"Anyhow Lassie, is there anything else that you couldn't find?" The Oldman asks me, as he spread his hands out on the desk.

"Do you have anything that can conceal the horns on my head. I'm afraid that people will take me for a demon," I say after thinking for a second.

With an easy smile, the Oldman bends down and I hear some rusting before he pops back up with a mask in his hand, it only covers about my mouth area and my nose. Was that really going to be able to cover my horns?

"This will conceal your face from people, you can set it to what you want people to see, so you can change your face as easy as that." He elaborated as he handed me the mask, it was called the [Mask of Trickery] that was a fitting name for an item that would change your face.

"I'll take it, then also is there any information on this world as a whole?" I would have to understand this world.

"No problem lassie, that's the type of stuff that my Old Friend already got for you," he chuckled and gave me a wink. I cast another glance at Haru, he's got a smug smile on his face, I roll my eyes and look at my stack of stuff.

"Then I think that's all that I need, how much do I owe you for all this?" I ask him.

"503,000 gold lassie," he says leaning his arm on the desk and looking at me with a smile. I felt like I was being swindled by this Oldman a bit, but I bit my tongue I had the money it was okay.

[Trade for 503,000 gold]

I quickly hit accept and the money drains in my account and a wide smile plays on the Oldman's face as he nods his head.

"A pleasure doing business with you lassie!" He grinned wider than a dragon in its lair full of gold.

I wonder if I could swipe this stuff into the ring like Haru did with his? Looking at the ring I decided it didn't hurt to try, I tried channeling my mana into the ring. But what exactly did that mean? I suppose it was similar to water, or that was at least what I thought, I imagined a stream of water flowing into a glass.

The ring on my finger got warmer feeling a bit of excitement I swipe my hand over the items and they all vanish. I couldn't help the grin that spread across my face, I did it!

[Skill Learned Through Constant Use "Mana Control"]

Constant use, I thought I had only just used it. Maybe it was talking about something else that I didn't realize. Whatever the case was I was thankful to have gained another skill, although I had a feeling that it was something that anyone that could manipulate magic had.

Well, no worries I'm sure that it will come in handy sooner or later.

"Now that she has everything she needs Oldman I think we'll take our leave. We've got to get an Inn before all the good ones are packed for the night," Haru says as he moves from the wall that he had been resting against.

He gave a small nod to the Oldman. Another wicked smile appeared on the Oldman's face.

"It must be nice to be young, you two don't be too rowdy remember most of the Inn have thin walls!" He laughed reaching and grabbing his book that he'd been reading when we'd first entered into his store.

I felt more blush crawl across my face at this man's antics, he was a real piece of work, wasn't he? I opened my mouth to say something to him but closed it. There was no real point in trying to argue with the Oldman.

In the end, everything that Haru had done for me was very much like a doting boyfriend, but I didn't really get any warm and fuzzy feeling for him like that, not after he had slammed me into the brick wall.

I'd forgiven him over it, but that doesn't mean that I'd completely forgotten that it had happened all together.

We exited the store and began to walk down the street, we quickly managed to get back onto the main road, and the bustling sound of the town greeted my ears once again.

"We'll head to an Inn I'm sure your tired and would want somewhere to wash up at, right?" Haru asks as he turns his head to look at me with a soft expression.

"That would be good, please lead the way," I say with a slight nod of my head.

It had indeed been a long time since I'd slept, and I was starting to feel gross being covered in dirt and blood was really not a comfortable feeling.

We make our way through the street, weaving our way deeper and deeper into the town, that was full of people. The deeper in we went the quieter the town became, it was like we'd entered into a garden. There are a lot more flowers and trees in this area, and the whole place was a bit picturesque.

I notice a huge tree that was growing in the center of this part of town, everything about it was peaceful. When the leaves fell they glowed a spectrum of colors as they flitted down through the air.

Soon enough, we came to an enormous house that had a lotus flower above the door and some words in a language that I still didn't understand.

Not missing a beat Haru steps through the large entrance way to the huge house in front of us. Giving the sign one last look, I step forward as well and enter into the entrance way.

After stepping through it was like I'd entered a beautiful scenic forest area. There were little ponds that dotted the entrance way. A bridge had been built that took you towards the front door of the house, around the pond are beautiful rock gardens and huge rocks in the center of the gardens.

Haru waited at the door for me to catch up.

"You'll want to put Callista away for now," he explains with a hand on the door.

I look at Callista and she looks at me with and nods her head before she turns into a whisp and enters into the bracelet on my wrist. Haru pushes the doors open, and the sound of quiet laughter and soft music enters my ears.

Stepping forward, I notice the very dim lite atmosphere of the place, there are woman dressed in kimono's they are of all different races and creatures. The front floor was covered in pillows and a stage that was at the back of the room, a woman was performing an instrument performance.

There were a few people spread out listening to her music, a peaceful expression on their face.

"Where are we?" I turn to ask Haru.

But before he can answers a light laugh sounds by my ear, turning my head, I come face to face with a woman that has a snake head and the body of a woman. She was dressed in a blood red kimono.

"The Housess of Lotusss my dear, the bessst Inn around." She exaggerates her s's like a snake.
