“Give me the Divine Jade. I will refine it and break the seal!”
Hunter Goddess extended a transparent arm from within the orange bow to grab the Divine Jade.
The flashing red light glowed red over Li Yi’s face.
“I’ll need a bit of time…” Hunter Goddess tightened her grip on Divine Jade. Her voice weakened as she summoned all her divine forces to trigger energy from Divine Jade to repair her damaged Divine Soul.
Li Yi was overjoyed.
Hunter Goddess’ actions indicated one thing and that was the beginning of the seal-breaking process!
Would it break one seal? Or perhaps two seals? Or better yet… all the seals?
Li Yi was lost in thought.
“Brother Dark Wing, why aren’t you looting the corpse?” Hua Feihua walked over and asked in confusion.
Divine Jade was not looted from Frog Queen, rather, this special item fell onto the ground the moment Frog Queen died.
Frog Queen’s corpse has yet to be looted.
Frog Queen was a Level 80 golden-name boss in the wild. Its drops were definitely good. Just the rewards from the System was impressive enough. Every member of the party received lucrative rewards, even Jiaojiao who did not participate in the battle (as long as a party member remained in the Wailing Grotto map, they were rewarded).

Pretty Good Mood and Windless Heavenly Robe were running their corpses as they did not manage to escape from Immortal Darkness. It was obvious they did not have luck. The way Li Yi saw it, Pretty Good Mood contracted Scarab King and must have used up all his good fortune then. Now, it was up to Pale Blue Elegance.
“Alright, here I go!”
Pale Blue Elegance ran up and looted the corpse.

Anyone would know that in King of Pantheon, a Black Paladin’s equipment was the hardest to come by. Many players had struggled during the class change and enjoyed the power in the early stages but one could rarely maintain the same ferociousness in later stages.
The majority of Black Paladins would wear the Newbie Equipment Set gifted by the System from Level 1 to Level 100.
Forget purple-colored equipment, a white-colored Rune equipment alone was near impossible to obtain. Skill Tomes were hard enough to get, let alone Rune equipment. Even with great operational skills, the Black Paladin class could not be wielded to its full potential without proper equipment.
It was Li Yi’s first time coming across a purple-colored uber legendary Rune Boots. Even Misty Rain, a Dwarf player named King of Black Paladins only owned a pair of gold-colored Rune Boots in the later stages of the game.
The attributes of a gold-colored and purple-colored equipment had a very huge difference. In the later stages of the game, no one would be caught dead wearing gold-colored equipment.
Purple-colored equipment became the mainstream while orange-colored equipment was a legend that only players at the top deserved to own.
Of course, Ms. Jiaojiao herself in the past life was a wonder. She fooled around daily, armed with gold-colored equipment so much so nobody would carry her to clear dungeons. In the end, she tortured herself by going solo…

