Turning someone into a vampire was no easy task, but all the tools have already been provided. The person being turned has to be in a state of fear and intense negative emotions, I don't know why that seemed important, but that's how it's always been. Every rank of vampire, from a Nosferatu all the way to an elder can turn someone into a vampire.

The success rate are higher for elders, but in the end it was still just a fifty, fifty chance. Not everyone can become vampires, you needed to be strong enough to accept the change, and more often than not that strength came from your ability to withstand the pain you were feeling during the change. To be honest I might be a little more nervous than Tiberius himself, but there was a life on the line, and there wasn't really much time left for me to hesitate.

I crawled on top of the bed as my fangs slid out of my gums, I could feel them throb with anticipation, shaking and aching ax they pulsed to the rhythm of my increased heartbeat. I looked down on Tiberius's wife's eyes, and for some reason loved what I saw in there. The fear and terror she was currently feeling was intoxicating, it was almost like I was drawn to it, and I didn't ever know hesitate as I moved so fast and latched onto the side of her neck.

Even in her weakened state, she let out a scream of pain and fear. A vampire feeding was supposed to be euphoric. In a manner of speaking, a vampires fangs releases a venom of sorts that serves as anesthesia, having effects like hallucinations, weakness, and arousal. Basically it was like a drug, and there was the very real danger that she might get addicted to it.

As soon as my mouth touched her neck, my fangs dug into her with a fervor as what was left of her blood gushed into my mouth. The first thing I noticed about her blood though, was the fact it was poisoned, heavily. Whatever it was that was really stopping me from healing this woman, it was most probably due to the poison in her blood, and now in other to implement the change and truly save her life, I had to take in every last drop of her blood and the poison in it.

This was more pain than I've ever experienced in my entire life, it was as if someone was squeezing my heart, and it was about to burst. This poison wasn't normal, it acted as if it had a mind of it's own, and it was obviously made for use against vampires, this was a trap, and we just walked right into it. As her blood drained right out of her body, and into my throat, I could see her memories.

This woman was married to Tiberius to keep him in line, along the way she actually fell in love with him, much to the chagrin of Tiberius's elder brother, who had been sleeping with her even when she was married to his brother. She felt guilty, and especially so since she was now in love with the man she was supposed to be spying on and sabotaging at every opportunity she was given.

She never told him who she really was, or about the fact that she was a mole. She had them move away from the island, to a palace where it would just be the two of them, and the family they planned to raise.

They could live out the fest of their lives together, and she could be the perfect wife that she was always meant to be. And all was well with the world, except for the fact that Tiberius was loyal to his family, so when they summoned him for the mission to leading his army against the vampires, he had no choice but to answer.

Few weeks later they had lost contact with most of the army, the few that came back said that Tiberius had taken most of the army back to come warn the council of light about the missing vampires and their thousands upon thousands of kilometers long prison. The council of light denied ever having a meeting with Tiberius, and just a few days ago, a report came in that Tiberius was spotted with his army camped outside the Pride city of Leo Corson. The home base of the recently revealed King of the vampires or as he wants to be known, the King of Spero Kael Cor.

Her former lover and employer tried everything he possibly could to get her into his bed the whole time she has been here waiting for Tiberius, but she resisted. Not until today when news that Tiberius had sworn loyalty to Kael Cor came from one of the spies that had been placed in his army. The vampires were known as very persuasive seductive, and that without a doubt Tiberius had joined the wrong side and brought darkness upon the world he loved so much. She was heart broken, and his brother took advantage of her moment of weakness, and she let him have his way with her.

In the process, the alarms sounded and reports of Tiberius leading a group of vampires to assault the Nix family estate came in. She just knew without a doubt that Tiberius came here for her, and his brother knew it too. She didn't know what to feel at this moment, but even if Tiberius betrayed the whole world, obviously he had not betrayed her, he came back for her. But she betrayed him and she couldn't live with herself for that.

It was a little too hard for her to accept that she betrayed the man she loved again, and this time it felt much more worse than in the past. Her guilt was too much to bear, and amidst Tiberius's brother trying to calm her down so that they could find a way out together she grabbed an ornately crafted dagger laying by the side of the bed, and left a really nasty gash on one side of his face. And then without remorse she plunged the dagger into her own chest.

As she laid there dying, she watched the most hated person in her life run away, leaving her and his experiments behind. And at that moment the person she loved the most in the world came in, and he was not under a thrall to serve the vampires or anything, he was just Tiberius, her husband and the man she loves with all of her heart. At this point she couldn't even hear anymore, and as she lay there her head on his lap, her vision fading, she felt a sharp sting on her neck, and then pain like she has never felt before as a darkness wormed it's way into her body and settled in her heart, and then everything became dark.

THE PRIDE CITY
ASHA LEONA COR

Asha was having a fun time chasing Cassiel allover the room. They were just about six months old, both her children were already displaying characters like older kids. Cassiel liked to have fun, she was always willing to explore and inherited both her mothers' wild side, and maybe quite a bit of her father's daredevil gene.

