The para-medics inside the ambulance has been performing first aids for the couple. They should be in the different vehicle yet, Michele insisted to put them together.
The two ambulance rushed down from the hill like race cars. They have to reach the hospital before it will be too late. The couple seemed to be in a dire situation. A lot of their blood were lost.

Michele was there during the entire time, stunned. She could not believe her own eyes that the daughter she left in care of her former live-in partner became such a heartless woman.
How could she?
How could she do such a thing to her sister?
Even though, they practically don't know each other, she would've spared Misha with her wrath, but she did not. Why?
Michele and Shane boarded their car to chase after the ambulance. Shane wanted to ask things to her yet there's no words will come out from his mouth. He did not understand anything.
He wanted to know who was that lady that resembled so much her. He wanted to know why that woman wanted to kill Lyndon and Misha. He wanted to know everything but he can only shut up for now. What's more important is his child. She can't die! She must not die! He stepped hard the accelerator to chase after the ambulance.

Misha and Lyndon were wheeled in the operating room. The silent and almost closed hospital, suddenly bustled. The place was filled with locals, some of the guests, and the para-medics. They are trying to revive them. The line went flat when they were still at the ambulance. One of the resident doctors climbed up to revive one of the patient. She pumped hard the chest but blood gushed out from it. The doctor is covered with blood all over her coat but she did not stop until, she feel a little pulse from the patient. Then the nurses hurriedly checked the vitals. Some of them are stable but the heart rate was rapidly going down. The line went almost flat again.
The patients needed to be operated but there's no surgeon at the hospital. The doctors were deliberating if they will send them to the other city which is larger and have a much better equipment than them. Luckily, most of them agreed. They have to pass the patients to the other city's hospital. They did not want to take the blame if ever something happens to them and they admitted that they have not the capacity to operate the patients under such conditions.
When Albert learned this, he then called his secretary to prepare a chopper to fetch them. The secretary hurriedly obliged knowing that his young master and mistress were hanging by a thin thread.
Misha is lying motionless in the hospital bed. Her face is pale like a sheet of paper. She opened her eyes but it's an endless darkness and she's in the middle of the sea. She feels like drowning. She's exhausted beyond anyone could imagine but there was someone who was calling her from the distant. She wanted to swim towards the voice but the more she swam, the more the voice gets far and distant.
On the outside, the nurses began to relax after such long battle of life and death. They checked her vitals from time to time and when they find that there's nothing wrong, they go back to the nurse station.
The nurses takes turns to check her. It's time for Nathalie to check on her. She's a petite woman with a child like face. She seemed incapable but her colleagues can vouch that it will not be the case to her. She maybe childlike but her efficiency is top notch among them. When she checked Misha, everything seemed to be normal yet after a few seconds when she turned her back, Misha had a seizure. She was shaking and her eyes went to all white. There are even bubbles forming in her mouth.
She pressed the emergency button to call the attention of the doctors.
