One Night at the Inn 23
After Reindelph and Illan completed their orders, Lia’s eyes looked towards Id and Irlina.
“I just want a simple salad and some fruits, and 1 glass of white wine.”
This was Irlina’s order.
“Same for me as well, but add a soup.”
Id also ordered skillfully. The food at the diner fit Id’s tastes. Although he wasn’t the type to dislike any type of food, he still liked unique tasting sauces. Watching how the others did it, Id soon learned how to order his food. Since Lia was now finished with taking their orders, she quickly ran to the counter.
Grey, who had his nerves on edge, suddenly yelled out to Id.
“But Id, you don’t eat a lot of meat like Irlina. Why is that?”
Seeing Grey raising his glass of water, Id also raised his own.
“I don’t really have any particular reason, but it’s just that I don’t like greasy food.”

The dirty looking guy, with thick eyebrows, was currently grabbing onto Lia’s hand and was not releasing it. As Grey had quickly stood up from his seat, his seat fell back with a loud sound, and the atmosphere turned deathly silent. Marching out in a stately manner, Grey was prepared to tussle as he headed towards the counter.
“Look here, you guys aren’t the only ones here right now. Can you be quiet.”
Although Grey liked to put on an extravagant air, he was very clear on what was right and what was wrong.
The opponent seemed to be dumbstruck. He then smiled, as if a child was acting up against him. The thick eyebrows seemed to have dealt with these types of people before as he yelled out in a loud voice.
“You, did you target this girl first or something? Why are you butting in?”
As soon as the sentence was completed, Grey’s fist hit straight to the middle of the man’s head. The sound of the hit was loud.

Lia became free and hurried towards Lu, as the man stumbled backwards.
“You little bastard. You dare to put your hand on my face?”
Thick eyebrows, who had fallen to the ground, staggeringly got up from the ground and menacingly kicked the wooden chair. His nose also had 2 streams of blood coming out from it.
Just like any trash that could be found in the streets, as soon as the friend was hit, the rest of the group began to attack Grey. With this, it had now become 4 against 1. Of course, it could easily become 4 against 6, but 5 people out of the 6 shook their heads as Grey left the table, and began to focus on their food again. With the food being in front of them, Grey’s group was uninterested in the fight and were busily toasting each other with their drinks. Hael may have been the only one that was worried for Grey, as she could not take her eyes off him.
The reason why Hael had become surprised for a moment was, because thick eyebrows had suddenly pulled out his sword. His form was sloppy, but there was no mistake that he was quite powerful.
Grey quickly assessed the 4 men’s skills as he decided to use the movement technique that he had learned from Id these last few days. Thick eyebrows’ sword swept down from above, as Grey slightly moved to the right and dodged the attack. Grey utilized Id’s movement technique and dodged all the attacks as if he was a butterfly flying in air. Seeing Grey’s quick movements, those who were watching began to cheer. Grey yelled out to Id, who was currently enjoying the meal that was in front of him.
“Id, this thing you taught me is quite effective.”
Id lifted his hand and responded back.
