I spent 50 TP in order to reinstall more human scissors to cut off the escape routes the hero might potentially travel.

Now, I just have to wait until the hero steps on my trap.....
...Or that was the case but the hero just doesn't seem to be moving. Instead, he held his battle axe and began to chant.
"HAAA! [Vacume Slash]!"
The hero shook the ground once again, removing the grass and leaving a bare path where he was able to safely travel. The hero held the old man tightly while begging to walk away.
This is bad... He's gonna escape!... What can I do in this situation...

By looking at the hero's HP display, I noticed his health was (3500/7530), meaning all I need to do is to get him to lose 1000 more health and his health will reach into the yellow health area.
This means now is a good time to attack! I still have 1800 Trap points and there shouldn't be any problems reducing the hero's health.
After making my decision, I began to move towards where the hero is with my vines.
I moved in front of the hero, and released my contraction skill, revealing my actual form.
"W, What is this plant thing?"
The hero stopped right in his tracks and stared at my 2 meters high and 5 meters wide body.
"This!... This plant!... But there was no sign of any plant monsters!...! Perhaps the others were devoured by this?..."
I moved the old man and made him wrap himself around the hero, restricting his movements.
"G, Gramps! what are you doing?"
Alright then shall I start my attack? My cursor has finally locked onto the hero.
Lets dance hero! Let's have a splendid dance!

"KUH!, these vines! what the hell are they? I'm losing health from them!"
The hero gets enraged, swiftly removing the vines attacking him with his battle axe.

Not yet, I can't eat him yet, I need to reduce his health more! I need to attack him with stronger attacks!

The hero swiftly cuts the vines with his battle axe like last time, however, he was not able to slash them all.
"Don't look down on me!"
The hero swung at the vines vigorously... but it was already too late.
Looking at his health display, the hero's health was (2500/7530). It was already yellow. No matter how strong the hero was, nothing is able to live after I use my devour skill. He has no choice but to bow down to the mysterious force of this skill.
Alright, then it's about time...

I am unable to use my devour skill.
Just what is going on?
I immediately looked at the help section for the devour skill in my display.
{Devour:
This skill is able to be used on preys that are lower level than you after reducing their health to 1/3 or less,
This skill is able to be used on preys that are higher level than you after reducing their health to 1/10 or less,
This skill is able to be used on preys that are 1/5th of your level as is without reducing their health.}
------I need to reduce my preys health to 1/10th if they are higher level than me...
No way!...why?...
I know the hero is higher level than me but this is the first time I've heard of this condition before!
This is the worst...I only have 100 trap points remaining...No matter how you think about it I'm done here... I really should have read these beforehand to fully understand the limitations of my skill goddammit.
"It stopped its movements... Nows my chance! Move! Gramps!"
The hero shakes off the old man like he's nothing and swung his battle axe towards me, scraping off some leaves off me.

This is the first time I've received damage after reincarnating into a man-eating plant. I don't feel any pain but if my health reaches zero, I'm pretty sure I know what is going to happen.
The hero continues to launch his violent attacks at me.

I'm in a sticky situation here and I really don't have any way get out.
.....Wait a minute, What is this? I'm recovering Trap Points while receiving damage from the hero?

My trap points have fully recovered from all the damage I was receiving.

I have no idea what this skill does, but it sounds powerful So I'll bet my life on this skill to save me.
Suddenly my whole body starts shining with light.
My body fell apart and started to scatter, My petals have also changed into a crescent moon shape and started to spin like a tornado, attacking the hero.
The remaining leaves reconstructed to my former human body. I'm not dressed but strangely I don't feel embarrassed.
I am watching the moon petals dance in the air, It truly is a breathtaking scene that shines brightly. However, The scene did not last long, as it immediately started its attack towards the hero.
My Trap Points steadily decrease while the hero was being attacked by my tornado.
"GAHHHHHH!"
The beautiful flower dance has destroyed the hero's battle axe and armor and the hero's health fell to 400/7530, causing him to fall towards the ground.
My trap points have been depleting causing the attack to stop and return me to my original man-eating flower appearance.
Finally, my long-awaited devour skill has finally appeared.
Its... My win...

His body was very strong and muscular and was very chewy despite being carved by the flower petals from before. It still tastes like something else was mixed into it though...
This taste... is the taste of the blood of demons... He might have been half-demon...That explains his ridiculous strength.
I'm very happy that I finally got to eat the hero that humiliated me. I will duplicate him later and make him eat the same bug he made me eat later.
