Su Lian straightens herself up and manages to calm her burning cheeks.
At the same time, she inwardly scolds herself. All he did was rub her face and call her beautiful. Why was that simple gesture enough to make her blush?
Taking a deep breath, she puts on a serious expression and stares at the man in front of her.
"Mr. Han, say what you need to. I give you five minutes."
He smiles while looking at the composed look on her face.
"How have you been, Su Lian?"
"My upkeep is none of your business."
"Well, I have been miserable without you. Living without your smile, without your touch." As he speaks, he tries to close the distance between them which alarms Su Lian. "Do you miss me? Do you miss us?"
She hurriedly backs away before he can get any closer. "Get to the point. Your time's running out."
"I know you have a son."
Su Lian immediately freezes in fear, but she quickly recovers herself.
She has faith in Ryan's abilities.
Since she asked him to cover up everything on Yichen, not even Han Yuan's team will be able to discover anything.
He may have found out about Yichen, but he probably doesn't know anything else.
"Since you know I have a son. What are you are you trying to do? Aren't you afraid that my man will come after you for approaching me?"
