Even though the population of the Ilter Federation has decreased sharply, there were still more than ten million humans left there. Coupled with their advanced technology and other things, they were able to resist the Apocalypse rather good, but that was only for now, as the Apocalypse when the Virus is released has many stages. Stronger the civilization is, then easier is to resist at the start, but when the Apocalypse is going on for a longer time than even stronger ones would perish. The only solution was to annihilate zombies as soon as possible, and if you have luck than you would be able to stop it, if not then the answer is clear.
Another faction that was fighting in the three-way-war was mutated beasts that evolved upon coming to the contact with the God-Devil Virus. They were divided into various tribes based upon their race, and they would often fight between each other for supremacy.
And the last faction were zombies. What surprised Lucien the most, was the fact that the Apocalypse was going on only for a rather short time on the Planet Ilter and still, there were already around one hundred of the Evolved Zombies, which was rather a good sight. The strongest entity of the Planet Ilter was around Type 8, rather surprising for a new planet that only now came into contact with God-Devil Virus, but they apparently had cultivation even before the Apocalypse, but alas, even zombies there were stronger to create an equilibrium between all things.
"Immediately contact Holy Imperial Knight N0.2 Loruel, tell her to take the fleet of fifty Magitek Corvettes. Contact Holy Imperial Knight N0.5 Shen Tatara to bring 1st Magitek Infantry Legion and also one hundred Imperial Guards. We are departing for the Signa System Planet Ilter in six hours. Nothing can go wrong in this operation, as this too important for the whole Holy Niflheim Empire."

As he was giving orders here and there, two familiar female figures appeared out of nowhere, clothed in battle armor of the Imperial Family. They were his wives, Itori and Seira, who already finished their cultivation seasons. Apparently, they also wanted to participate in this expedition to gain experiences as previously they were in secluded cultivation when all fights over the Telos Prime were going on.
"Both of you have reached Count-Rank, not that bad."
Itori was att he Early-Phase of the Count-Rank, while Seira was at the Intermediate-Phase and already showing sights that she would soon break throágh to the Advanced-Phase. This gap was understandable as Seira was cultivating for a longer time.

Said both of them at the same time.
"You two will be moving as a team. Seira would be taking care of you Itori, though you have already reached the Early-Phase Count-Rank which is comparable to the Type 7 Divine Warrior, you are severely lacking battle experiences and only your body is strong, so you need more time. Seira, you will be protecting Itori, as you real combat prowess is already around weaker Pinnacle-Phase Count-Rank or some average Type 9 Divine Warrior."
Both of them just nodded their heads in agreement, as this was the best solution for them to move as a team. They would not be restricted by Holy Imperial Knights who would be guarding them if they were moving separately. They could also, use this opportunity to train their teamwork. He needed to have at least one layer of the fortification in that system, in case of attack. Also, there were several Marquise-Ranked cultivators, and some of them were close in reaching Yuanying Realm in the Immortal Cultivation, so this place was perfectly protected.
