The intent heard his request and a small red potion bottle appeared in front of the intent.
"This potion bottle contains a thousandth of a drop of my blood essence. This can let you reach level two instantly by evolving your bloodline and would let you reach level three if you work hard." The intent explained.
Hearing the intent's words all the other goblins salivated. This one bottle will let them reach level three.
It was practically impossible for a goblin to reach level three in its life due its weak constitution. But now, this drop of blood essence would let them reach it.
But none of the goblins had any intentions to steal this drop of blood essence. This was because the level one goblin was too strong.
And who would dare attack him in the presence of the God's intent, the level one goblin was sure to drink the drop of blood essence as soon as he gets it.
So if they attacked and missed, it will surely be their demise. So none of the goblins had any intentions to attack the level one goblin.
But that was for the goblins, there was still a human present here who would dare to attack anyone he likes.
Sky slowly walked up the altar and looked in the direction in which Carnage was present.
The level one goblin frowned seeing a human disturb him on his way to level three monster.
As the level one goblin watched, Sky took out the black knife and walked towards Carnage. But his attention was on the level one goblin the whole time.
Watching Sky walk towards Carnage, the level one goblin thought that Sky was stealing his sacrifice.
He thought that Sky was going to kill Carnage and gain the blood essence from the God's intent. After all, the intent only cared about the sacrifice, it did not care about who performed it.
Carnage lifted her head for the first time she was brought up the altar, as she felt it was too quiet. She looked up and saw the face she was dreaming about for the past week.
Tears fell down her face uncontrollably, she felt like she was dreaming but she knew she was not.
But that just made her even more sad. They were surrounded by goblins all around. There was no way to escape them even if she held her black knife.
But seeing Sky risking his life and coming here all alone, she still felt her already stirred heart, stir once again for him.
Why did you come? She did not ask. She only smiled peacefully thinking that it would be her last moment. She said the words that mattered, "I Love You Sky! If there is an afterlife, I wish I could meet and fall in love with you again."
"Idiot! As long as I am alive, I will not let you leave me. So stop this another life and other bullshit." He scolded her with a smile, his eyes red with emotion.
At the same time as he finished, the level one goblin jumped up on Sky with a knife in his hands.
"Noooo!" Carnage cried. But the level one goblin was already upon Sky. All she could do was watch as the goblin's knife cut deep into Sky's chest.
The level goblin smiled watching his knife cutting through Sky's chest. He then tried to pull out his knife, but it never came out.
He raised his eyes to look at Sky, only to find a black knife heading towards his neck.
The next moment the goblins lost a level one goblin forever.
Sky pulled out the knife stuck in his chest and threw it down. He continued towards Carnage as if nothing had happened.
None of the goblins moved after seeing the way he killed the level one goblin.
They were not sacred of smart people, but they were scared of suicidal maniacs, who killed without a care for their lives.
Seeing Sky Free the dumbfounded Carnage, the God's intent finally made its move.
"I will give you a full drop of my blood essence, kill the girl!" It said.
Sky looked at it coldly for a second before his face turned scared.
"My God. why don't you kill the girl by yourself? that way you don't need to waste a drop of your precious blood essence." He said with an expression of being scared.
Seeing Sky scared, the intent thought it was natural. After all he was a God, where as the other party was just a puny human.
Maybe Sky asked this question to find a way to kill the girl without conflicting himself. After all she was his lover.
Thinking that Sky wanted a reason to kill his lover and not feel guilt, the intent spoke again, "I want to kill the girl by any means today. But I am benevolent God and would like to earn sacrifice through gifts than force. So you can kill her without any guilt, since I will kill her if you don't."
Sky sighed sadly and looked at Carnage with a sad expression. Carnage shook her head. If Sky wanted to kill her, she would not resist.
Sky once again turned towards the intent and bowed, "My God! Can I have the drop of blood essence first. It's not that I don't trust you, it's just that I would like to gift it to my lover before she dies."
The intent nodded without thinking much and the potion bottle flew to Sky.
Sky put the bottle in his pockets, he slowly walked towards Carnage who had smile on her face.
Today she witnessed Sky being strong and that made her feel immense happiness, if Sky gained more strength by killing her, she would be more than willing to die.
She closed her eyes and waited for her death. But death never came, all she felt was her body being scooped up and she was in Sky's arms.
Sky ran like he never did before, only after he travelled quite a distance did the intent come to his senses.
Sky's action dumbfounded him, he screamed in anger. "Damn human! How dare you cheat me?"
A seal came out of the intent and travelled at a speed Sky could not see and branded itself on his body.
But Sky did not stop to check, he just ran.
