Back to the present...

--- Flowery Hill,

"... and that's my story." The Chicken Lord said as he stood up and stretched his arms.

"Wait, how did you and Lord Tygon become rivals?"

"Dude, continue your story. You still haven't told us all your adventures."

"So did you ever find a way home?"

Everyone suddenly threw a barrage of questions at the Chicken Lord since his story was too short.

"Well, its kind of a long story about the rest of the things that happened. But to answer your questions..."

The Chicken Lord sat down again and grabbed a bottle of ale before continuing to speak.

"Everywhere I went, Tygon was always there. I got pissed about it one time and challenged him to a duel. Then I lost. Then as time went on, every time we crossed paths, we would immediately engage in a friendly duel. If I remember correctly, our score is tied. A score of 500-500. Impressive huh?"

Everyone had a shocked expression on their face when they heard this. For Tygon to actually be as strong as the Chicken Lord... it was really unexpected. They all thought that the Chicken Lord was stronger than Tygon.

"As for the stuff regarding the chickens that followed me, they all probably died already due to the passing of time. And as for me getting home, its pretty obvious that I did not get home since I am still here." The Chicken Lord said and drank from the bottle of ale in his hand.

"Since I told you guys my story and it's still a couple of hours before daybreak, why don't someone else share their story?"

...

--- Underbelly City, Shurym Plane

"I wonder what everyone is doing right now?"

Jay asked himself while lying down on a single bed. He was currently in a random inn.

For the past week, he had been learning the ways of the Shurymites and everything about Blood Magic. During the morning, he helps the innkeeper of the inn he was staying at by serving customers. This way, Jay can gather information easily without attracting attention to himself.

During the night, he pretends to sleep in the room provided to him, but in reality, he was just in the mind room patiently increasing his proficiency in Blood Magic.

...

Mind Room...

'Blood Dart!'

Jay was in his partial chicken form. He did a throwing motion with his right hand and threw a single feather.

As the feather flew through the air, a bloody streak was seen on its back. Then the moment it hit a wall in the mind room, it bounced. The feather just ricocheted over and over again all over the room at a very great speed, with no signs of stopping.

"I can probably use this move to kill multiple targets with only a single feather. If I use Blood Magic together with Featherstorm, I can probably take down a hundred Shurymites easily." Jay thought to himself and caught the feather that was still getting ricocheted around the place.

After doing so, Jay left the mind room and waited for the next day.

...

The next morning...

"Hey boss, I quit. See ya!" Jay said casually as he waved goodbye to the innkeeper.

The innkeeper just sighed as he saw Jay leaving the establishment.

...

--- Shurym's Archives

Jay was currently in front of a large stalagmite building that was guarded by two Shurymites that looked like Toran.

This place was the only library within Underbelly City. It was where the Shurymites go whenever they want to read books, scrolls, etc. But the problem is, in order to enter the establishment, one must either be a practitioner of Sacred Blood Magic or above. As for another way in the said library, it was to pay using 100 Blood Gems, the currency used in the Shurym Plane.

"Fuck. I was too excited and forgot to farm some Blood Gems..." Jay thought to himself as he left for now and waited for nighttime.

...

Around nighttime...

The Shurymites were already in their homes or at some random inn to rest for the day. There were only a few of them left wandering the streets. Some were drunk, some just wanted to take a walk, and some had some shady business to do.

Jay was currently walking around casually.

"Hey, you there!"

Three Shurymites that had grayish skin walked up to Jay. These guys were obviously picking on him since Jay looked like the brown skinned Shurymites who were known to be weaklings.

"There's a curfew here boy. We won't bring you over to the demon guards as long as you give us all your gems." One of the gray skins said as he placed his arm over Jay's shoulder.

But Jay just smirked and looked at the three of them with pity.

"So you guys are going to be my first victims?"

This was the last thing the three gray skins heard before Jay used 'Blood Dart' and instantly killed all three of them.

Jay quickly looted the pockets of these guys since storage rings were not really that popular in this plane. After doing so, he stored the corpses of these three at the Storage Orb to make his 'farming' operation clean.

...

Jay just walked around the city while killing random Shurymites who deserved to die. How does Jay know who deserves to die or not? Simple. He killed those who tried to pick on him or those that were having some shady dealings.

The shady dealings that the Shurymites participate in are just like back on the real world. Drugs, prostitution, child trafficking, etc.

"Jay, why don't you just kill all of these bastards?" Hellson asked Jay while Jay continued his 'farming' operation.

"Just like on the Fatelord Plane or my world, there will always be good guys and bad guys, no matter what race they are. I won't kill anyone just because certain people from their race are assholes." Jay replied before looking for a random alleyway to hide in so that he could count his total earnings and see if he has enough Blood Gems to enter the Shurym Archives.

...

While Jay was doing that, Teria (Toran's sister), was currently running all around the city, looking for Jay.

"Lady Teria, are you still looking for that human?" A random Shurymite said as Teria passed by his house while he looked out the window.

Teria just nodded before continuing her search.

"It has been a week already and no signs of Jay. Whenever I ask anyone if they saw a bald headed brown skin, they always point at some random old guy. Just where did that shit run off to?" Teria thought to herself before entering an alleyway that was at her left.

"..88, 89, 90..."

She suddenly heard a soft voice counting. When she checked who it was, she saw a brown skinned Shurymite who had curly black hair.

This brown skinned Shurymite she saw was currently counting Blood Gems that was piled on the ground beside him. This guy was actually Jay. The reason why he did not have a bald head was because he got the hairy material from the mane of the Midnight Warhorse that was just chilling in its Monster Essence.

Of course, he summoned it within the Mind Room and did the long process there. The Midnight Warhorse even tried to fight back when Jay trimmed off a part of its mane but Jay used 'Howling Fist Of Love' to knock it out instantly.

"Hey you. Did you see a bald head around?" Teria asked while feeling a bit curious why this guy in front of her had a lot of Blood Gems on him.

"Nah. But if you give me some gems, I might remember a thing or two." Jay said while he faked a confused expression on his face.

"Here! Now tell me everything you know!" Teria said as she handed over a blood gem to Jay.

"My memory is still a bit foggy... why don't you throw in another 20?"

"You fucking piece of..." Teria became furious and immediately activated her Blood Magic.

"I think I remember! Please spare me sister!" Jay immediately said as he stood up and raised his two hands in the air.

"Where?!!"

"Over there!" Jay pointed at a random house.

The moment Teria looked at where Jay was pointing, just as she was about to leave...

"What a tragic fate indeed. I wonder if Toran loves you more or his wife?"

Teria suddenly got chills all over her body when she heard this. She was not an idiot and immediately knew it was actually Jay who was behind her. But before she could even do anything, she saw three feathers that pierced her chest, where her heart was located.

"Blood magic... how..." Teria thought to herself as she slumped down to the ground. The final thoughts she had on her head was how Jay managed to perform blood magic. Even though it was just a simple way to use blood magic with the feathers that appeared out of nowhere, it was just impossible for a human to learn it.

"Jay, I thought you won't kill good people?" Hellson immediately asked Jay while Jay checked Teria's corpse for more Blood Gems.

"She had an affair with a married man. Worse, it was her brother. How the hell is she a good person? Besides, I just helped a helpless wife who does not know that her beloved husband is cheating on her." Jay said before storing Teria's corpse on the Storage Orb.
