Deep within an underground cave, on another planet, a man was on his back with throngs of woman all around him. He was enjoying himself in a most delightful debauchery of skin and carnal pleasures.

He himself was not the most handsome man, but the position that he'd earned was one that many would be willing to do anything for. Plus he was a lowlife that had sunk to such lows to accomplish his own goals.

At the same time that he was about to indulge in a tawny-skinned young woman, a painful sensation surged into his mind. Prompting him to throw the woman that was on top of him to the side.

The sinful room that he'd created for himself at the moment was just a distraction at the moment. A grave look took over his once smiling face. Now he was quickly moving off the bed full of woman and towards a robe that was hanging on a chair.

He didn't even cast a glance at the bed of woman that we're still indulging in sinful acts of pleasure and seduction. Stepping forward he hurried his way to the door, throwing it open another woman appeared.

Her face was a mask of indifference and her inky black hair was neat and tidy, she wore a suit that was pressed and elegant, a pair of glasses rested on her nose. Her features were very sharp and angular, she was an icy beauty with an expressionless face. Although she gave off a chilling vibe she held out a glowing white tablet to the man.

"Her soul's perished!" He growled as he made a couple quick lines on the glowing stone before they began to walk forward.

"Indeed, I've lost the signature of her soul. It would appear that it had dissipated, although, I don't think it's because of time. It's already been a couple hundred years but even so, she was strong in will." The chilling beauty replied.

"Yes, that infernal woman always was bullheaded, but that's why we'd corrupted her soul that she wouldn't be able to talk to anyone and she'd be prone to kill them." He snaps and they head out of the hallways they're in and into a glossy white room, that lead to a statue.

"Yes, my lord," she ascended as she quickly followed behind the man. Although, she had her own thoughts about this man. But she did her duty as was asked of her by her Goddess. The woman that she would give her life for in an instant.

"I wish to know what happened to her, we must dispatch a team to find out what happened to her and just who it was that she ran into that could free her soul from imprisoned!" He growled his fist curling up.

They approached the statue of the woman, she was indeed very beautiful even her likeness that was carved out of white marble, could entrance someone with just a meer look.

Throwing his rob back, he got to his hands and knees and began to pray to the woman. His voice spoke in a language that was made up of sounds and chimes.

Raising his head he clapped his hand's twice and then headed off into another direction. The woman following behind him gave a forlorn look at the statue like she was looking at a lover.

After leaving the statue room the two hurried to another part of the grand maze of a base that they found themselves within. All the while the man was grinding his teeth trying to understand who could have successfully gained the skill of his late master.

He knew the disposition of his Master, she'd pass on the skill to the person that defeated her if they were to her liking. Now that she'd been trapped for so many years he imagined that she would give it to anyone.

If it was a powerful person then he would need to take precautions in case they came seeking his life in return for the skill that his late master bestowed upon them.

This was quite the predicament that he found himself within. He'd always assumed that his master's soul would perish before someone would defeat her.

What this fool had forgotten about is that one's decaying soul would weaken thus rendering the power that one would be able to use also weakened. This was also a reason why he'd betrayed his master and now lived in the ground.

He was a coward, although, if anyone said it to his face he'd have them lashed for their insolence. Indeed a sad excuse of a man.

However, he was indeed a cunning man. Cowards always tended to be like that in the end.

The two of them quickly arrived at a room, that was full of people, that were moving around computers and other gadgets that were glowing with light and producing all sorts of images and sounds.

Arriving at the room, he headed to a chair that was in the center of the room. The buzz of sound in the room ebbed to a quiet hush as they all awaited orders from him.

"Send out an order, I want all members that are on the world: Mayhem Amusement Park, to go and track down someone that has cleared the Hag's Lair, find out who's obtained the Legacy of Angelette. I order it in the name of Stranior Unlifair Archbishop of the Knight of the Goddess," his voice boomed through the room and the people all assented to his demands.

The woman behind him with the chilling features just watched them thinking them no greater than vermin. However, it was true this woman was indeed strong she was a level hundred and fifty warrior.

The mysterious man was indeed the one that Alice had promised to kill, although, she didn't realize the storm that was coming her way. Neither did Stranior known that he would be facing a fearsome foe.
