You know the ones with the spooky children that get possessed by a malevolent force and terrorize the actors but life works out wrong like that and so I found myself chasing after a floating baby with snake eyes wondering how I was going to explain this to Li Jun when he got back
How do you tell a parent that their kid got possessed while you were the one watching them?!
It had only been three minutes since he left!
It was a fine summer day when I, Li Shen was called by my best friend and beloved cousin Li Jun who was desperate for help and like the awesome pall I was, I gladly ran to his aide what I did not expect was to find him in a mansion looking half dead with those bags under his eyes and holding a sleeping infant.
"Li Jun, what the hell? You're a father?!" I screamed
"Shhhhhh!" he growled, "I just got him to sleep don't you dare wake him up!"
"When did this happen?!" My Cousin was already a father? The bachelor for life Video games over women shut in was a father?
Man, women really do have low standards these days…
"I just found out!"
"Congrats Bro but your moms gonna kill you..."
"I know but things are pretty complicated right now but that's why I need your help!"
He looked half dead a literal zombie...who could say no to such a pitiful creature?
"Are we tracking down the mother?" I asked an idea forming in my mind, of course, I knew exactly what had happened here!
"Let me guess, you met a year ago at a mixer you didn't know each other but it was love, at first sight, giving in to your desires you shared a passionate night but knowing you could never be together for she is a rich girl with a prominent family and you can only afford cup noodles...so her family would have never agreed, she left the morning after leaving you a note wishing you the best in life but lo and behold, a child had already been conceived! so she left the country choosing to have the child in secret! But soon her family found out and told her she would have to give the child up! With no other way to keep her baby she called you,
After reconciling her family dragged her away and now you can't find her, this must have been the last place she was seen but do not worry we will find her and bring her family to justice!"
"What the hell are you saying?!"
"Do not worry bro we will fight this family and come out on top we can sue them for kidnapping and emotional distress!"
"Li Shen-"
"We will not give up! Justice will be served!"
"Li Shen, I just need you to watch Weizhi for one hour!"
"Huh?"
"You're just babysitting him."
"Oh, are you sure?"
"Yes, I just need to get his siblings from he-… the… the hospital,"
"Siblings? You got triplets?"
"No,"
"Quadruplets?"
"No… I got seven,"
"Se-Seven?!!!"
I didn't think that was possible in real life, good job
"Yeah, they're at the...uh...hospital so my father-in-law's coming to pick me up." his phone started ringing he groaned,
"That should be him..."
"Sure bro those are some strong genes but its cool I got you."
"Be careful with him!"
"You think I wouldn't be careful with my godson?!" I hissed in indignation
"okay so his bottle is on the counter, his blanket is on the chair and if he gets cranky just play the teletubbies he'll calm right down and if it gets too much to handle just call me and ill be right over."
"You're only going to be gone for an hour..."
"Yeah, but it will only take a second for me to get back so seriously if anything happens, call me,"
"I get it,"
"Are you sure? Anything at all, you call…"
"Li Jun, you are literally asking me to watch a sleeping kid for an hour! how hard can that be?"
he sighed finally handing him over.
"Okay, Weizhi papa's going to get your brother and sisters so be god okay, I'll be right back," he cooed to the kid, honestly if the former bachelor for life was acting this adorable maybe I should start looking for a wife too.
But as soon as he shut the door, my nightmare began.
those big baby eyes opened and I received a massive shock, the first of many in my one hour of hell...
Dear lord, this kid had snake eyes!
"Nothing to worry about its probably just something from his mom..." I comforted myself
Staring up at me the kid didn't look sad probably because I kind off look like Li Jun people did always think we were brothers
the kid smiled.
Oh, it was a smile I'd never forget, the kid had fangs...actual fangs,
Li Jun who are you dating?
Still, he was rather cute and all I had to do was watch him for an hour how hard could that be?
Apparently very hard.
I swear on my mother I was holding him in my arms one second and the next he had vanished.
Poof!

"Wei Wei, where are you?"
I heard a giggle echoing, the laugh was cold and unfeeling like a dark power lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce... I had seen many movies and I knew I was probably the canon fodder character that would be struck off if I didn't play my cards right!
"Reveal thyself demon!" i yelled as confidently as i could
Silence… you could hear a pin drop.
"It's not nice to prank your elders, come on out and have a nice warm bottle of milk please?"
Something wet landed on the top of my head, I looked up, watching me with glowing red eyes was my nephew floating upside down chewing a remote, drool dripping everywhere.
"Li Weizhi you come down from there right now!"
I did not know how I was going to explain to Li Jun that is son got possessed on my watch, but I was not going to let whatever demon this was harm my nephew!
"Come down right now or I'll tell your father!"
he threw the remote at me hitting me square in the face
So young yet so rebellious…
The kid was laughing his little head off while I silently fumed
This was a declaration of war!
