A whole week passed after the incident, Shola didn't tell Nathan about that and also begged butler Stan to be silent as well.
Jason's trial was to be the next day and he was excited because he knew if Nathan was that confident about it, then everything would turn out okay.
Lilian visited her husband the day before he is to be released, and she brought Shola with her in hopes that it might stir up some memories.
Shola had already been regaining her memories bit by bit either through dreams or when she saw something familiar thats why Lilian felt it was a good idea.

It was Sholana's first day of college, everything was new to her and there were loads of people walking around, she couldn't contain her excitement as she waved her parents goodbye and hopped away.
Looking for her first class was a huge problem, she felt too shy to ask anyone and she didn't understand the map given to her
'This school is way too fancy' She thought to her self as she continued to walk forward.
She was already tired, carrying bevy books and walking aimlessly, she checked her phone for time and immediately panicked
"Oh no!, 5 more minutes I have to ask someone...but they're all so big..." While mumbling to herself Shola didn't notice the person walking towards her
They both crashed into each other and everything Shola was holding was now on the floor.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry" Shola looked at the beautiful face in front of her and she couldn't get angry anymore.
A guy that you could almost mistake fir a girl, he must be a good person.
"It's ok, its my fault for staring at my phone screen while walking" Shola said as she collected her things from the guy.
While picking up her things he saw the list of her classes and couldn't help but ask "What are you still doing here at this time, you'll be late!"
"The thing is... I can't really find my first class"
The boy in front of her laughed hard as he stared at the door on his right
"But this is it, the first class on your list"
Shola stared at the door surprised, she had passed here two times already!.
And it turned out she and the guy both had a few classes together.
The beautiful boy was no other than Jason, it was the beginning of their friendship together, they did become very close.
She, Joanna and Jason would always do almost everything together and the only reason Nathan got to see Shola for the first time was also because Jason had fallen in love with Lilian and she was staying with her uncle and aunt.
Their friendship could be described as inseparable as Jason had helped Shola so many times and vice-versa, Jason was the only man that she could get close to without being repulsed.
When Lilian told Shola they were going to a prison, she didn't tell her who she was visiting
Shola was already in tears when she heard the name of the person.
She didn't remember their friendship completely but she did remember how close they were to each other,
When she saw Jason, she stared at the orange uniform he had on and couldn't help but get angry.
The Jason she remembers won't even hurt a fly and yet they Kept him here for three whole years.
Shola rushed to hug him the the moment he smiled at her.
Lilian was surprised she didn't know Shola already had memories of Jason.
"Hey Sholana why are you crying?" Jason patted the girl's back comforting her.
"I....I'm sorry Jason, I promised you i would visit everyday but I didn't! *sobs* I'm a terrible friend"
Shola cried harder leaving both people at loss for words, Sholana hardly cried but this time she was crying so seriously.
"You only didn't visit for 3months, you don't have to be such a drama queen"
Jason laughed as he stared at his clothes that was already stained with tears.
Shola sniffled as she stared at her friend "Who are you calling a drama queen?"
She glared at him but she felt a bit better.

When Sholana arrived at home, she was in high spirits hoping that Jason will finally be free of all charges by tomorrow.
Her mood was great until.....she saw her mother in-law and that woman who threatened her a week ago.
They were both seated on the sofa speaking to Nathan about something she couldn't hear.
The woman in red finally noticed Shola standing at the door and a soft smile appeared on her lips
"Speak of the devil " she said as she stared at Shola.
