Okay, so I emailed the publisher and the author last time and the final result is that the copyright is still with the publisher and they are still selling the book. So we came to term and I agreed to translate this novel till chapter 4. I do not plan to violate this term of the agreement, and I know you, readers, out there are starting to get hooked by this novel. So the author ( that is super cool and awesome), Penguin Lord gave permission to continue translating after the copyright is in the author’s hand again(which will be a long while like 2 years), but hey it’s better than never continuing it right?
