Back at Mika's house, Lixiss open the front gate searching for Mikaela figure. Hearing talking coming from inside the house, she quietly opened the door.
Leaning against the doorjamb Lixiss hid her body from the people in the room.
"From what young master has said of Lady Vanya and her brother, I doubt they would miss an opportunity to bring in Lady Delju. Though I don't know how close the three are, we can assume that all three will plot against us." Mika looked at Saavi then the rest of the people in the room.
"Young Miss, what can Lady Delju do far out here to you?" Saavi reasoned to Mika.
"Nothing but Lady Vanya and her brother can do lots under the guidance of Lady Delju." Mika reasoned back.
Kaze who stood off to the side felt a sudden stir in the air. Secretly releasing a tiny amount of his power, Kaze allowed it to wander the house, looking for the source of the disturbance.
Joanos who was sitting opposite of where Kaze was standing felt the release of Kaze's energy and slowly released his as well.
When Kaze realized Joanos was releasing his energy throughout the room as well, he looked his way. Giving him a subtle eyebrow raise.
No one has ever caught his 'ghost crawl' before, it surprises him how quickly this brat caught on to him.
Unknown to the two, as they were in their own little world, Mika had also picked up on Kaze's and Joanos' energy as well as Lixiss' presence.
Choosing to not alert anyone just yet to Lixiss' presence, Mika wanted to see what she wanted.
Not liking the way Joanos was in Mikaela's house, drinking her tea, and conversing with each other like she didn't exist. Lixiss could stop her hand from gripping the doorjamb.
All she could see was Joanos and Mikaela laughing with one another lovely, even though the actual scene was quite different.
He should be by my side!
Unable to take it any longer, Lixiss slipped away the same way she came.
Mika watched as Lixiss left the house. From the look in her eyes and her sweat covered pale face, Lixiss must still be on the drugs. Which made Mika wonder why Lord Tasar would release her from her room.
"Kaze, stop flirting with young master Joanos and go secure the door." Mika couldn't help teasing the two love birds a little more.
Kaze left the room to follow Lixiss movements.
Hearing Mika's words, the power Joanos was released in the room was swept back under lock and key, and his face flame bright red as he was caught red-handed showing off to Kaze.
Saavi and Wyn who had no idea to what was going on around them were even more confused that they missed something.
"Young miss what wrong with the door?"
"Wait until Kaze comes back."
Kaze came back in a few minutes later.
"Young Miss, Miss Lixiss left the premises, heading towards her residence."
"Miss Lixiss! What was she doing here?" Saavi looked at Mika for an answer, and Joanos looked at Mika wondering how she was able to sense Lixiss before he could. Did it have to do with her awaken gifts?
"It doesn't matter why she came. Right now we need to prepare ourselves for Lady Vanya and her brother. Joanos what was your plan?"
Joanos threw his thoughts on Mika's gifts to the side, as he told everyone his plans.
"I wanted to get Lady Vanya and Lixiss banished from the Udava clan through their drug use, but Lord Tasar went soft on them. As for Lord Kendel and the Vlacca, they can be dealt with smoothly as long as Lady Vanya isn't there to help them."
"But your plan has a variable which is Lord Tasar?"
"Not anymore. During your treatment, I asked Lord Tasar for your hand in marriage...."
"What!" Saavi jump out of her seat. Pointing her finger in Joanos' face Saavi showered curses on Joanos head.
"You sneaking little a*****e. If I ever catch you eyeing my young Miss, I'll tear your **** from your ***** and stuff up your ***."
The whole room went silent when the last of Saavi words left her mouth. Mika had never seen Saavi like this, but she liked it. Usually, Saavi was always one to nag Mika about her behavior, yet seeing Saavi so unclothed for her sake made Mika feel warm inside.
Joanos couldn't understand the females from the Kaia kingdom, why were they always talking about taking his privates?
"It was only a test, I didn't mean it..." Joanos tried to explain himself against Saavi's anger.
"Even as a test, don't do it!" Saavi sat down in a huff.
Clearing her throat, Mika brought the conversation back to their original problem.
"Well...umm, since we know Lord Tasar is not a part of the plot against your family. We should tell him everything. If we want to utilize the Udava's guards, it's best to tell Lord Tasar now."
"Before we leave can I asked you one thing?"

"This Lady Delju is she important to you?"

In the Amara household, the clan head title can be left to any of my father's children. Before my great grandfather was appointed clan leader of the Amara clan, his mother held the title. In the Amara clan itself, there have been more women clan leaders than men. In fact, only my great grandfather, grandfather, and father held the title of being clan leaders." Mika explained.
"Ah... It's true, the clans in the Steppes usually do leave the leadership to the males, but there were some cases where a female was chosen until a male could replace her though..." Joanos felt like he gained new enlightenment on the world.
