Lord Tygon, or the blindfolded old man, was currently watching Jay's actions through a glass orb.
"Oh? It looks like my premonition from before is correct. He does have a mutated soul. But... that 'Chicken Lord' is just a weakling I used to bully around. Strange... Why is his soul too strong?"
If Jay was here, he would be surprised since the Chicken Lord was referred to as a weakling by Lord Tygon.
"Looks like this kid has some hidden power resting within him. I just hope that's the case."

--- Beast Tamer Arena ---
After an hour of taming, Jay's body suddenly shrunk back to his normal size. The moment he changed back to this size, the Chicken Lord kept on spamming skills like Featherstorm and Feather Mirage in order to damage the constantly spawning monsters while Jay used Tame on them.
"Jay, how long is this class promotion of yours? I noticed that you've managed to collect around a thousand monster essences already." The Chicken Lord asked since he was getting tired of all this taming and fighting.
"Oh. I can actually just stop anytime since I have enough monster essences to become a 6th Tier Beast Tamer. I was just hoping to collect a bit more for an advanced class change later."
The Chicken Lord got intrigued with Jay's answer when he heard 'advanced class' so he asked, "So what advanced class were you planning to have?"
"After I get both my classes, Beast Tamer and Sage to tier 6, I will go with the advanced class of 'Spirit Walker'. But if the Golden Moon Academy does not have the required items for it, then I suppose I will just try to have as many classes as possible and choose the most suitable advanced class for me later."
So after their small talk, Jay and the Chicken Lord kept on doing the same routine of taming monsters.
At the arena's sides...
"Elder Podrick, don't you think we should stop this now? This has gone for too long already and some of our beast tamer students are complaining. I also don't think this kid is going to get defeated unless you send 'that' thing out."
Haoran and the tall lady were currently having a discussion with Pod.
"Haoran, Lily, you have no right to interfere with this matter. The both of you might be my favorite students, but this kid is different. Besides, can you even last this long? If I remember correctly, both of you got defeated by the 33rd group of monsters."
Lily, the tall lady, stomped her left foot and shouted, "It wasn't fair! Those group of monsters were just too strong for us. How the hell do you even clear that stage fairly? Can't you see that f**cking cheat the kid is using? He just needs to look at a monster and it's tamed already!"
Pod sighed since he knew this student of his won't stop bugging him if he does not end this class promotion trial soon. Making up his mind, he stepped onto the arena and dispersed all of the monsters.

"Umm... Elder Pod? What's this about? I'm still not finished." Jay did not know what was happening since he was just about to tame a group of Direwolves, an evolved version of the usual Gray Wolf.
"As the presiding Elder of this class trial and by the authority given to me by principal Magnus, I hereby conclude this class promotion."
Jay was shocked when he heard Pod. While he had his own questions and thoughts of the matter, Pod continued speaking.
"You have tamed 981 monsters in total, killed 3 by accident. As for your total monster essence collected, it amount up to 13, 991. Combining both results... Congratulations! You are now a Tier 6 Beast Tamer."
After that, Pod handed over a token shaped like a bear's paw. Unlike the one John gave Jay before, this token had a shiny golden color. If observed more carefully, the token was engraved with very tiny magic runes. The ones who has this type of beast tamer token has their five senses amplified.
The moment Jay received the token, he received a few notifications from the fate system.
