He knows the correct process of performing the steps of the Tempest Sword Dance since he already saw it hundreds of times during the past. He even managed to do it until the third step using a Spellblade when he was still a Grand Sorcerer.

"Jay, can you draw that soul gathering circle of yours again and enter the Soul Space? I think I might have found a way to triple the effectiveness of your training."
Jay was really out of options right now so he did what the Chicken Lord asked. He drew a soul gathering circle on his forehead and entered his Soul Space.

The Chicken Lord sighed before he spoke again. "I will split your soul into two parts. Send the other half of your soul to your 'Mind Room' and let one remain here. In order to make sure you have control over the two parts of your soul, I will lend you my Origin Core for the meantime."
When Jay heard this, he was shocked and looked at the Chicken Lord before saying, "Hold on! What will happen to me back on the physical world if that happens? Doesn't that mean that I will have two temporary bodies that will be stuck in the Mind Room and the Soul Space? And besides, I do not even know how to change or control my soul yet. I still haven't learned any Soul Arts."
"That's why I'm lending my Origin Core to you. It will let you have complete control over the two parts of your soul later on. As for the matters back at the physical world, I will take control over your body for the meantime. And remember, when you are taking control over the two halves of your soul, never sleep or accidentally kill yourself unless you want to cause permanent damage to your soul." "It worked? Hey, Chicken Lord! What should I do next?" Jay asked as he looked at the Chicken Lord walking towards his physical body.
"Wait for a few minutes and your other half will move. This is something called Split Consciousness. It will feel as if you have two bodies but only have a single mind. Go and start training at the Mind Room and leave your other half here. And if I may recommend, you focus on training or practicing random things at the mind room, make your other half train the Chicken Skills I taught you, and I will be in charge of the stuff Tygon will teach you."
After saying this, the Chicken Lord suddenly took out his Origin Core from his chest through unknown means and left it within Jay's soul space. After that, he somehow managed to possess Jay's physical body that was lying down on the ground and disappeared.

Elder Magnus was just about to relax since he knew that 'Jay' will fail time and time again. But he was wrong this time. The rusty sword 'Jay' was holding suddenly vibrated and he suddenly started getting surrounded by currents of wind.
"This is the first step! Gentle Breeze. But how?" Lord Tygon was shocked when he saw this since he knew that Jay messed this up time and time again. Elder Magnus was having the same thought before he saw 'Jay' suddenly dashing past him. He did not even feel anything when Jay dashed through him.
"The second step! What is going on!? How did he improve so fast!?"

The moment he did, he started panicking and wanted to let the Chicken Lord know immediately, but he did not know how since the Chicken Lord did not tell him a way to reverse this Split Consciousness that he was experiencing.
