After one day, whole Magitek Fortress was completed and was standing proudly, armed with several tens of Magitke Energy Weapons, Shields, and several other gadgets. Surrounding the fortress were five Magitek Towers, while Magitek Infantry Soldiers were standing the guard on the walls of the Fortress and around Magitek Towers. While Magitek Spaceships were flying above the fortress and were guarding the aerial space.
Lucien was in his chambers of the Magitek Fortress, silently cultivating. He decided to spend most of his time cultivating, as he wasn't required to exact fight in the war as he was too powerful. In regard to the military of the Holy Niflheim Empire, in every war, there would be one Overseer who would be acting as protector of the army in case someone out of their caliber arrived.
"Your Highness, men of Commander Fuerig has returned with Zombie King already." Reported soldier to Lucien through the door, to which Lucien opened his eyes from meditation.
"Bring them to the throne room. I will be there right away." Answered Lucien, as he stood up and went to the throne room.

Meanwhile, in the throne room, Zombie King Khazar was shaking in fear. Just a short time ago, he was in his palace, enjoying eating human flesh and having fun with beautiful Flesh Eater women, and now he was kidnapped by mysterious people, who just with their presence were suppressing his bloodline to the maximum. He immediately knew that these people were either mighty Flesh Eater or something similar.
He was walking through the Fortress and sensed many extremely powerful auras, which would be able to kill him in one hit. As they were going through the fortress, his 'escorts' brought him to Throne Room, which wasn't exactly big or some lavish room, but it was serving its purpose.
When he entered the room, the first thing he saw was a young-looking man, with pure white long hair and piercing shining purple eyes, that were watching him with mild amusement. When Khazar looked at the young man, he seemed like an ordinary person without any energy fluctuation or anything, but then... he felt it.
'Impossible... my entire strength... is gone...' Thought Khazar, as he felt that his entire strength was absolutely suppressed, he couldn't exert strength even of Type 6 Divine Warrior, he was only around Type 5 Divine Warrior.
"We have brought the target, Your Highness." Said two soldiers that were escorting Zombie King Khazar, as they kneeled immediately. Afterward, they stood up and returned to their original position, guarding Khazar Zombie King.
"Khazar, step forward." Commanded Lucien as Zombie King shakily went stand before Lucien.
"Do you know why are you here?" Asked Lucien as he was observing Zombie King.
"No, Your Highness." Answered truthfully Zombie King Khazar, as he really didn't know the reason, why he was brought here. Before such powerful entities, he was like an ant. But, he was thinking about one reason. Outside the forbidden region, it was rare to see zombies.
"You see, on the evolutionary ladder, is your Evolved Zombie kind or Flesh Eater Kind, is behind our race. In terms of hierarchy, our race is the top of the pyramid while you are at the bottom, but alas everything comes with a price. Out numbers are small but powerful, still too small. So I have a proposition." Said Lucien as he waved his hand, and Magister Isaacs appeared behind Zombie King Khazar, as two soldiers grabbed him and restrained him.
Before Khazar could react, Magister Isaacs injected him the tube with bloody red liquid. The moment when the liquid was injected into his body it immediately started metamorphosis, while Magister Isaacs was observing him with a smile and writing something into small Magitek device.
"Hmm... metamorphosis time is thirty minutes exactly. Process... smooth without any complications. The evolution potential of the subject is graded as good before Sacred Devourification Process. Metamorphosis downgraded cultivation of subject to the Type 2 Divine Warrior, Intermediate-Phase Baron-Rank."
Lucien watched all this with great interest. He knew that Sacred Devourification Process would result in dropping the cultivation of subjects, due to changing race, cultivation system, physique, and everything, but the subject would gain something more important.
"Start injecting RC Blood Liquid Concentration-Count." Said Lucien as Magister Isaacs started injecting RC Blood Liquid Concentration-Count into Zombie King Khazar. This was Liquid specially created for the Evolved Zombies that underwent Sacred Devourification Process. It had an especially effect of increasing the cultivation of their original strength or similar. It was in version for Viscount-Rank also.
"Injection complete. The subject is having advancements immediately. Calculating... reaching Viscount-Rank approximately in next hour... reached Early-Count-Rank in the next three hours." Said Magister Isaacs as he was writing it to his magitek recording device.
"Good work Magister Isaacs, I have an important question. Will he survive it?" Asked Lucien with curiosity as he pointed his finger at Zombie King Khazar who was rolling at the ground in pain, under the effect of the RC Blood Liquid Concentration-Count.
"Oh, hmm... I hope he survives, but he should be alright. If nothing happens, he is only the first test subject." Said, Magister Isaacs as he looked at Khazar and then looked for something in his magitek device.
"You told me, that you have done the test before." Lucien's voice now resembled the voice of his mother, when she was reprimanding him or his father for something he did. Cold, emotionless, and grim voice, nothing good can come out of it.
"I have, but only in simulations." When Lucien heard this, Lucien almost cracked his throne he was sitting on.
