I was coming to Signora today.
Today is the release(sale) date of the new product.
Introducing Signora’s long awaited, new products……!
The name is……
“Aodaーkefumi〜(アオダーケフミ〜 Green bamboo step?/experience?)! And also jump rope! !” (TLN: Really no clue what it is yet. For a moment I thought it was the name of the jump ropes since plural is kinda ambiguous to me but apparently they are separate items. Just assume it is a made up mishmash name of some JP product for now until something hints otherwise since the description is rather vague…/there is no description! When I look up アオダーケフミ on google I get no results, when I search 青竹踏 all I get is images of feet and half cuts of green bamboo…. Which I guess, is apparently what it is)
Do not scorn. To start with this Aodaーkefumi(written in kata), in other words green bamboo step(Aodaーkefumi written in kanji), here in the kingdom of Altria there is no green bamboo.
Or perhaps I should say there is no bamboo. Naturally there is also no bamboo shoots…… Very disappointing.
For that reason, this green bamboo step is produced from processing wood(tree).
In other words it wasn’t even bamboo, This item I could not concede to assign it any other name than green bamboo step as a former Japanese.
By the way the name was arranged in horizontal lettering(western writing) style.
Incidentally the green bamboo step or such was a first time for Sisie. (TLN: Help… シシィに初めて青竹踏みといった時に I am very sure I got this wrong somehow…. Must give up because I already spent like 3 hours mulling over this one line.)

It originated from the occurrence when hearing repeatedly.
(Insert sudden topic change here if you didn’t notice. I most certainly didn’t until I started on the next chapter. This was the reason I thought aoda-kefumi was the name for the jump ropes….)
Jump roping is as it is, jump roping.
In short it is rope.
However! As a multitude of boxers seem to reduce weight by doing jump rope, skipping rope should display great effectiveness in dieting! （Probably）
Moreover because it is space-saving and excellent for carrying around it is possible to exercise anywhere……!!
Surely it isn’t an exaggeration to say it is perfect.
Maa, Perhaps space-saving may not be necessary for a young lady of nobility or merchant house but…….
At any rate, I am proud that it is a revolutionary new product in this world.
In the period of the release of this product we once again set up an area, the diet corner of Signora.
Because I felt that it was somehow distant(far apart) from the high class shoe shop, it might be better to prepare another store when it gets up to a hot-selling line(i.e. product line).
When I head towards the diet goods corner brimming with confidence, there was a single boy staring intently at the jumping rope with ardent(passionate/hot) eyes.

“Jump rope…… Hold cord in hands and jump……? Full-body physical training centered on arms and legs……”

“If its whole body training(tempering)……! But I do not understand the specific method of jumping! !”
“Shall I show you?”

I picked up the jump rope, and invited(lured) George outside.

However, it is too unprecedented it may be difficult to understand how to jump going by instructions alone.
Perhaps it would be good to do periodic demonstrations.

Its my complete and utter defeat…… As expected I am irritated(stupid/slow). There is no way I can do something like Falcon.
“Fuu…… finished with victory again. Know the flavours of defeat(?)! Haーh ha ha ha ha!” (TLN: 負けの味が知りたいものだな！ Not quite sure about this part but those should be the key words involved.)
George-sama released a loud laugh.

“I humbly receive the official appointment. …… By the way what is piー arーru?”
I(you) mustered up my(your) strength and fought, a crowd of people built around us giving praise to the scrutiny, a warm applause sprung forth. (TLN: 己 can be use for “I” or “you” leaning towards the derogative side it seems, so I’m not sure which one she is referring to in this sentence but it doesn’t seem to matter either way. Just noting it)
Raising my head swiftly, inhaling a deep breath.
“Come(Sa) come everyone observe! Hello(konnichiha) and welcome(youkoso) please come (closer)! This here is today’s featured merchandise, it is the jumping rope! With this here jumping rope anybody can easily be able to do full-body exercise! You don’t know how to use it? That is alright! Anyone can do it easily! Come, assistant George-san! First is the basic method of jumping”
