craze for hot and juicy news has never diluted.
Li Shen parked his Lamborghini little far from the media as he didn't wanted to get into their hot topic neither did Anna. But somebody else was already waiting for Anna near the parking lot.
Zen Longwei has been waiting from fifteen minutes he had been trying to contact her since morning but Anna never received his call.
Li Shen got a call from Elder Li so he asked Anna to walk ahead and he would join her in a minute.
As soon as Zen Longwei saw Anna his jaw dropped almost touching the floor he stood frozen in the spot. Anna wore a dark green embroidered tulle one shoulder long evening gown, the gown wasn't the extraordinary and branded dress but simple and elegant, but it looked outstanding as Anna wore it, her fair Jade skin bought a new beauty and elegance to it. Her aura was even more charming and domineering with light makeup, her hair was styled in a messy bun. Her natural beauty was an add on to her overall look. She looked like an fallen angel from heaven.
Zen Longwei snapped back to reality his desire to make her his ignited even more. He approached Anna with his charming face. He was wearing navy blue Armani suit, he looked no less than a famous model.
"I have been waiting for you so long. You never picked my calls." He gave a lopsided smile. Anna was little taken back at his sudden appearance.
"Sorry my phone was in silent mode." Anna gave one of her fake sorry smile.
"That's alright, let's go." He forwarded his right hand to her. Anna raised her eyebrows.
"Be my date." He explained to her confused look.
At the corner Li Shen saw Zen Longwei speaking to Anna and his blood started to boil even at the mere sight of him.
"Grandpa I'll take care of it don't worry, bye I'll get going now." He hung up the call approaching the pair.
"Sorry brother Longwei I have a partner." Anna made a sorry expression.
"Who is it?" Zen Longwei's possessive side surfaced as Anna mentioned it. He emitted a dangerous aura around him.
"I am, now excuse us." Li Shen took Anna's hand and inserted in his looped arm.
Zen Longwei slightly relaxed but his possessive was still there.
"Yu Han you're going with me." Zen Longwei grabbed Anna's hand possessively and harshly which irked Anna and Li Shen.
"Mr Zen do you want the media to spot you with a black eye." Li Shen raised his eyebrows giving a challenging and taunting smile.
"...and one last reminder stay away from her." Li Shen emitted a coldness even more scarier than Zen Longwei's.
Unwillingly Zen Longwei released Anna's hand.
Anna shivered at Li Shen's cold voice it's the first time Anna seeing this side of Li Shen. Sensing her shiver Li Shen gave a reassuring smile to calm her. Both walked away from the wounded Zen Longwei.
Without getting into media's sight Anna and Li Shen made it into the enormous party hall.
Yu Kong had been waiting for long time for his daughter as soon as he spotted Anna entering he went to greet her. Yu Kong was confounded with Li Shen appearance but composing himself he greeted Li Shen.

Yu Kong already expected the cold treatment from him so not bothering much all three headed to the main event hall.
