Sitting beside her, Fu Sheng doesn't know when he dozed off. When he opens his eyes, he finds himself standing in front of Huang Qiuyan in the middle of a forest. He blinks his eyes.
"Is this a dream?"
"Maybe." She tilts her head and smiles at him. "Do you want it to be a dream?"
"I don't care." He cups her face and looks into her eyes. "You are my Huang Qiuyan."
She chuckles. "Who else would I be?"
"I am mad at you." Fu Sheng scowls at her. "Why did you do something dangerous when your body was already in that condition?"
"It was a now or never moment." She wraps her arms around his waist and leans on him. "Fu Sheng, your voice reached me."
He stares at her. "Did Li Dai Yu disappear?"
"No." She smirks at him with a mischievous glint in her eyes, "Do you want her now?"
"I am fine with either of you." He looks side-ways and coughs. "Either one is fine."
Huang Qiuyan laughs. The sound of her laughter makes him blush. The king clears his throat. "You are having fun, aren't you?"
"It was nice watching a king getting flustered because of me." Huang Qiuyan steps to her right, moving into his line of sight. "Say it now."
"What?" He looks up in the sky, trying to avoid her smiling eyes. She has cornered him here. His queen is up to no good.
"How much you love me?" Huang Qiuyan raises her finger. "If you want to give me flowers, you can find plenty of them here. Do you know that Li Dai Yu stole one of the flowers that you gave her and put them here?"
"Did she?" He steps backwards, thinking of ways to change the topic. "Show me."
"You even seduced my other self," Huang Qiuyan grumbles, feeling upset. "Why I am easily seduced by you all the time?"
"I only like seducing you." He smiles at her, feeling delighted after seeing the familiar sullen look on her face. "When you wake up, I will seduce you every day for the rest of our eternity."
She raises her brow. "I won't get seduced before you tell me how much you love me. Fu Sheng, I won't compromise in that area. Learn to say romantic words while I am still asleep."
"Romantic…" Fu Sheng scratches his head. "Should I bring flowers to you every day?"
"Ask Xiao Chun Dan. He will come up with countless ways to do romantic things." Huang Qiuyan walks ahead of him with a smile. "Taking a walk through the forest is also romantic."
He jogs toward her and grasps her hand. "How about you say it to me?"
"I am a little traditional." Huang Qiuyan clicks her tongue, both amused and annoyed. "Men should do it first."
"I have done it plenty of times." Fu Sheng replies, feeling wronged. "You said that you heard it."
"Fine, fine." Huang Qiuyan decides to let it go. It seems like he is feeling shy right now. Just look at his face! The vampire king's cheeks and ears are red. "I want a grand wedding after I wake up."
"That's all?" Fu Sheng is surprised to hear that. "But we can't have a human wedding."
"Let's go with a vampire one then." They reach a large pond. In the middle of the pond, there's a small ground. In that small ground, there's a small camellia plant, carrying small flower buds waiting to bloom. "When they bloom, I will wake up."
"How long will it take?" He asks her.
"The moon guardian told me that I would wake up after love blooms and hope returns." Huang Qiuyan lets out a laugh. "I didn't expect to hear her voice."
"When did she… Ah…" Fu Sheng closes his eyes and sighs. The moon guardian didn't leave because she was already working on the miracles before he even asked for it. "She should have told me."
"She was pretty clear though." Huang Qiuyan glances at two of the flower buds. "Well, Klyn is resisting it a lot."
"Just like you did."
"You also didn't like the idea at first."
"I was an idiot." Fu Sheng admits. "I should have courted you properly."
"That's what you are going to do after I wake up." She squints her eyes. "You are less handsome when I do this."
"Why are you squinting your eyes then?" He flicks her forehead. "Just open your eyes and look at me carefully."
"I used to do it when I went on marriage dates." She holds her laughter when she sees him looking at her darkly. "Fu Sheng, you also had a fiancee before I appeared."
"She's already dead," Fu Sheng mutters, feeling bitter.
"I am sure that men I dated are also dead." She strokes his back to soothe his anger down. "So... can I really ride you when I become stronger?"
"You think that you can become stronger than I am?" He glares at her. The number of people she has dated is higher than the entire number of purebloods that ever existed in this world. Who wouldn't feel sour? What if any of those men are still alive?
"No, I will let you do the work." She plants a kiss on his lips. "It's time for you to go."
Fu Sheng could also feel it. He has to leave now. The energy that brought him here is already dissipating. His body is pulling him back, but he doesn't want to leave.
"Keep me here with you, Huang Qiuyan."
"I can't do that." Huang Qiuyan grins. "If you don't go, how will you come back here?"
"I can come back?" Fu Sheng questions her with a loud voice.
"I think so." She seems a little sad. "She said something about full moons."
"Once a month?" Fu Sheng creases his forehead. "That's too long."
"I guess so." A longing smile appears on her lips. "I will wait for you, Fu Sheng."
Fu Sheng sighs when he looks at Huang Qiuyan's sleeping face. So, this is the second miracle. He would be able to be with her soul. He smiles at her softly. At least, he can be together with her once a month until she wakes up.

After reaching the dark gate, Klyn wonders if all the sins are catching up to him. In front of him, Sung Na-Mi's father is standing with a frown on his face. "Why are you here?"
"I am…" What should he say now? He was trying to run away, but he ran to the person he was running away from. He smiles brightly at him. "Mr Sung, I heard that you are trying to open the dark gate. I came because you might need help. You managed to do it already?"
"What do you think?" Sung Jun's answer is aloof and cold. Klyn could understand the hidden meaning in his tone -- if he has eyes, he would see that the gate is opened already.
"Mr Sung, you have done it," Klyn says awkwardly while looking for ways to escape. If he runs toward the dark gate, he could escape to any random world. Sung Jun ignores him and continues instructing the angels and other gods.
Klyn takes slow steps toward the dark gate. The dark energy is still flowing into the gate. Going along with the dark energy is a little dangerous since he might get swept and end up in a distant world. However, he would rather jump into the sea of dark energy than jump into a true bond that he doesn't want to happen to him.
Why him? It should happen to Jin or Lei. Brother Aiken needs a woman too. Brother Noah has been in love with Brother Izo for such a long time. Why there's no true bond between them? He didn't even want a true bond.
Klyn looks back toward the castle once. He will miss his brothers. He will miss Fu Mian. He will even miss the King and the queen. He will miss his exes. He sighs. Sadly, the person he will long for most is Sung Na-Mi. Klyn takes a step forward and jumps.
"My lord." The angel gestures toward the gate. "The vampire jumped into the dark gate. Will he be okay?"
"Let him be." Sung Jun shakes his head slightly. He has lived for such a long time. He could see that the vampire is hesitant regarding the true bond. The true bond holds a little weight in Sung Jun's mind. If the vampire isn't right for his daughter, there's no way that he would ever approve of him as Sung Na-Mi's mate.
