She did it over and over again these days, and the Pearl always seemed addicted her soul. She felt it was as vast and profound as a sea.
Sunlight slanted down through the blue pearl; it reflected blue waves on the girl’s face.
Song Yu wanted to throw the pearl away to end this kind of illusory and luxurious life, but she still felt a little reluctant in her heart. This kind of ambivalent feeling made her feel more irritable.

At this moment, a giant whirlpool appeared in the middle of the artificial lake. A giant, clam-like monster surfaced above the whirlpool. It shot out a few tentacles, brandishing them towards the lakeshore. Several men in black were too late to dodge these tentacles; these tentacles immediately whipped their bodies. They fell to the ground; no one knew if they were alive or dead.
However, their leader was quite agile and leery. He dragged Song Yu along with him and dodged the tentacles.
Afterwards, the giant, clam-like monster immediately changed its target to them.
“What the hell is this!” Although the man in black had done many bad things, he apparently had never been in such a situation. He shouted loudly, in order to cover up his panic.
Seeing the monster’s tentacles shooting towards them, he hesitated for a moment, then kicked Song Yu’s waist. He took this chance to flee into the bushes, but as a result, the girl who fell to the ground had to face the monster alone.
Was this punishment because she wanted to get something for nothing?
