The room looked like a normal girl's bedroom, with all the pink colored walls, furniture, and a fluffy looking bed.
A silver haired lady who had an eyepatch on her right eye and wore a long white coat was currently lying down on the bed, lazily drinking something while she played with an iron ball that fits her palm perfectly.
"Sit down on the floor and tell me your injury." The silver haired lady said as she looked at Jay and continued what she was doing.
"The situation I am in... is kind of different than you imagine." Jay quickly said since he was not the one who needs to be healed. But the moment he accessed the Storage Orb, he was shocked to see the that the little girl was already fully recovered. She was even playing with Cubsy, who was also stored within the Storage Orb.
"Damn... the situation is getting weirder and weirder..." Jay thought to himself and decided to just grab Toran and Ashara's unconscious bodies. As for the little girl, he would deal with her later.

The little girl and Cubsy ran around the place, playing tag. Just as the little girl was about to catch Cubsy, she suddenly saw the two 'brown statues' disappearing into thin air.
"Huh?"
Then just as she was wondering what just happened, Cubsy also disappeared in the same way.
"NO! MY TEDDY BEAR!"
The little girl shouted loudly and looked around frantically, her thoughts getting scrambled around her mind, wondering what the hell just happened.

Back at the room where Jay was...
"These two needs immediate care. I was also wondering if I can leave them here for the meantime while I feed this little fella." Jay said as Toran and Ashara's bodies suddenly appeared out of thin air, getting laid gently beside him. As for Cubsy, she suddenly appeared on Jay's back.
"What the..."
The silver haired lady was shocked when she saw two human-looking figures and a bear cub suddenly appeared in her room. She was even more shocked as she looked at Jay, mystified with what he just did.
Before she could even ask Jay what just happened...
"You're name is Lyndis right? I will just be idling somewhere in your guild hall while you take care of these two. See ya."
Jay said as he walked out of the room, leaving Lyndis, the silver haired lady.
"Just what..." Lyndis wanted to stop Jay but when he saw the injuries on Toran and Ashara, she suddenly stood up from her bed and a serious expression on her face appeared.
"How are these two still alive?!! Shit! I better hurry up or they are going to..."

Cubsy was currently eating some raw meat. It was given to her by a young lady named Jessica, who was wearing a maid attire, blue long hair, and some bangs covering her eyes.
"By the way, I thought Lysa said you needed to get treated by Lyndis? Is the healing process done already?" Jessica asked Jay while she sat beside him on a wooden bench.
Before Jay could even say something, the blond haired lady who was sleeping on another wooden bench suddenly fell down the floor due to her rolling in her sleep.

"Is she okay?" Jay immediately asked since he saw the blond haired lady was not waking up even after that.
"Don't mind her. It's better this way. Just thinking about the stuff that happens when she wakes up gives me the creeps." Jessica said and introduced the rest of the people in the guild hall.
"That blond haired lady is Vex. The chubby lady who runs our guild's tavern is Mel. The one with the green robes and fur cap over there at the bar counter is Sarah."
"Is there some kind of power ranking in your guild?" Jay asked.
"Kind of. The three strongest people in our guild are Vex, Mel, and our guild master, Sera. Sadly though, our guild master has been gone for a couple of months now since she went into seclusion, meditating at some mountain I guess."
Since this was a rare opportunity to get information, Jay quickly asked Jessica about things he should be aware of while he was in Bevelona City.
"There is a lot you need to know of, actually. There is the thing with the guilds, the nobles, the Radiant Army, heretics, etc. Before I tell you, what level is your Spirit Power anyways?" Jessica said and asked.
"Level?" Jay did not know that there was a level system since he had the Spirit Power panel at the mind room and it did not show anything regarding levels.
"Wait, you don't know?" Jessica was surprised, and seeing the look on her face, Jay quickly told her the same thing he told Lysa, that it was his first time out of his cave.
"I should tell you then before you get into an unfortunate accident."

