At his office, Mano sunk down into his desk chair after telling the elders what happen with Sienna and the honey.

Even with the information Sienna gave him, it will take a while before they could find these people.

If they were to let the authority know, it would just be another thing for people to talk and make fun of them for.

If they didn't alert the authorities, and the royal family finds out.....

Mano didn't want to even think about it.

The last option was to cover the whole mess up and pray no one would be the wiser. This was the option the elders wanted as it would save the clan the most face and hopefully destruction.

But Mano didn't think they would be so lucky.

The delicate balance in the royal court leaves no room for the aristocrat and military clans to be sloppy. One wrong move can lead a house to be blackmailed by one group while targeted by another.

Right now the princes and princesses were looking for any chance to bring an elite clan to their side.

And his daughter might have given them one.

Mano closed his eyes, thinking about all that happened today, which bought his thoughts to Lyra and Mika.

It the thought of his youngest daughter, Mano's eyes snapped open.

"Prince Ailwin..." He whispered.

Though it would be polite to ask him for help just because he is engaged to Mika. Mano felt he might not have a choice.

Sending out a secret comm to Prince Ailwin, Mano hoped he wouldn't turn him away.

Meanwhile, on the shuttle Lady Lyra was flying to Capital city with Mika, Saavi, Jonas, and Pia, she filled her daughter on what Sienna has been doing.

"Wow... Man, Sienna has some guts!" Mika could picture the look on her father's face when he found out what her sister has been doing.

"En...With Lady Delju's allowance taken away, there was no way she could resist the pilfering some honey."

Mika looked at her mother, "Mom, how did you find out about Sienna's side job?"

"Hmph...I taught you everything you know..." That's all Lyra said as they had arrived at their destination.

Everyone got out of the shuttle and worked their way towards the city's shopping center.

The day was still early, but because school was about to begin for many. The streets were crowded with consumers, making it difficult for them to move.

"Ugh..." Due to Mika being the shortest of the group, she was an easy target to be pushed about.

"Mikaela..." Lyra realized her daughter was falling behind the group, causing everyone to pause for her to catch up.

"...*pant*...*pant* Thank you..." Mika tried to catch her breath as they moved forward.

Seeing her daughter struggling to carry a bulky item in her arms, Lyra tried to see what was inside. Giving up, she just asked her daughter.

"Mika, what is this thing you are carrying?" Lyra pointed at the wrapped item.

"It's my swords....I'm hoping I can get them repaired." Mika looked down at the twin sword blades, and hug them to her chest tightly.

Reaching the shopping square in the middle of the city, Lyra pulled everyone first towards the clothing stores. Saavi and Jonas will need to get their measurement done so they can have clothes for the school year.

Mika looked at the storefront where she got her clothes from and smiled.

What gossip will I find out today?

Stepping inside, they were all greeted to a packed room full of soon-to-be students and their families.

One of the shop's attendants spotted Lyra's Amara clan crest on her chest. Only the wives of the clan leaders can wear these crests as a sign of their status.

Being notified of their new patron, the shop's manager personally went to help Mika's party.

As Saavi and Jonas were getting their measurements taken, Mika heard a familiar voice coming from the back rooms.

Leaving her things with her mother, Mika walked towards the VIP area of the shop.

Leaning against the wall, Mika made her present as non-existent as possible.

Looking around the room for the familiar voice, she located Lady Jaelah talking to a group of elite madams in a corner.

Making her way there, Mika listens in to their conversation.

"Lady Jaelah, is there a reason why Kamryn and Lula aren't with you today?" A woman who resembled a female monk questioned.

"They choose to stay near the school this year, rather than coming home...*sigh* their youngest sister has been giving them a hard time..." Though Jaelah said this casually, she knew it would perk the interest of these gossiping ladies.

"Sister...? Which one?" Everyone was thinking of the recent news about Lady Delju hiring a person to kidnap one of the other daughters.

"Oh! It's the youngest one, Mikaela."

Hearing her name, Mika smiled.

I am so popular.
