While the gears where already in motion that will start the First Great War, Jay was still under a trance under a tree in the guild's courtyard.

"I am just wasting time thinking about all of this myself. I should just ask everyone else about their opinion about the matters at hand when everyone returns from the guild quests they are doing." Jay thought to himself since he was not sure how he should keep doing things anymore.

...

Two days later, inside the library of the guild hall...

Every core member of the guild was present; Roasted Boar, Hot Buns, Abyssal Angel, Bloody Harvest, Abby, Annie, Yale, Roselia, Nuggets, Heda, and Lydia.

They were all gathered here by Jay and told them that he had something serious to talk about. Something very serious. Not having any other choice, and their constant worries about what Jay wanted to talk about, everyone was so quiet while they seated around a table and waited for Jay to arrive.

~Creek...

The door of the library opened. When Jay saw that everyone he called for came, he immediately went straight to the matter at hand.

...

"Sorry for bothering you guys with your busy schedules and all, but I have some important things to tell everyone here today. Things that I have kept secret for quite a while. Things that will have a major impact on the events about to come." Jay said while he looked at everyone seriously.

Bawk... ("Jay is not in his usual state of mind...") Nuggets thought to herself and tried comforting Jay by jumping on his shoulder and patting his back with her wings. But it did not have any effect.

"Jay, whatever is going on in your mind, just say it. (I wonder what's all of this about... good thing I was still not back at my home.)" Lydia said and thought to herself.

"Alright. Just promise me that everyone will keep this a secret from our other guild members for now." Jay reminded everyone before revealing all the information he needed to tell.

The first thing he told them was about him being reincarnated into this world and the two souls residing within him, the Chicken Lord and Hellson.

"What!?" Everyone had the same questioning reaction the moment Jay told them this. But before they can even keep their thoughts straight, Jay continued and told them about the planar invasion happening right now.

After that, Jay continued and told them about the First Great War that will happen three days from now and information about the Fatelord Plane and the Fatelords. And lastly, he told them about his encounter with Nixon.

...

"That's a lot to take in..." Roasted Boar said while he and everyone else felt their minds hurting with all of the information Jay told them. There was just too much stuff Jay haven't told them before and just decided to tell everything at this moment.

"I... don't know what to do. I'm all out of answers. If you guys were in my stead, knowing all of these things but you just cannot do things about certain matters, what will you do?" Jay asked everyone while he tried to keep his composure.

After a few seconds later, Roasted Boar stood up and grabbed the Jay by his shirt's collar.

"Why did you not tell us earlier? You are burdening yourself too much! We're a guild aren't we? Why are you acting on your own!" Roasted Boar said loudly with a trace of anger in his voice.

"Who cares if the world falls apart! As long as we stick together until the end, as long as we keep going at it together..." After saying this, Roasted Boar let go of Jay and apologized for his sudden outburst.

"Just make one of those plans of yours as usual. Tell us on what should we do so in the upcoming war and the current invasion happening. Just do what we usually do." Hot Buns said casually.

"And you said that you are reincarnated into this game 10 years earlier? You said that you were actually a Grand Sorcerer before? Then just tell us about all the things you know. Let us help you." Abyssal Angel said while she approached Jay and placed her hand over his shoulder.

"So that's the thing you wanted to tell us? It does not look that serious at all." Lydia said as she stood up and crossed her arms.

"I have a suggestion for you. Keep looting ever spot you remember that contains treasure, let Heda continue her job in improving the economic status of the guild, avoid those planar invaders, and build your own kingdom!" Lydia said ecstatically.

"A kingdom?!" Everyone including Jay was surprised with this suggestion of Lydia. Seeing this was the case, she elaborated further.

"If we manage to erect a kingdom, let's say it is called the Golden Phoenix Kingdom, imagine the power you will hold. Imagine how many lives you can save if people came under our protection. Imagine how strong we will become with all of the manpower and the treasures we loot!" Lydia said as she became more and more confident about her plan.

Before anyone else can ask something, Boras spoke up.

"Lydia's plan is not bad at all. I'm 100% in if we are doing it."

"Me too!" Abby said while she raised her hand.

...

One after another, everyone agreed. Even Nuggets participated in the vote if they should proceed with Lydia's plan. Seeing this, Jay's gloomy mood vanished as he saw everyone smiling at him, expecting something.

"Okay then, it's settled." Jay said with a smile on his face.

"First, the treasure spots near our guild hall..." Jay began telling everyone about the things he knew about the places in the eastern borders of Wildergreene.

...

"...and that's all I remember. I am not sure if there are any changes in the places I spoke of since we are not the only players in this plane." Jay said as he finished up telling everyone what he knew.

"Then, we should get to work. We have three days, or to be more precise, a week and three days before the war affects us." Roasted Boar said while he planned out where he should go first.

"Right. And another thing, Heda, go send some of our guild members at the abandoned mines to loot everything there. Also keep away from the sealed door I spoke about." Jay said before everyone bid farewell to each other since they were a bit short on time if they were going to hunt for treasures.