Michael on the other hand was a veritable loner, and a daydreamer. Worse of all he seemed to love sounds like nothing else mattered to him. At such a young age he was attracted to music that if there wasn't any sort of song being played he wouldn't sleep, and he wouldn't be able to calm down. Michael was definitely not a mummy's boy, but he was quite attached to his father. It was only when he was with Kael that Michael truly acted like a child, and Cassiel was much the same; as both kids seemed to adore their father.

Asha was not jealous or anything, because obviously they all had their moments. And Michael fell asleep easier when he was being carried by either her or Xaseah, so obviously he felt a lot more safe with his mothers than his dumb father who seems to have been teaching him really weird words. Of Kael thought that Asha wouldn't find out about his use of curse words around Michel, then he had another thing coming. She was freaking goddess, and she saw a lot more than she let on.

She was about to go catch Cassiel when a sharp pain landed through her chest. It was so damn painful that she screamed out loud, blasting the windows of every building within a ten kilometer radius of the Cor estate. But she was not alone in this feeling, Both Michael and Cassiel felt the same pain, as they stated crying, startling the maids who had no idea what was happening to the mother and her children. The door blasted open, and Asare ran in with Kuyait and Rhea in tow, armed and ready for battle.

"Sister in law! What happened?" Rhea shouted as she ran towards the crouched Asha, helping her up as Galadriel and her daughter walked in. Asha couldn't answer, she felt it, but she hoped it was just a dream. It was Galadriel's daughter that answered, her Oracle powers showing forth in that moment.

"The king is hurt...he's going to sleep....for a long time."

That definitely startled everyone in the room, they all looked at Asha as tear started falling from her eyes. She didn't want to believe it, but she couldn't feel him anymore, She could feel Xaseah and through her eyes she could see his limp body on a bed, blood on his lips as black sickly veins stretched allover his body. He was still breathing, but he was gone, locked so deep into himself that their connection was broken. She hoped that was the case, because the alternative would only mean one thing, and that was the fact that King Kael of Spero was dead.

THE SECRET COUNCIL OF DARK GODS
DRACULA.

Why was he happy, well he had gotten rid of a threat. Dracula did not think he was bad person for what he had done, Kael would have caused an upheaval that would unseat all of the current gods, especially with Asha by his side. That was something he didn't want to happen, plus the fellowship and the collective seemed to agree with him.

Sure this would fuck up the vampires and the rest of the races that now follow Kael, but so what. Vampires were incredibly easy to make, and being a vampire god means he could take certain short cuts to get to that place. Everything had gone according to plan, besides using a god level allure on a woman who's emotional state was already in shambles was too easy. Sure there would have been the option that Kael won't attempt to save her, and that would have been really awkward.

But Dracula had spent a significant amount of time with Kael in Transylvania, he knew without a doubt that he would not be able to sit still and watch an innocent die, especially when said innocent is connected in one way or another to him. It was a good plan, too good. And that was probably why every god here looked at him warily; Dracula was hands down the best scheme out of all of them. Because only him would have the other gods forge a weapon from his fangs and bones, capable of killing him or any other god, and then drop it in the hands of a mortal and manipulate them to use it to eliminate a threat to their cause.

"So gentle gods and goddesses, what's next on our agenda. With the so called dragon king out of the way, I believe we should all be in the clear to make a full and complete play for the universe." Dracula asked with a smile as he looked at the other gods.

"mhmhahahahaha! Oh you guys are so ignorant it's funny. I told you guys not to touch the dragon king, that he was not alone and that he was protected by the very force that brought each and every single one of us to life, but you didn't listen. Now you've gone and pissed them off." A god said to them as he cackled to himself like a deranged madman.

"Surely you're mistaken Loki, what can a nation of vampires, dark elves, Nephilim and gnomes do to us. We're gods!" Dracula said to the trickster god with an annoyed look on his face.

"you're even more dumb than I thought, all of you. You really don't know? I don't think this council of dark gods is a good thing to be a part of. You guys and making schemes and yet you have no idea about the whole story. Damn! I'm on a sinking ship..….his people won't fall apart like you expect than to, first of all he's not dead. I can feel his life force still burning, brightly I might add. You just shredded his soul to pieces, and he's going to piece himself back slowly but surely. Because one he has the soul of a god dimwits, and two there would be others to help him.

When I said you guys went and pissed on the wrong tree, pissing off people you shouldn't have, I wasn't talking about the growing Kingdom of Spero or even the other gods who stand against this sham of a council. I talking about the other dragon kings who's existence the very fabric of the universe itself has kept secret, letting the existence of their leader keep them hidden and safe from your prying eyes. A leader you idiots just shoved a god killing weapon into.

They're going to go to his home, his kingdom. Protect it, help it grow stronger and then they'll save him. But before all that happens, they're going to come kill you all, and let's not forget they have an extremely powerful moon goddess with them. There was never a single dragon king, there are nine of them. And you guys or gods; are well and truly fucked! See you all at Ragnarok. Bloody ignorant fools."
