Back in the Mystery Machine, the gang except for Shaggy an Scooby were frustrated that they were unable to get any clues.
"What do we do? We have nowhere to find any clues," Daphne said.
Chris thought hard and finally got an idea.
"Hey guys, how about we search for clues at Burger Joint. Let's check if they started fixing anything yet," Chris said.
"Good idea, Chris," Fred said as he changed directions to the way of Burger Joint. When they arrived, Chris' hunch was correct.
"No construction, only the yellow tape. There's no supervision so it'll be easy for us go in right now," Chris said.
"Alright then. Let's search for clues," Fred said. The gang went inside and they started to search.
Chris went to place where they heard the loud sound the day before and it turns out that the floor was broken once again.
'Another floor broken. I guess this is the pig's entrance to the restaurants,' Chris thought.
After a bit more searching, the gang gathered up in the middle of the restaurant.
"Nothing?" Fred asked. Everyone nodded their head.
"Hmm... this is weird. In Jumborino, the pig took the financial records. In Burger Joint, they didn't even bother," Velma said.
"Well, all I really found was a hole in the floor. I mean what we can do is go inside it and check it out," Chris said.
"Can we go like tomorrow?" Shaggy asked. "What if that pig monster is still there and waiting to make us into patty,"
"Reah tomorrow," Scooby said.
"Not possible. The owners of Burger Joint might come and renovate everything like Jack did. If he does that then there's no way we'll get inside," Chris said.
"Alright," Fred said. "I have some equipment in the car so let me go get them,"
Soon Fred came back with a long rope, gloves, and flashlights.
"A rope to get us down the hole just in case it's deep, gloves for going down the rope, and flashlights since it's dark in there,"
"Well, I can check how deep it is right now," Chris said. He got a piece of the table that was on the floor from the pig's destruction and threw it in the hole. There was a sound within seconds.
"Alright it's not deep, but we can't jump down since it'll hurt or even break our feet. These tables are merged with the floor, tie the rope to the table and we'll be able to go down," Chris said.
Fred quickly tied the rope to the table and the gang went down the hole after putting on their gloves.
Chris was first to make it down and he turned on his flashlight. It was the sewer and it smelled terrible.
"Ugh this smell is worse than the week old burger I had in the fridge," Shaggy said.
"Yuck," Scooby said as he held his nose.
"Well it is the sewers. What do you expect?" Velma asked.
"Well guys let's move forward," Fred said.
Soon they faced a forked road.
"Scoob, I feel like I know what's going to happen," Shaggy whispered to Scooby.
"Alright guys, we're going to split up. Daphne, Velma, and I will go to the left while Chris, Shaggy, and Scooby goes to the right,"
"Why am I so good at this?" Shaggy asked himself.
"Don't worry Shaggy, you're with Chris so things can't go that bad," Daphne said.
'I guess I'm going with Velma,' Chris thought as he sighed.
"Well what's the holdup, let's split up," Fred said as he and the girls went to the left.
Chris, Shaggy, and Scooby looked at each other and went to the right side.
However, soon they reached a dead end.
"Alright a dead-end, we should go back to Fred and the girls," Shaggy said as he and Scooby started walking the opposite way.
"Hold it you two," Chris said. "Not until we thoroughly search this place,"
"Chris I thought you were like on our side," Shaggy said.
"Reah our side," Scooby said.
"Yeah and I want to get this mystery over with. Imagine coming down here the second, third, fourth, or maybe the tenth time just because we couldn't find something that was in front of our noses the whole time," Chris said.
"Tenth time. Hohohohoho, I don't want that," Shaggy said.
"Reah," Scooby said.
"Alright then let's get searching. Scooby, I know this will be a bit hard for you because of the terrible smell, but try to smell something out," Chris said.
"Alright," Scooby said.
The three got on to searching. Scooby was sniffing around the place while Shaggy and Chris started observing and touching walls.
After around 5 minutes of searching, Scooby accidentally pressed the bottom of the wall with his nose. When he pressed it, a small portion of the wall next to him was pushed back and slid to the side.
"Guys I found something," Scooby said.
"What?" Chris asked as he rushed towards Scooby. Since there was nothing after 5 minutes of thoroughly searching, even he was about to give up.
"Rook," Scooby said. In the secret compartment was something that the three of them were familiar with, the bipedal pig.
"Alright so now we know this isn't a mutant pig running around destroying all burger places," Chris said.
"Should I like get the rest of the gang here?" Shaggy asked.
"No, let's just take pictures of it and get the gang to analyze it," Chris said. "Besides the pig isn't going anywhere. I'm sure that doing this all took a very long time so whoever the culprit is cannot move the pig in a short amount of time,"
Shaggy and Chris took out their phones and started to rapidly take pictures of every corner of the room so that they wouldn't miss anything at all. Furthermore, Chris would just ask the System to find the stuff that he and the gang can't find.
After they were done taking pictures, Chris, Shaggy, and Scooby left after Scooby pressed the button one more time closing the hidden door.
