Lillie was in peril situation. She was stuck between going or not going. This doesn't seem like a big deal to most people. Heck, it's not that serious at all!

She was just being overly dramatic. She blamed it on the gene from her mother. Faint it may be but it's still there.

It's not much of a big deal if she decided to go, right? Well, finally facing the mysterious man who sent those gifts and love letters after so many years can cause turmoil on one's heart. What could she say to him if ever she went?

Should it be 'I'm really grateful for all your gifts and letter. But, I am to be married soon, I can't accept your love proposal.'

Or maybe 'You're eleven years too late. I can't accept you.'

Or should she go full She-Devil Lillie Bai on his instead? 'You? Who do you think you are? Who do you think I am? What worth are you to me?'

The first one seems the best.

Lillie needed 'help'. Pressing the intercom on the phone, she called, "Elliot, I need you in office."

Without waiting for a reply, she immediately hanged up. Elliot's desk was just outside her office's door, so he came in just ten seconds.

"Yes?"

"I need you to help me decide."

Arriving at the docks of Sapphire Blues, an expensive and well known beach resort with waters bluer than the sky and clearer than diamonds. This mysterious suitor was definitely not simple if he managed to attain entrance here.

Going down her car, a white coat draped on her shoulders to keep her warm. Aside from the gently sound of the waves and the clicking caused by her red stilettos on the pavement, it was quiet night. Nearing the rendezvous, she was greeted by the beautiful sight of colorful lights and flowers trailing towards a huge yacht.

Her head turned from side to side to search for anyone. Lillie can feel a distinct presence near but cannot locate because it was faint.

Is this the right place? She absentmindedly followed the colorful lights, she didn't even realized that she's already stepping on the wooden docks until one of her heels got stuck into a hole, causing her balance to fall off.

Then, a pair or strong, hard arms caught her before she fell on the rough surface. Her eyes met a pair of familiar hazel brown eyes.

Her eyes dilated and shook. Puberty hit him real good that she almost didn't recognize him. From his carefree smile up to his sparkling eyes, Lillie certainly knew who he was.

"Are you alright, miss?" He asked in concern as he tenderly held her hand.

Lillie did not responded as she continued to stare as if he was the most odd being in the world. The man scratched the back of his neck, feeling awkward because of her lack of response.

"Is there something on my face?" He asked.

Lillie has finally snapped our of her reverie and answered, "It's nothing. Thank you."

Wei Fang sighed in relief and grinned. Her voice was really pleasant to the ears, he thought.

"Are you lost?"

It was indeed Wei Fang, Lillie's old friend back in middle school. The first guy she had a crush on. But, that was all in the past.

The question is what's he doing here? It can't be that he's her mysterious suitor, he didn't even recognized her. Plus, Wei Fang switched schools upon high school.

Lillie immediately terminated the possibilities.

"I'm waiting for someone."

Wei Fang had an 'o' expression as he looked around the place. Romance filled the air, someone was about to propose to this beautiful lady. Wei Fang sighed, dejected that he didn't met her soon.

The man proposing to her must be very brave. Women like her, with the aura of a Queen and the looks of a Goddess, are hard to please.

Besides, who wouldn't want to court such beauty? Look, even he was totally smitten.

"I see. Well, you shouldn't keep him waiting now, do you?" He said, covering his disappointment with a grin.

Lillie nodded. Turning around, she was about to leave when her wrist was pulled back.

"Oh, sorry! I forgot to introduce myself." His cheeks flushed pink in embarrassment and quickly removed his hand from hers.

Cough, "My first name is Fang and my family name is Wei, what's yours?" It's as if Lillie came back to their first meeting. He introduced himself exactly in this way.

"Lillie Bai, nice to meet you, Mr. Wei."

Wei Fang froze, eyes widen in disbelief.

"Lillie Bai? You're 'the' Lillie, Lillie Bai?! Like the She-De— I mean, CEO of WPE Lillie Bai?!"

"Are there any Lillie Bais, whom was the CEO of WPE, roaming the Earth?" She deadpanned.

Wei Fang would never expect that 'the' Lillie Bai was actually the Lilliana Theodora Bai, whom he knew since middle school. Also Lillie's hair was black back then because it was prohibited by the school so because a lot of students might assumed that her rare hair color was dyed and thus, copy her.

She was forced to wear a wig since her mother refused to dye her daughter's hair black. You can't really blame Wei Fang if he haven't recognized her.

"Lillie."

Lillie was, once again, pulled. A familiar scent has entered her nose. Titling her head up, she saw Ethan's sharp jaw lines, his eyes were cold as they were directed at Wei Fang in caution.

"What are you doing here?" He said in a low growl. Raising his hands up in confusion, Wei Fang gawked at the two back and fort.

"You two know each other? Oh, I mean of course you knew each other when you're practically the cat and dog of the Business World." Wei Feng mumbled last part to himself.

"But why are you..." His finger pointed to Ethan Lillie again and again in utter confusion.

Scoffing as if he heard the most ridiculous thing. Ethan's switched from hugging her to placing his arm around her small waist as if proudly presenting her.

"She's my wife."
