I dropped down on the back of a Naga, utilizing so much force that my feet stomped through his entire body and into the ground. I didn't give them any time to react as I shot towards the Naga king, arm's outstretched and vengeance in my eyes. I grabbed the head of another Naga, and dragged it down to my waiting knee, pulverizing the skull until all that was left was blood, brain and shaking serpentine body.
I wanted to move forward, but a black ball of fire slammed into my body and threw me backwards. I planted my feet on the ground and saw that my clothes had been burnt away, leaving me bare bodied as some sort of decaying fire attempted to eat away at my scaled body. And based on how much it stung, I would say this was no ordinary ability. I had to take this guys seriously, or else this would turn out a whole lot more differently than I envisioned.
So for the first time since my awakening, I called forth my armor, along with my sword and shield. There was a sudden jolt of electricity through my body as a dark blue armor, so dark it was almost black covered my body. It stretched across my torso all the way to my back and across my wings, coating them in a kind of soft metal that was actually pure whit in color scheme. And then the armor stretched to cover the horn on my head, the tail behind my waist, my legs, and my forehead and the side of my face.
Without most of my skills, and with my spells to weak for any substantial damage, I had to rely on my powerful body, and my weaving. But weaving meant this fight would end to quickly, and to be honest, that's not what I want, all of these people needed to pay for hurting my wife, one way or another, they all must suffer.
A naga jumped as me, slashing two scimitars at my neck, I took a step backwards, evading the slice, and took another forward. Sending the edge of my shield towards it's throat as his head came off his body. The naga had not even touched the ground, when I pivoted my body, and slammed my shield in the chest of another Naga, blasting it away and into it's comrades, as the sounds of broken bones filled the air.
I swung my sword upwards, taking off the scaled three fingered arm of another Naga who seemed to be preparing some sort of dark spell. I sliced the edge of my shield at his screaming face, cutting of his head from his jaw line, and jumped into the shadow realm as his partially headless body crashed to the ground. I came up behind another Naga, and stabbed my sword through his chest, and then I turned, using my sword as a spit, as I turned the naga over my head and see him into the body of another one of his comrades who was stealthily approaching me from behind.
Then some body slammed the body of a spear into my chest, pushing me back enough for something else to his a hammer on my back, sending me face first to the ground, as the Nagas ganged up around me, pelting me with spells, and slashing, smashing and stabbing at me with their weapons. While a single hit from one of them was like a tiny mosquito bite, eventually when dozens of hundreds of Nagas are hitting you with everything they've got, shit's bound to hurt.

With all of that hammers banging on my head like a gong, I couldn't focus enough to even use the ripple shield spell. But what these guys were doing right now, was getting me angry, and even if I couldn't use a spell, I could still weave. This time I didn't even need to gesture as the rune etched itself into the air. [PUSH]. All of the Nagas attacking me were thrown dozens of meters into the air, giving me the respite I needed to gather myself and glare at their falling bodies. [PULL].
*BANG!* *BANG!* *BANG!* *CRUNCH!* *CRACK!*
I stood right there at the epicenter as bodies fell around me and became broken beyond repair and recognition. Spines severed, crushed and dislocated, just as well as limbs, skulls and torsos. It was a trash heap of bodies, and I was the angel of death standing in the middle. At this point, twenty of the three hundred or so Nagas had already perished, or were in the process of painfully dying. I really liked the pace I was moving, not to fast that it would end fast enough, and not to slow that they would come up with a counter for my attacks. I wanted to feel fear, and stare death and terror in the face, as it approaches them for retribution, and they're stuck in despair knowing that there's nothing they can do about it, nothing at all.
Blood seeped and flowed on the ground like a river of red, unbidden in its approach and sinister in it's glow. I almost forgot about blood, I could do really weird, scary and powerful things with it. Maybe a demonstration was in order. I raised my hand up, using my awareness and racial control as a vampire over blood, I began to call every blood exposed towards me. But it wasn't enough, I looked at the other Nagas injured, but still alive. However it was just their luck that they had so many opens wounds on their bodies, so from those wounds I drained their blood. Drawing it out slowly, amidst their painful screams and rapidly declaring bodies, to the old me, this would have been one horrifying and bloody sight, but now, I felt that this was necessary. They all had to feel pain and fear before I send them off to the next world.
All of the blood began to coalesce and gather in massive ball above my head, roiling, bubbling and rippling like water in a glass that's just been shook. And then the blood began to slowly crystallize, letting out crackling and freezing like sounds, until all that was left in front to the Nagas was a massive ball of blood crystal. And then I waited, just to see what they would do next. And somebody came forward to talk.
"Lord Kael, king of the vampires. I understand that you must be very angry at the current turn of events, but we the Nagas assure you, that a war was never our intention in the first place. All of this carnage and destruction came as a result of a traitor of your own race, the vampire-"
"Stop! Look no offense snake man, but I already know all this. Shamir and that snake Cornelius instigated this war, for what reason? I don't really know, and at this point I don't fucking care. Those guys are going to die soon enough, period! However there's no possible explanation you lot can give that would justify the lives that you've taken, or the fact that you have my wife, the mother of my children in chains!
You all could have taken a step back and left us alone when you found out that Shamir had played you into this war, but what the fuck did you guys do. You continued killing, and taping, and tearing families apart, because the greed of what we have, was no longer something you could resist. But you really didn't expect this much of a fight from the vampires did you? Especially the vampires from my city.