...

--- Outside the Guild Hall ---

After everyone split up to look for the treasures, only Jay, Heda, Nuggets, and Lydia were left. While Heda was sending of some guild members she entrusted to loot the abandoned mines, Jay and Nuggets were saying some farewells to Lydia.

"So, when will you be back?" Jay asked because he knew Lydia will go back to her mountain already at the Northern Continent this time around and not just explore some random places in the continent (Izumi's Abode) everyone was in.

"Probably a month or something. But don't worry. After I store all of my treasures in my spatial storage I keep in my stomach, I will build my home near our future kingdom." Lydia said as she gave Jay a friendly hug.

"We will always be here for you Jay. Don't forget."

After saying this, Lydia returned to her dragon form and flew away.

Bawk Bawk!!! ("Bye Lydia!!!")

...

After a few minutes Lydia left, Jay was still standing still outside the guild hall, with his eyes closed and his arms crossed.

Bawk? ("Jay?") Nuggets was wondering what was up with Jay again so she pecked him lightly at his leg.

"What a foolish guy I am..." Jay said as he opened his eyes and smiled as he looked at the bright sky.

Just as he was enjoying the sights...

~Thump, thump, thump...

A squadron of knights in a dark-grayish iron armor set approached the guild hall. There were 10 of them and was being led by a guy in a jet-black leather armor set and a black cloak.

The guy leading them signaled everyone to stop the moment they saw Jay and the guild hall behind him.

...

"May I know what you people want?" Jay asked while he thought, "Must be the a random group from Holtheim."

"We are emissaries from the kingdom of Holtheim. We've come to speak with the guild master of your guild." The guy leading the knights said as he dismounted his horse and continued speaking.

"My name is Lord Aaron, have you're guild master come out and meet me." Just as this guy finished introducing himself...

~Thump, thump, thump...

Another squadron of knights arrived. But these knights were the ones from Wildergreene. There were 10 of them and the one leading them was Sir Rayne, one of the leaders of the black knights.

"Aaron, it looks like you're here as well." Sir Rayne said as he dismounted his horse and unsheathed the sword placed on his belt.

"Relax a**hole. We just came here to know where the loyalty of this guild lies. Do they stand with us or your pitiful kingdom? We will leave after a talk with their guild master." Lord Aaron said while he faked a smile on his face.

"Stop!" Jay immediately shouted since he did not want these two groups to fight near the guild hall.

"The Golden Phoenix is not siding with any kingdom! You can all turn back and return where you came from." Jay said resolutely.

"Shut up boy and bring your guild master out!" Lord Aaron said as before suddenly throwing a small knife towards Jay, attempting to threaten him.

Of course, Jay was not stupid to get hit by a slow-moving knife and caught it before saying, "You're speaking to him dumb f*ck! Now, get the f*ck out of my territory!"

When Jay shouted, he used the sage skill 'Toxic,' attempting to scare everyone away with his voice.

And it worked like a charm.

The squadron of knights from Holtheim and Wildergreene got terrified for some reason and even their horses started neighing uncontrollably.

"We'll remember your answer kid!" Lord Aaron said as he mounted his horse and led everyone away. As for Sir Rayne, he was shocked with Jay's reply in not siding with any of the kingdoms. Since that was the case, he also mounted his horse and led his group away.

...

After those people left, just as Jay was about to return back to the guild hall to grab some stuff, a small bat appeared in front of him.

"Kid, you said something interesting that piqued my interest." The small bat said before transforming into a tall guy wearing the usual white and black striped shirt that inmates wore. He also had pointy ears, eyeglasses, pointy nose, and trimmed black hair.

"I believe we have already met before, but let me properly introduce myself this time. My name is Zim, a loyal servant of Queen Aisleen."

When Jay heard the guy's introduction, he remembered that time when Zim read his thoughts back then, when he was in Aisleen's Fortress.

"I was sent here by our queen in hopes that you will join us in the upcoming war. But you just said that you won't be joining any of the kingdoms? Did you also mean that you won't join us in our grand conquest?" Zim asked while he looked at Jay curiously.

"No. I will take no part of the bloodshed that is about to happen. I have more important matters to attend to. A serious matter that everyone will appreciate in the coming years." Jay said while trying to avoid thinking of stuff since Zim can just instantly read his mind anytime.

"Alright then. Good luck to you brethren. But I don't think our queen will be happy with your response." Zim said before returning to his bat form and flying away.

Then just a few seconds Zim left, an old man with a scruffy look wearing a blue robe and a wizard hat appeared after cancelling his invisibility spell.

"I thought you were going to join me fight against everyone else! Pui!" This old man was Barton obviously. After saying this, he spat on the ground and looked at Jay with dissatisfaction.

"Sorry for getting your hopes up Lord Barton. Good luck in the war." Jay said before Barton used his invisibility spell again and left.
