After Li Fu Jin heard her familiar footsteps when he was standing in front of the bed, his heart felt excited and contented, but with unknown reason, he can't move when he sees her, he was reluctant to do anything when Yu Yan unexpectedly pounced at him.
Unfortunately, at that moment, the pendant flashes on his mind that made him say those hurtful words, he felt that it should be Yu Yi who he must give his attention.
Uncertainty surfaces and made him left Yu Yan, he thought that if he leaves her, it will be easy for him to find out what he wants, but the strong familiar force made him more confused.
While staring at Yu Yan and still in deep thoughts, Li Fu Jin suddenly mumbled. "Are you that little girl? But your eyes is different from her... You don't even have the pendant..."
With questions on Li Fu Jin's mind, he silently sighed. Looking at her adorable but pale face, he ran his fingers to sway the hair that covered her eyes.
"What happened to you? Where you've been? Where are you hurt? " Li Fu Jin keeps on mumbling with worry on his heart.
Knowing that he won't get an answer while she sleeps, he stroked her cheeks and kissed her on her forehead, down to her nose until he reaches her soft lips.
Even if he doesn't admit that he misses her, Li Fu Jin can't help but force a gentle but passionate kiss even if she was sleeping, it has been a month since the last time he kisses her that made him feel more yearning for her taste.
With his actions, Yu Yan's eyelashes began to tremble, there was a sign of her waking up. Thus, Li Fu Jin tries hard to stop kissing her, he slowly and gently removed his arms and get out of the bed.
When Yu Yan slowly opened her eyes with a blurry vision, Yu Yan thought she saw Li Fu Jin standing next to the bed but when she remembered he left after his hurtful words, she closed her eyes while tears started to fall continuously.
Yu Yan pulled up the quilt to hide herself while crying. Though she is wondering how did she end up sleeping in the bed, she doesn't want to think that it was Li Fu Jin who helped her after what he said.
Unfortunately, Yu Yan didn't try to clear her eyes when she woke up, because of her unhappiness, she didn't notice that Li Fu Jin is silently standing next to the bed while staring at her.
"Li Fu Jin... You're a bad person!" She mumbled under the sheets with her crying voice.
Li Fu Jin: "..."
"If you try to leave me... I will drink all your blood until you die!" she angrily said with her crying voice under the quilt.
Li Fu Jin: "..."
With her last sentence, Li Fu Jin wanted to laugh, but a side of his lips slowly curved in amazement of her words, he didn't expect for an innocent and fragile girl to speak a threat against him that give him feel more pleased on his heart.
Hence, there was a unknown flash on Li Fu Jin's eyes, her words give him a speculation that Yu Yan seems to found out about her thirst of blood.
Li Fu Jin wanted to stay beside Yu Yan when she's about to open her eyes, but when he thought of what he said, he felt reluctant knowing how much he might have hurt her feelings after he sees in her eyes that she misses him.
Yu Yan didn't know how long she cried under the quilt until she fell asleep without knowing it, at the same time, she did not notice Li Fu Jin's presence beside the bed.
As for Li Fu Jin who has been watching her the whole time, he slowly pulled up the quilt from Yu Yan's head after he confirmed that she has a steady breathing.
Exposing her adorable face, he wiped her remaining tears and bent to give her a kiss on her forehead, her eyes, her nose until he reaches her lips.
"You are forbidden to taste someone else's blood aside from mine" he mumbles and kisses her again.