So to offset this war, you decided to get leverage, something that you could use to not only blackmail the vampires into a corner, but also restrain me. Of the time you fucking snakes have been here, haven't you learnt a single thing about me, or at the very least about your predecessors. All of the generic idiots who stupidly go after the people I love, and hope to defeat me in the process.
So let me make this as simple as possible for all of you here, I think you bitches deserve that much right? Well I don't think so, but I'll tell you. You're all going to die here, and depending on my mood after I'm done with you, I could either wipe out every single member of your entire race, down to the last egg, or I would enslave you like the humans did us, or maybe raise you guys like cattle and have you feed the vampires for a long ass time. But I don't know, I'm still trying to make up my mind, but in the main time, those of you who're are here.....just die would ya."
And then the blood crystal above my head exploded, turning into numerous shards with very, pointy edges. I didn't hesitate, and just sent everything straight at them. They barely had time to react due to the sheer speed of shards attack, by then over a hundred of them, including the spokesperson who had come out to negotiate with me, had already been poked full of holes, and was very much dead.
There was no survivor here, no body injured that had to be taken care of. Everybody that got touched by the shard, had ended up dead, without question. Which means by this point over half their soldiers were already dead, seems like this was going splendidly. All of the shards that have been stabbed into the bodies of the dead Nagas were called back, and telepathically raised into the air for the next barrage, and I was going to make this one count, even if it seems this snakes had some sort of shield up. This would have put an exclamation mark on this conversation, and the smile on my face was all the sign they needed to know I was going to do something crazy. And it excited me, until….
"Wait!, please wait!" A Nagas standing at almost three meters tall said to me. Considering the chains used to bound Asha was In his hands, I dare hazard a guess to say, that this idiot here, was the Naga king.
"What do you want, can't you just wait your turn to die, like a good little snake. What could you possible have to say now hmmm?" I asked him, with annoyance etched all over my face.
"I surrender!"
*.......*
"Errr you what now?"
"I said I surrender, all of the Nagas surrender."
That was not what I expected, I mean he surrendered. Without prolonging the fight, and coming after me to the last man. This was so unlike villains, what gives? Though I'm not sure this changes anything, I'll just kill them and get it over with, just to be safe. This could all just be a trap, and it could turn out really badly if I let my guard down.
[Don't even think about, what's with the over extreme murderous tendencies. Stay your hand husband, calm your heart and think straight! You're many things, but a ruthless butcher and senseless killer is not one of them. Besides let them give you a reason to kill them, before you do something you will regret later on.] Asha said to me through our bond.
[And him putting you in chains is not reason enough for him to die? Seriously! You just told me to make sure they feel pain, that it hurt. Why are you saying something different now?] I asked her incredulously a little surprised by her change of tune.
[I don't have to tell you anything! Am I dead yet? No! I'm just in chains, besides this is war. Since when did me being in chains warrants you to kill everything in sight with such prejudice. I don't care what power you have now, if it's turning you into a monster, I'm going to rip it out of you. Now talk to the fucking Naga, and get me out of this chains!]
I blinked about a hundred times in that moment. Asha being angry or upset with me was....is very rare. And based on how much she was glaring at me, she really was not in the mood for compromise. And if I didn't do what she just asked me to do, I'll probably get an earful later, and it's bound to be painful. I jumped into the shadow realm, still unable to access my minor teleportation skill. I came up beside her, grabbed the silver chains, ignoring the slight sting I felt due to silver, and just pulled them apart using [BREAK]. Then I turned to the Naga king and asked.
"Give me a hundred good reasons why I shouldn't kill you… ow!" I flinched as Asha pinched my side.
"I will not give you a reason to spare my life young king, instead I offer it as recompense for what we've done and ask that you forgive the Serpentis for their sins. And instead subjugate rather than eradicate. I'm willing to sacrifice my life and the life of my sons, to keep our people safe. If that's a price we have to pay." He said to me, as he bowed his head, and placed both his crown, and his bone staff on the ground.
His son's seeing their father in such a state, looked shocked, and to be honest I expected a few outbursts of anger and rage and comments like let's fight to the death or something. Instead they all just bowed like their father and put their weapons on the ground, very willing to sacrifice their own lives, for their people too. If I say I wasn't touched by such loyalty, then I'll be the greatest lied of the century, because this was something I didn't expect from….….from.....well from a snake!
"Hey Watch out!" The Naga shouted as I felt a presence behind me.
I was fast enough to react, and even escape from whatever attack was coming, but for some reason, Asha, with all of her exhaustion and weakness was even faster than me. It was weird, but her speed was damn near godly in proportions, like she was here on moment, and the next she had her hands wrapped around the blade of a spear heading for the back of my head. The wielder of the spear, was our resident back stabbing snake like jackass, Shamir. And once he saw his attack had failed, he jumped into the shadow real to escape.
Asha dropped the spear she was holding with a fierce look in her eyes, and then she turned to me and said.
"This one on the other hand, we're going to kill, together, and it's going to hurt like a bitch." And then for the fist time ever, I saw her jump into the shadow realm, in pursuit of Shamir. I turned to the Naga king and said to him.
"Stay put, and protect the vampires here. If even one hair on their head is missing, then you don't have to worry about your life, because I will kill everyone you love in front of you, and leave you a tortured soul to wander this planet for all eternity, a broken shell of yourself."
"I won't fail you." He said to me.
"see that you don't!" I replied, as I jumped into the shadow realm, chasing after a true snake.
