Ji An's face went blank. She looked like having difficulty understanding one simple sentence from Lee Jun.
"Sorry?"
Jun understood that it might be difficult for Ji An to accept, so he kindly repeated the same sentence back to Ji An,"Be my manager."

"No. I can't."
"You promised before." Jun retorted back without mercy and swinging the USB back and forth in front of Ji An's eyes, which she followed with her gaze unconsciously.
"N..." She couldn't complete her sentence. Ji An remembered her exact sentence to him now. She was willing to do everything! Damn. How can she put herself in this sticky situation. 'Stupid Song Ji An. What are you doing.' She cursed herself inwardly. It was a losing battle for her. Either she lost her job and got scolding so badly from Song Ho Oppa or she should try to be this evil air-head manager. Both choices were equally bad.
"I am not waiting for your approval. Here's the contract. Read it and sign." Ji An reluctantly dragged her feet towards Lee Jun. 'How could this guy preparing a contract so fast?' She still wanted to run away from reality but she couldn't find any other reason to run away. Anyway, one positive thing was the politician secret hide out was here. At least she still can manage to get something sneakily. With that realization, her face brightened out.
"Okay, I agree. Let me see the contract." Ji An snatched the agreement from Lee Jun and started to read. For every sentence that she has read, her eyes bulged even more. She could not believe the content of this ridiculous contract.
"Yaaaa! Lee Jun, what the heck do you want? What kind of contract is this?" Ji An fumed and tore the contract to pieces.
"You can tear as many as you want. I have enough copy on my hand. The terms stated there is non-negotiable. Or, do you need any help with each clause?" Lee Jun shamelessly ignored Ji An angry face in front of him and took out another copy. He started to read each and every clause, loud and clear. "Party A: Lee Jun, Party B: Song Ji An"
"One, Party A is always right"
"Two, Party B must obey Party A without any objection"
"Three, Party B must be on standby 24x7 whenever Party A needed, no matter what."
"Four, Party B must respect and protect Party A privacy."
"Five, refer to clause 1 and 2 if Party A is making any mistakes. Failure to follow every clause, Party A will deliver punishment accordingly. This contract is valid for the period of 3 months starting from the signing date."
"Which part you don't understand? This contract is very simple and should be easily understandable, even with that little monkey brain of yours."
"Grrrr... You!" Ji An couldn't take it at all. It was basically a slave contract! Each and every clause does not make any sense. She should be ready to be his feet and hands everyday for 3-freaking months. 'Be patient, Ji An. The presidential election is near, it might be a good chance to expose Congressman Park (A/N: referring to politician that Ji An stalked around).
Gritted her teeth, she took the agreement, read it once again to make sure there were no hidden clause. But no matter how much she read the clause over and over again, it was really simple and easy to understand. And definitely no loophole to play with. Really, sometimes simple at its best. She had no choice but to sign. She just hoped 3 months will go very fast. Ji An signed the document over and handed it back to Lee Jun.
Basking in glory of winning, Jun took back the agreement and put his signature at the bottom of the paper. Both of them were now legally bounded to each other. Hint of satisfaction smile still lingered on Jun's face,"Good. Be ready to pick me up tomorrow, 3am"
"Huh? So early? Now is already 8pm. I don't have enough time to go back and rest. I haven't had my dinner yet." Ji An protested
"Then go back and rest now. You will have enough" With that Jun asked Ji An to leave his premises immediately. He dragged her body across the living room, right in front of the elevator. He kindly offered to press the button and nudged her to get inside the elevator.
Ji An had zero time to react to this fast moving pace of drama in her life. She felt her life crumbled down without any hope and everything that she did now will be under Jun's command. Her life will be at his mercy. She could only blame her foolish and careless attitude.
Jun who watched Ji An went down without fight, turned his back and whistled while walking back to his penthouse. He poured himself a glass of red wine to celebrate beautiful victory that he just gained.
"See you tomorrow, monkey" He saluted Ji An with his wine glass and drank it with a wide smile across his face.
