Su Yichen noticed that the driver was passing by familiar buildings which signaled that they were heading home. His mom would drop him off with Stephanie and return to work. He wasn't ready to leave her just yet. Although he loved his grandma, he wanted to stay with his mom some more.
"Fine, we'll go to my office instead."
Su Lian didn't hesitate to agree to his request immediately. She was also feeling quite depressed and needed some cheering up. Being with her son was the perfect way to do that.
After instructing her driver to return to Infinity Corp, the trio headed straight inside the building. But before they walked in, Ryan handed Su Lian a pair of sunglasses which she put on Su Yichen.
Now that she knew Han Yuan's real identity, she had to be even more careful than she was before. With the kind of influence he had, if he finds out about Yichen, it would terrible. She isn't ready to go through a custody battle with him. She isn't even too sure if she would be able to win or not. More importantly, something like this wouldn't be good for Su Yichen, he's just a little baby.
It was best to avoid him completely. But it's going to be impossible to do that especially with their upcoming cooperation.
Su Lian hasn't felt this frustrated in a long time. She can't think of any solution to her current problem.

After spending two hours drawing, playing and hovering over Su Lian, the little three year old had exhausted himself and fell asleep in his mother's embrace.
Cradling her son in her arms, Su Lian still looked slightly depressed. She stared at the sky through the glass window in a daze while gently stroking her son's head.
Ryan who had finished his work for the day came strutting inside her office and was met with her long face.
"Why do you look so glum?"
"Do you even need to ask? You already know."
Su Lian replies without looking at him.
"I also know what will cheer you up. I have a great idea."
Hearing his response, she takes her gaze off the window and fixes her eyes on his bright and smiley face. "I have one too and it's moving back to America."
"No no. That won't do. We are not quitters, no matter the circumstance. I was talking about our revenge plan. Did you forget?"
Revenge plan?

Indeed, she had forgotten about this. With so many things happening around her, how could she remember someone so insignificant?
But what did he mean by "our" revenge plan, this was clearly her idea.
Su Lian lays her son on the couch in the corner and pulls out the folder that Ryan had given her on Wei Xiang.
"From what's here, Murong Ning is his latest mistress."
"He only keeps one at a time."
He can't be too promiscuous because of the influence his wife has. Keeping all his adulterous acts on the low, he has been careful in covering his tracks, but there's nothing that can stay hidden from Ryan.
In the folder, there were a lot of pictures photos of Wei Xiang together with Murong Ning. Most of them had been captured by security cameras, but they were almost all in hidden or romantic places.
Hotels, restaurants, cars, alleys, resorts, pools.
"These two have sure been living their best lives. How envious." Ryan sulks to himself while looking through the photos. But his voice is loud enough for Su Lian, but she chooses to ignore.
"Release all those photos to his wife. And give her Murong Ning's address and basic information as well."
Su Lian reclines in her chair and smiles devilishly. "We only need to watch the drama unfold from here without getting our hands dirty."
"Is that all you need me to do?"
She shakes her head and her face becomes serious. "Can you block all information on Xiao Chen?"
Hearing her request, Ryan smiles knowingly before turning around to leave. "I was already on it."
Su Lian stares at his receding figure until it can no longer be seen.
He was right, they aren't quitters. She won't move back, she can't. So many people like Chris were relying on her to get this job done right. There were also people here who she had to protect like her brother.
If anyone had to move away it should be Han Yuan, because she wasn't going anywhere. She wasn't the same weak person she was four years ago.
Now she's a mother and she runs a whole company. This time around, she would face him head-on if she had to.
