When Jay saw that the others were still trying to spend the 20 Gold Coins he gave, he decided to sit down at a random chair he found and went to the mind room.

Jay immediately took out the sealed book he got from Alfreda and had an evil smile on his face and thought to himself... "What a lucky find indeed! I thought I will only get a piece of a random armor set, but who knew that she will actually give this to me!"
The large sealed book was technically not readable due to the ancient text written on it. And what was worse was that most of the book's contents were sealed with magic, obviously.
But unlike the others in this time period, Jay knew how to unlock the contents of this book through the most simple way possible. Back-reading the runes placed on the magic seals.
"Time to start." Jay said as he started talking in a weird language. But if Barton was here, he will realize that Jay was just actually using Elvish Language again.
After around 30 minutes...
"This should be the last one." After Jay undid the final magic seal, the book suddenly became smaller and the cover of the book turned into some kind of black colored type of wood.
Then, a humanoid figure appeared in front of Jay. But if observed more closely, the figure had long ears and dark skin. A dark elf.
It then spoke to Jay in Elvish Language but Jay already knew that it was just going to say to him something like "YOU FOOL! YOUR LIFE IS MINE NOW MORTAL!"
So he punched it in the face and slammed the book on its head. For some reason, the dark elf became unconscious due to that.
"Sorry, Craidsnir. But who cares, you killed more people than me anyways." Jay said softly as he grabbed Leah's Dagger from the storage orb and killed the elf.
After he killed the dark elf, the color of the book's cover became brown and Jay received a notification.
[Jay received (Craidsnir's Tome of Knowledge - a tome that was written down by a dark elf named Craidsnir. It contains a lot of knowledge about the Elves and their lineage. When activated, it will summon 2 Dark Elves to do your bidding. Summoned Dark Elves will remain until killed.)]
"Well, now that I have this, things will get easier for now I guess."
After that side comment, Jay placed the tome on the bookshelf and he left the mind room.

"Seriously? They are still not done? Well then... Nuggets, let's go eat some food. I already miss the taste of that Honey Lime Juice from the Drunken Rooster Inn."

Both of them then left and went to the Drunken Rooster to eat.

While Jay and Nuggets was eating, Jay decided to fiddle around in the mind room after he was done.
"Nuggets, I am going back to my room to sleep. Just come over and look for me if the others are done buying stuff. As for you..." Jay then placed 2 Silver Coins on the bar counter near the food Nuggets was eating to show that she needs a refill after she finished it.
After that, Jay went to his room in the inn.
"Okay, mind room, here I come."

"I should try that creation orb now. I just hope that it is what as I expected it to be." Jay then grabbed three skill books from the bookshelf. The two that he 'bought' earlier and one of the books he just browsed earlier that got compiled here.
"Multi Punch, Impact Fists, and Pummel Beast... Okay, this should work I guess." Jay told himself since he planned to create a skill that had the effects of the three.
Multi Punch grants his punches increased attack speed. Impact Fists added some kind of mini shock wave to the punches he throws. And Pummel Beast, a Tier 2 Beast tamer skill which will allow him to instantly knock a monster unconscious when a monster has a relationship rating of Feared.
After planning the skill he wants, he went towards the Creation Orb and activated it while he was holding the three skill books.
"Please work!"
Then a blinding light cam out of the orb as the three skill books he had disappeared.
"Did it work?" Jay asked himself after that. Just as he thought he failed, he received a notification from the system.
[Jay learned {Passive Skill: Tamer's Empowered Fists - Your punches now deal 3x damage when facing monsters who has a Neutral relationship with you or below.}]
"WHAT! HOLY S***!" Jay cannot help but to exclaim while swearing since the skill was just too good!
"Then, what if I do this?" Jay went back to the bookshelf and grabbed the Skill Books for Flicker Blade and Double Penetration.
He did the same process again with the creation orb. After waiting for 5 seconds, he received another notification.
[Jay learned {Active Skill: Instant Shatter - When used on a target with any kind of defense, your equipped weapon has a chance of destroying or damaging the worn defensive item of the target. If used on a target without any kind of defense, skill has 30% chance to instantly kill the target.}]
"HAHAHA!!! I love this orb! HAHAHA!!!"
Just as Jay was enjoying himself, he realized that he did not really have any idea what the next skill he should make at the moment. So he left the mind room.