This JP DPS accessory could be used by all P-Paths. Its special skill was powerful, so was its special effect. It could turn a normal ATK into a dark attribute ATK, ultimately increasing the damage inflicted.
Li Yi planned to keep this equipment for himself. Although one person could equip two rings, Li Yi felt his Trickery Ring was not too useful anymore as his level rose.
Dark Devour was a great skill but the majority of the time, whether during PK or clearing dungeons and bosses, this ring took away a lot of potential damage. No matter how he saw it, this ring was not worth it.
He kept Kazcusya’s Wailing Ring to himself so that he could interchange between the two rings to maximize the damage and usage of special skills.
The last purple-colored equipment was a cloth wristband called Friendly Frogman’s Wristband. Its attributes were good but the amazing thing about it was the special skill called Frogman Guard Summon. It could be used to summon five 100,000 HP Frogmen to battle. These Frogman Guards would stay around for ten minutes every one hour.
This was better than Little Elf from the Magical Realm’s Dog Whistle…
With Pretty Good Mood and Windless Heavenly Robe resurrected, Li Yi began the equipment distribution.
Dark Rune Heavy Boots went to Jiaojiao while he kept Kazcusya’s Ring. Pretty Good Mood, Windless Heavenly Robe, and Pale Blue Elegance were to roll to decide who would get the cloth wristband. As for the seven gold-colored equipment, the items went to whoever who asked for it.
Lady Luck was on Pale Blue Elegance’s side as she managed to roll the cloth wristband. Windless Heavenly Robe and Pretty Good Mood each grabbed two gold-colored equipment. Hua Feihua abstained, in an attempt to get on Li Yi’s good side.
Li Yi felt speechless as he knew what Hua Feihua was up to. He forcefully traded two gold-colored equipment to her in order to clear the debt between them. One of the equipment carried a special skill. Even if she had no use for it, she could auction it off for at least 10,000 Gold Coins.
“Pale Blue, take this gold-colored equipment.”
Li Yi traded the last Spellcaster equipment to Pale Blue Elegance. This was a headpiece of the Spellcaster Path equipment. The attributes on it were good. Not only could it add 250 INT, but it also came with a special skill to increase 20% damage.
The items dropped by Frog Queen were all Level 80. Li Yi could not equip them, much less the rest.
“The boss battle is over now. You guys can stay here to level up or return. It’s up to you!”
After Li Yi was done talking, Pretty Good Mood and Pale Blue Elegance both shook their heads. They intended to stay here to level up because the Return City Stone was useless here so running home was not worth the trip. “Of course, I won’t stop until it’s done!” Windless Heavenly Robe was supremely confident.
“…” Now Li Yi really had nothing to say to him.
“I’ll be leaving then. ‘Til we meet again,” Windless Heavenly Robe waved at Li Yi and quit the party to return to Frogman Tribe.
Hua Feihua immediately scooched over, “Brother Dark Wing, where are you going to quest?”
Li Yi spoke thoughtlessly, “Deep within Wailing Grotto.”
“Me too. I’m looking for a treasure chest. Look at this! l have this key to open it.”
Hua Feihua smiled as she took out the purple key and dangled in front of Li Yi.
“Er…” Li Yi frowned.
“Sister Hua Hua, are you satisfied with the size? If you ever need it, I am always ready for you.”
It was then a screeching voice came. Hua Feihua had goosebumps all over and dropped the purple key.
Scumbag Wang and Hua Feiwu have arrived.
Hua Feiwu secretly sent Hua Feihua a private voice note, “Sis, I just saw the earlier System Announcement. You’re just too good, already having Dark Wing at the palm of your hands.”
“Not yet. You don’t know what you’re talking about.” Hua Feihua was blushing.
With the arrival of Hua Feiwu and Scumbag Wang, Li Yi requested politely for Hua Feihua to leave the party.
“Wailing Grotto’s huge. I wouldn’t know where the depths of the place be. I think it’s better we separate. The chances to find it would be higher then.”
“Let’s go together, I’m afraid of the dark…” Hua Feihua was reluctant to part ways. She bit her lip and looked at Li Yi with tender eyes.

Li Yi waved his arm and quickly stepped into one of the passageways.
“It’s all your fault! Why did you have to show up now?” Hua Feihua stomped her foot with frustration as she pouted at Scumbag Wang and Hua Feiwu.
Scumbag Wang swallowed hard, “Sister Hua Hua, the way you’re pouting now is so cute. Way cuter than the tortoise I’m rearing.”

Li Yi went to look for Jiaojiao. He left because he did not want anything to do with Hua Feihua.
Li Yi followed the coordinates given by Jiaojiao and quickly found Clan Master Jiaojiao in battle with a swarm of scarabs.
Jiaojiao had her back facing the junction of three passageways. She wielded her Rune Greatsword to slaughter scarabs before her.
Dark Strike. Double Curse. The slow-moving scarabs soon died batch after batch. Li Yi stood at the side to watch for a while and found his EXP increasing fifty, sixty thousand.
This was indeed a great place to level up…
