Mimi, resting comfortably on the influential man's smooth and sophisticated sofa, stared at the tall figure before her as she supported her chin with the palm of her hands resting against her legs.
Her 'important' work was gaining the man's attention.
Tobias, sitting serenely across from her with folded legs, signed the various contracts before him.
Seeing as he wasn't paying attention to her, Mimi pouted.
"Mr. Itou! I didn't come here to your office to be ignored!" Mimi whined, her rosy red lips sticking out.
Not looking up from the papers in his hand, Tobias reaches for the glass of red wine sitting next to him taking a sip with his rosy thin lips - still not breaking eye contact with the paper in his hand.
Silently examining the attractive man before her, take a sip of the wine beside him with such elegance and sophistication, Mimi could only sigh.
If anyone else were to be sitting across from this sensual god, they would have died of a heart attack hours ago.
"Your report," Tobias's deep voice broke Mimi from her thoughts.
From his words, Mimi could guess he was asking about her recent activity in the office.
"Straight to the point as always," Mimi giggled. "Not much considerable change has happened precisely, however, I did discover an interesting little bug crawling around the security room earlier."
Tobias merely grunted in response. Not minding his brief reply, Mimi smiled before continuing earnestly.
"A few contracts were taken and transferred recently to another account, and some of the companies money was used for unknown purposes." Mimi sighed. "I don't know if your enemies are just foolish or simply just too confident but they don't really do a good job at covering their tracks do they?"
"En." Tobias nodded while flipping a page.
"But no worries Mr. Itou! I personally switched the previous contract with a fake and even took into account the recent loss in money from the company and placed an unusual surprise on that person desk! I'm certain you'll be overhearing a few words around the building about your employees...unique interests." Mimi chuckled proudly.
With the aura around her sparkling with light, Tobias gently placed another signed contract to the side - responding once more with a grunt.
Frowning at his response, Mimi huffs with puffed out cheeks - an irritated expression on her face.
Suddenly, sensing the girls down mood, Tobias glances up from the documents on the table before him.
The girl sitting across from him had her slender legs crossed, covered by a pair of tight black leather pants.
Her slightly revealing black top was covered by a dark jacket that he recently told her to wear along with the long pants.
Her expression clearly showed signs of being in the wrong as she crossed her arms - her head turned to the side.
Furrowing his dark brows, Tobias had felt confused about her reason for being upset. Going back to the previous conversation the two shared, he could remember her proud tone as she explained what she had done.
Perceiving the reason for her sudden irritation, a tender smile spread across his handsome lips, lighting up his face.
While Mimi was distracted, muttering a few curses under her breath, the sudden feeling of something heavy landed on her head.
Turning in the direction of Tobias, Mimi examines his tall arms leaning over from across the other side towards her.
He...he was petting her!
Mimi stiffly stared as Tobias gently caressed her smooth hair with a tender smile his dark eyes, shining serenely.
"Good job," His whispered husky voice echoed in her ears.
"Eh?"
Mimi stared dazedly at the handsome man petting her head so gently - almost too gently as if he were afraid he'd use too much strength and hurt her.
For some possible reason, unlike last time, Mimi willingly allowed the man to pamper her as he naturally liked.
She couldn't help but discover it to be very relaxing!
Gently closing her eyes softly, Mimi sat quietly, enjoying his broad hand on the top of her forehead.
Seeing as she genuinely enjoyed being pet with eyes gently closed, Tobias' eyes widened slightly.
She looked like a small kitten!
Her reaction to him was unexpected, however, he didn't stop and merely continued pampering her.
Who would have thought that such a simple touch would possess such a deep meaning later on...
