With the appearance of the Hobgoblin and his Royal Guards, the fight came to a standstill soon after the last bolt was fired.
The Hobgoblin looked at the Twin-Tailed Python with hatred evident in it's eyes as he saw his own kind slaughtered , the death toll numbering to a half of the goblin population!
"Little snake..kill!" roared the Hobgoblin, shocking the watchers as it spoke in human speech
From his back, the Hobgoblin pulled two bastard swords as they shined with a sharp glint. One could only imagine how deadly and sharp the blades are!
Taking a step forward, the hobgoblin's figure could be seen leaving afterimages as it moved at extreme speeds, wishing to tear this beast into thousands of pieces!
At the same time as the Hobgoblin disappeared in a flash from his place, the Twin-Tailed Python moved.
Bang!
A metallic sound of steel hitting each other was heard as soon as the swords and the tail of the python hit each other!
Whoosh!
Just from the first clash, the hobgoblin was instantly pushed back a few meters behind as the python stood in it's place, hissing uncontrolably as it looked warily at the swords in the hobgoblin's hands. An ugly smile appeared on the Hobgoblin's face as it licked the blood on the swords, as a small cut could be seen on the body of the Python.
"Attack!" ordered the Hobgoblin sternly before rushing at the Python again
Another wave of bolts and fireballs flew towards the angry Python as it was sieged from all parts. Malevolence radiated from it's eyes as it used one tail to block the attacks and the other to protect itself from the Hobgoblin's slashes.
After the bolts pierced through it's body one after the other, the fireballs finally had an effect on it's body as the heatwaves rushed through the holes burning the Python's flesh, causing it's massive body to wail in pain!
The Hobgoblin's attacks were a great success as well, as it's swords cut into it's body leaving more sword wounds. Slowly and slowly the Python started losing more and more blood from the continous attacks it suffered.
The python narrowed its eyes as it glared at the hobgoblin. It hissed, a malevolent glare in its eyes. Damnable insects, how long was it since someone dared to challenge it? The attacks kept coming as it's body was wounded with every attack.
Angered, in a single powerful crunch, the python dashed towards the Royal Guards Goblins and with a few crunches, the goblin's disappeared in it's mouth. Its tail swept the ground, leaving a deep gouge in the place of other goblins who rushed to help. It's patience pushed to the limits, the Python ignored the attacks of the Hobgoblin as it descended like a king through the peasants, slaughtering every Goblin in it's way. Knowing it can't kill the Hobgoblin yet, it's attention was directed towards the other Goblins who kept adding injuries to it's majestic body!
Just like that, the flames of war raged on for more than one hour, as the Hobgoblin's eyes turned red from anger, as the Python's vitality was through the roof! It's body already had hundreds of wounds, small and big, it's flesh burned but it still killed another quarter of the goblins!
If it continued like this, all the goblins will soon die!
Watching from the sidelanes at the show, Wang Tao and the others were stupefied at the power of the Twin-Tailed Python as it massacred thousands and thousands of poor goblins!
"Damn the heavens, how can something so powerful exist!"
"If we had to deal with this beast by ourselves, even hundreds of thousands of us couldn't kill it!"
"Thank god our boss, Huang Lu, had such an idea and used that brat to bait the Twin Tailed Python otherwise we would've never been able to kill these beasts!"
"You're right, just look at that Hobgoblin. Even if it's not the Twin-Tailed Python's match, it's speed and strenght are too terrifying. We wouldn't be able to defeat either of them, especially since the Hobgoblin is protected by thousands of goblins!"
"Praise the boss! Hooray!"
"Hooraaay!"
Listening to the crowd discussing and cheering, Wang Tao and the others watched coldly. So it was okay to sacrifice him as bait, but if he looked correctly, he knew, most of them would have already pissed their pants down if they had to run from that beast!
Ying Yue looked angrily at the crowd, before she turned to look at Wang Tao, coming close enough to him that she could feel his hot breath blow on her face. Her face burned red before she tiptoed to plant a warm kiss on Wang Tao's lips.
"You are brave." she softly whispered to him, her face blushing uncontrollably as she saw old man Zhang, Fire and Kiki looking at her with a mischevious smile on their faces
Stupefied, Wang Tao looked at her in a daze as he licked his lips. He could still feel the warmth of her soft lips. A fire burned in his heart as he saw Ying Yue looking shyly at him, his heart beating uncontrollably before he approached her and took her in his arms.
"Thank you" he said softly as he caressed her hair
She wanted to struggle for a moment, but immediately gave up. Her pale hands snuggled on his back, as they could feel the warmth emanating from each other's body as they stayed like that for a moment.
BOOM
A thunderous sound just like the heaven's splitting apart could be heard, ruining the happy moment of the two lovely birds as Wang Tao immediately pushed her closer to his chest, trying to protect her from danger.

Finally, after being sieged like that a couple of times, an earth-shaking roar came out of the Twin-Tailed Python's mouth!
With it's roar, the already dark sky started to tremble as rain started pouring down as a magnetic field could be seen appearing on the skies. A clanking sound could be heard from the sky. It was as if a huge anvil was being dragged across the murky sky as the hammer of the heaven's was beating uncontrollably at the anvil wishing to rip the skies apart. Buzzing and hissing, the hammer descended once more before thunderbolts descended on the area surrounded by the Twin-Tailed Python, wishing to exterminate the existence of all these insignificant creatures.
The thunderbolt descended, as per the heaven's wish to destroy everything under it's gaze apart!
Under the fury of the heavens, the goblins eyes were full of desperation and fear!
ZZZZAAP
With each thunderbolt descending, an area was razed into nothing-ness as the goblins turned into lifeless, scorched corpses.
The Hobgoblin looked at the Twin-Tailed Python stupefiedly, fear evident in his heart. This was the first time he has seen such a dangerous creature that could summon thunders out of nowhere! The grip he used to hold the bastard swords was shaking uncontrollably as the thought of running away could be seen in his eyes.
Exhaustation could be seen from the Twin-Tailed Python as it stumbled around through the mountains of corpses scattered around as it headed towards the Hobgoblin.
With no warning, it's stiff body lunged towards the hobgoblin, it's fangs glistening under the murky sky.
Terrified, the hobgoblin used both of his swords to slash at the head of the Python as they passed through the holses made by the bolts and fireballs, directly into it's brain.
HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
A tragic wail came out of the Python's mouth as it's tails moved at incredible speeds towards the hobgoblin, smashing his body hardly on the cemented floor, sounds of bones breaking.
The Twin-Tailed Python's body turned stiff before it fell stiffly on the cold floor, it's body spasming uncontrollably as white matter was coming out of the holes where the swords were embedded.
"Now's the time! Let's go!" roared Huang Lu in excitement as he rushed forward followed by the group of people as they greedily looked at the dead Twin-Tailed Python and heavily injured Hobgoblin as it struggled to stand up.
