This time, over eight million players entered the dungeon, prompting the size of the initial arena to grow several hundred times.
From previous experience, it was known that there were only three preliminary rounds to enter the ruins. As a result, all parties were scrambling to secure a spot.
Resurrecting on the spot with no consequences was preferable when compared with having to re-enter after death.
Iron Alliance were unlucky and failed to secure a spot in any preliminary round. All of them were claimed by Reigning the World, Legendary Tribe, and Arthur’s Empire.
It was a grand sight to behold as five hundred men entered the ruins at the same time. Although Iron Alliance was unlucky in the beginning, their luck improved upon entering the ruins. Li Yi was immediately teleported to a supply point.
Li Yi then cast Party Leader’s Summoning Order to bring his one million party members over.
“Take your tanks, take your mounts, farm monsters to obtain the map!”
A vast army of one million players charged forth like a tidal wave.
Glory dungeon was gigantic and contained countless monsters. The main priority upon entering the ruins was to obtain the map because without being able to pinpoint an actual location, the first boss’ exact location could not be determined.
It was a spectacular sight to see; an army of a million players slaughtered monsters. The low drop rate of the map was nothing against this vast army.
It only took Iron Alliance ten minutes before the map dropped.
“Attack! Target, Spider King!”
Li Yi commandeered a Red Tank to lead the party from the front.
Being a Legendary-level Engineering Master, there were additional attributes when he operated any form of machinery, such as increased cannon power, DEF, SPD, etc.
The Iron Alliance party rammed forward like a bulldozer, quickly catching up with other parties.
As luck would have it, Li Yi and his people encountered the million-member party led by Arthur.
This was the main party formed by Arthur’s Empire and Fluttering Snow Alliance. Their strength was impressive, in less than five hours since entering the dungeon they had already captured several thousand tanks.
“Bam bam bam bam…”
Clashing without words, the two parties opened fire on sight, initiating a battle between the tanks.
It was only when the thousands of tanks on both sides were completely destroyed did they cease-fire and continue on their journey.
There were too many tanks for even Li Yi to be able to repair by himself.
He gave up on them and went on his way.
The party traveled for another 3 hours before they arrived at Spider King’s location.
By then, several parties were taking turns challenging Spider King.
Spider King may have been weakened but its power was still to be feared. Within twenty minutes, 5 parties had already been wiped out of the dungeon.
Although they could re-enter after dying, the journey back from the entrance took at least 7 hours. A TPK would mean they would lag behind.
Reigning the World was here, so were Legendary Tribe, the Windcloud Clan, Arthur’s Empire, Assembled Gods… Basically, all top-notch guilds were on scene.
Several million players were gathered around Spider King but no one volunteered to battle it.
They were all thinking the same thing, which was to have another party make a move. With the first kill on Spider King already done, and the reward killing it being nothing extraordinary, they did not want to spend their time on it.
“Dark Wing, are we going to give it a go?” Flower Underpants was impulsive. Seeing the situation in front of him, he was the first to ask Li Yi.
“Yes, of course!”
Li Yi’s thought differently from the rest of the Guild Masters because he knew that the reward for taking down Spider King was still very good. If luck was on their side, they might even be rewared with Skill Points.

The battle strategy was exactly the same as before. The only difference was, Spider King this time was weaker. Although it was still its gruesome self, for a person who knew the strategy like Li Yi, defeating it was just a matter of time.
Twenty minutes later, three hundred thousand out of the one million players who fought had died while Spider King lay motionless on the ground.
Along with sound of disorderly Dings, apart from the fixed rewards, several hundred players were lucky enough to obtain a reward of 1 Skill Point.
The gates to the metal fortress opened up and the various guilds fought their way in, pushing Iron Alliance behind.
Li Yi was not bothered by this and waited until the other guilds had entered before ordering his party to move ahead.
There were nine passageways in the metal fortress but no matter the passageway, they all led to one place — the location of the rayman boss.
With the raymen’s attack range reduced, Li Yi’s earlier kiting method became harder to pull off. The majority of the parties decided on similar methods — pushing through with brute force.
As they walked through the passageway, each of them received a prompt from the System of a half hour time limit to reach the end of the tunnel.
There would be an additional reward.
“Kill! Go!…”
Battle cries shook the sky. Many of them were risking their lives for the sake of the additional reward. They could still return here after death, they just had to spend more time on foot. Without any worries, they charged full speed ahead.
Raymen were still difficult to handle but because of the greater number of players this time around, no matter how great the monsters were, they could not stop the incoming flood of players.
All the major guilds were forcing their way in with their bodies…
Other parties including Li Yi’s had a similar strategy. The Guild Master or Commanders would hide in the back while the suicide squad charged ahead…
It could not be helped. With so many party members around, the leaders had to be protected at all costs. What did it matter if a few soldiers were sacrificed?
Half an hour later, the death toll had exceeded two million, and various guilds had been able to push through to rayman boss.
A white rayman boss was over twenty meters and was suspended mid-air in a circular area. Members of the various guilds came out of the nine passageways, forming a circle.
Many players had received the additional reward. Reputation Value, equipment, Gold Coins… It was an endless array of rewards, varying in type.
The rayman boss may have been a blob of light, but from the shape of its figure, one could tell that it had been a female in life.
In fact, it was Yuge, King of Lanluo’s most beloved Queen, Cesha. Because Yuge was sentenced to death by god, it chose to become a rayman test subject, resulting in its current state.
It was then, the countdown began. The time limit the parties could remain here was 10 hours. Once the 10 hours were up, all parties would be forcefully teleported out. In order to return, they mow their way through the raymen again.
“We’ll take Cesha’s first kill!”
Arthur held a chicken thigh-like staff as he walked out of the formation with his head held high.