The Spirit Power of an individual can be assessed and measured into three stages and nine levels.
The first three levels are called the novice stage. At this stage, one is able to cover their bodies with a colored smoke and must be able to control the smoke in any way they want, create a faint illusory image of their Spirit Power form, and create tiny sparks of whatever 'Worldly Law' chosen.
The fourth until the sixth level is called the core stage. At this stage, one must be able to materialize the smoke around their bodies into something in tune with the 'Worldly Law' they've chosen. The illusory image of their Spirit Power form must be as clear as a brand new painting.
As for the three final levels, it is called the profound stage. At this stage, all of the three components; Spirit Power, Spirit Power Form, and Worldly Laws that you've comprehended, all of these must fuse into one with your mind, body, and spirit.
"...and that's everything about that. And just so you know, in the entire world, there are only a hundred people out of the trillions of us who are at the profound stage."
"So how does one increase their Spirit Power?" Jay asked and wondered if what he and Hellson thought of and the stuff he did back then was the same with what everyone else in Ashnakara was doing.
"..." Jessica was speechless and did not immediately answered Jay's question. "Did she suffer brain damage or something? Just how does she not know the basics?"
After a few seconds of making weird expressions on her face, Jessica told Jay about how they must do something that is in line with the goddess they chose and got their Spirit Power from.
Jay was just going to ask about another thing, but he suddenly saw Lyndis coming out from the area behind the bar counter, gesturing him to come over.

"So, why did you call me here?" Jay asked since he saw that Toran and Ashara were now fine but were currently sleeping on the floor.
Behind him, Lyndis suddenly closed the door to her room before speaking up.
"Just who the hell are you?"
Jay noticed that the moment Lyndis said this, she had iron needles on her hand which was pricking his back.
"Poisoned needles?" Jay thought to himself and decided to transform into his partial chicken form.
"What..."
"Just like these two, I am a lost traveler from another plane, or world, or whatever you call it. As for my female appearance earlier, it is just a disguise I use to make sure I do not mess up a lot of things." Jay said truthfully since he was getting a bit uncomfortable walking around in the female disguise he had.
After a moment of silence, Lyndis spoke up.
"Does anyone else know about this?"
"Besides you and a lady named Mereena, I haven't told anyone else." Jay said as he transformed back to his female disguise.
"Mereena!? The Frost Mistress!??"
Lyndis was shocked to hear that Jay was related to Mereena.
"By the way, my name's Jay. Is it okay if you keep this conversation of ours a secret?" Jay asked as he stored Toran and Ashara's bodies back at the Storage Orb.
"Then what is that? That thing you just did?" Lyndis asked, wondering just how the hell does Jay makes things appear and disappear.
"Spatial storage. Why?"
Jay did not know that in Ashnakara, there was no such thing as spatial storage. If there was one thing in Ashnakara related to it, it was the orb that the old lady back at Zena's village mentioned.
"Hey, can I ask you a question too?" Jay asked.
"Ask away."
"Since I really do not know how things go around this world, how do I join your guild?"
Lyndis was surprised that Jay wanted to join their guild. But she quickly calmed down and told Jay that he just needed to speak to Mel since she was the one in charge of managing the guild while their master was not around.

"Are you sure you want to join our guild?" Mel asked and she showed Jay a list of the rules of the guild.
"No traitorous acts against the guild, always remember to promote peace, at least finish a single quest every week..."
As Jay read the list, he saw that it was pretty normal. So he quickly told Mel that he wants to join their guild.
"Alright. So where do you want me to place your guild mark?" Mel asked as she took out a stamp that had a bear paw design.
"I guess their guild mark has the same function with the guild emblems back at the Fatelord Plane." Jay thought to himself and told Mel that he wants the guild mark to be placed on his right shoulder.
"Welcome to the guild sister." Mel said happily as she marked Jay where he asked to be marked.
