Savvi saw when Kaze couldn't take their young miss' screams anymore and left the room.

She didn't blame him she wanted to leave too, but right now young miss needed someone by her side. Steeling her nerves, Saavi followed the steps Lady Lyra had given her.

The bone horntail bugs were burrowing in and attaching to Mika's bones, her body was left with holes. These holes had to be left open, they will extract the bugs through them once they had their fill of the poison running in Mika's system.

Though the holes didn't bleed out profusely, they created a constant stream of blood that over the course of the procedure left a puddle underneath Mika's prone body.

Three hours in they finally saw signs of all the bugs being satiated. The lower half of the bugs bodies expanded into small balls. Saavi and the healer moved quickly before the bugs became too big to be removed from Mika's body.

The healer passed Saavi a thin pen to insert in the holes, this will electrocute the bugs unconscious. This is the only way to get them to detach from Mika's bones. Administering another dose of Levofine the healer and Saavi went about electrocuting and extracting the bugs out one by one from Mika's body.

Throat already sore from screaming, and body a tangled mass of over sensitive nerves Mika laid in a never-ending reel of pain.

To conserve her energy Mika stop cursing her sisters and focus on regulating her breathing. Through a form of mediation, she learned in her past life, Mika focus on combating the pain through breathing.

"Hold on just a little longer young miss..." In her trance, Mika heard Saavi's voice, but she couldn't tell if it was real or not.

Pulling the last bug out from Mika's arm, the healer placed it inside a jar with the rest.

"You will need to wipe Miss Mikaela's body with a damp lukewarm cloth. Afterward, she needs to be placed inside a healing pod for her wounds in be treated. Did Lord Tasar provide one?"

The healer cleared away his tools while giving Saavi post-treatment steps.

"Yes, he sent one over late last night. I have placed it inside her bedroom." Saavi stood by Mika's side holding her hand.

"Good. After you have placed her inside the healing pod give her the anti-venom. The sleeping agent inside the pod should help ease her mind and body."

Hearing the venom was still in effect, and he hasn't administered it yet had Saavi confused.

"Why should we wait until she is in the healing pod? Wouldn't it be better for her to receive it now."

"If we inject the anti-venom now she'll want to move around irritating her wounds. Giving her the anti-venom a little later will be fine."

Placing the anti-venom in Saavi's hands and patting her shoulder the healer left Mika's residence.

As the healer left Kaze entered the room staring at Saavi's red eyes as she looked at Mika's sweaty taut face.

"We should get to work... The faster young miss goes into the healing pod the faster she will come out."

"En."

After wiping Mika's body with a lukewarm cloth, Saavi had Kaze grab one end of the table cloth as she grabbed the other. They carefully placed Mika's body into the healing pod. Before closing the lid Saavi shot Mika a full dose of anti-venom.

Kasra cracked open her bedroom door. She didn't mean to react that way, but seeing young miss made she want to flee.

The silence in the house had Kasra on alert. She though young miss would start knocking on her door, but the knocking never came. In fact, she didn't hear her young miss at all.

Opening her bedroom door wider Kasra tippy-toed out from the room.

"Young Miss?..."

Calling out Lixiss didn't answer her. Anxiety setting in, Kasra ran towards Lixiss' open bedroom door. There Kasra saw Lixiss' motionless body on the bed. Still traumatized from the previous night, Kasra couldn't make herself take an extra step into the room.

Straining her voice Kasra called out to the loudest extent her vice could go.

"Young Miss!...Young miss, please if you are okay say something...young miss!.."

Getting no replied Kasra was left with no other option but to get help.

Looking at the clock on the wall Kasra assumed Lord Tasar should be at his office. Hurrying out of the front door Kasra ran with all her might towards Lord Tasar's office.

Her sore throat and frail state made Kasra's body slow and weak. She could hardly keep her feet steady, but seeing her goal within sight, Kasra dragged her body the last few feet.

When the guards stationed at Lord Tasar's office door saw Kasra, they didn't recognize her. She was pale and sweaty, the bruises on her neck were hideous.

Out of energy and throat burning, Kasra couldn't formulate a sentence.

Before a guard could question her, Kasra heard someone's voice behind her.

"Kasra...?"

Turning around Kasra saw Joanos standing at her back.

"Kasra...What happened to you?"

Before she could answer, Kasra's body could no longer hold on and she fainted right into Joanos' arms.
