Reigning The World did not have any tanks, and Undefeatable Legends’ interference meant that it took them two days just to get past the Arrow Towers. On the other hand, defeating the 500 spirit knights did not take them much time at all, since Night Moon had prepared a group of Light Priests who could use Holy Word beforehand so they managed to defeat the 500 spirit knights with relative ease.
However, when it came to fighting the King’s Soul, Reigning the World hit a hard wall.
Under usual circumstances, the King’s Soul would constantly have a debuff that increased its ATK and DEF the more players were around it.
Night Moon chose to force her way through, but under the leadership of their Vice Guild Master, Undefeatable Legends pulled a nasty trick by having all their members die in the Imperial Palace Hall. That way, the King’s Soul received a constant boost in attributes until finally it could kill any survivors in the Hall with just one hit.
If no one tried anything fishy like that, the King’s Soul was still beatable with numbers. Unfortunately, as long as someone was trying to sabotage the challengers, the King’s Soul became very hard to defeat.
Night Moon did not ask Li Yi for help because this was not within the terms of their agreement.
Their agreement was only targeted at the Southern Continent, so when Arthur launched an attack, Night Moon would offer a hand to help. If the Southern Continent dared to set foot in the Western Continent, Li Yi would also send reinforcements.

Defiantly Tyrannical went to the frontline despite his illness and gathered the members of the Three Major Alliance once more. He wanted to avenge his previous loss, but no matter how he waited, he did not see any signs of Li Yi making any moves.
The Iron Alliance’s higher-ups were all either running dungeons or grinding levels, showing no intention of regrouping. Defiantly Tyrannical and his men waited for a day and a night, only managing to kill about a dozen Iron Alliance players who wanted to cross the borders. As for the Iron Alliance army, there was no sign of them whatsoever.
Just as Arthur and Defiantly Tyrannical were jumping at shadows, Li Yi snuck into the Celestial Capital. He had the Divine Looking Glass with him, which meant that even the aggro system could not pin him down. Also, he had only brought Jiaojiao, Fire Ice, and Little Elf from the Magical Realm with him this time.
Jiaojiao had been acting cocky lately, riding the King’s mount, the Crimson Emperor Warhorse, around the major cities whenever she had the time. Since she was the Queen, her Patrolling special skill allowed her to teleport to any of the major cities in the Invincible Continent whenever she wanted.
The King’s personal mount was the Crimson Emperor Warhorse, and it was just as showy as the Holy Light Warhorse. The former also had a special skill, Regal Aura, which forcefully dismissed any nearby mounts that were below Epic Level.
Once a mount was dismissed by force, it could not be summoned again for some time. That was why the Crimson Emperor Warhorse was even stronger than Brother Windcloud Nine’s Cerberus. Its only flaw was probably that it could not fly.
