Ever since the Demonic Invasion expansion pack was released, the Three Human Heroes had died hundreds of times. However, all of this did not matter. The three of them had Immortal Bodies, no matter how much they were killed, they would never truly die.
As for the players of the four continents, they had long prepared their iron defences. Out of the four of them, the Ninth Continent and the Invincible Continent had the best defences. The two of them had similar tactics, when the demonic beasts set foot on their lands, they would unleash their “God-summoning Scrolls”.
With two “God-summoning Scrolls”, it was already enough to completely eradicate the incoming demonic forces. However, since the Assembled Gods Continent did not have any of said scrolls, with their large amount of nations dispersed throughout their lands, their defences shattered against the demon army’s attacks.
Although the continents were already unified, the Assembled Gods Continent players had always not been supportive of Brother Windcloud Nine being the Emperor of the Continent. Hence, Brother Windcloud Nine was also not fond of them. Thus, he did not send aid to the nations on the Assembled Gods Continent.
As the Emperor of the Continent, as long as he ensured that at least two of the continents did not fall, he did not have to worry about being demoted.
The North Pole Continent was also attacked, but the demonic beasts still had not been able to break through the Starting Point City. Similarly, they were stopped by a single “God-summoning Scroll”.
This is where the all three “God-summoning Scrolls” that Li Yi had gotten from the scorpion cave finally came to use.
As the demonic army suffered countless casualties, by the end of the first day of the invasion, the system announced that the Ninth Continent and the Invincible Continent had successfully stopped the demonic invasion, and that all players who were online during the invasion would be rewarded with amazing reward. As for the Assembled Gods Continent, they were completely and utterly destroyed. As punishment, their taxes were increased by 50%.
Successfully stopping demonic beasts attacking the city gave players a bountiful reward. With enough the National Glory Points, players could request for some legendary equipment from the national quartermaster, some of which had equivalent stats to the Ancient King Equipment Set.
This type of massive demonic beast invasion events was already extremely rare. To players who did not have good equipment, this was the perfect time to grind for equipment and levels. With all these mobs mindlessly charging over, just imagine how much time players could save without the hassle of gathering the mobs!
On the second day of the demon full-scale war, Li Yi did not stay at a major city. He went into the Foreignlands alone.
The Starting Point City had an intimidating Spirit Imperial Guards defending it, so he had nothing to worry about. On the other hand, the Ninth Continent and the Invincible Continent had already finished up their defensive preparations long ago, even without him doing anything, they could still easily defeat the incoming demonic army.
The criteria for ending this demon full-scale war was not difficult. All players had to do was to sneak into the Demon God Castle and defeat Genghis once more.
However, compared to last time, the difficulty was definitely a bit higher. This was because the foreignland now constantly spawns endless amounts of demonic beasts in the billions. Even if the Thief class could use Stealth, they still would not be able to reach the Demon God Castle without startling any demonic beasts on the way.
Brute force through?
That was even more impossible. For every demonic beast killed, two more would spawn. Even if a player just stood at the same spot mindlessly massacring demonic beasts, the player would get nowhere even if they spent the entire day killing demonic beasts.

He stripped off his own equipment down to only his Novice Boxers and unleashed his Light Territory at the gates of the Foreignlands. When his territory’s light started to envelop the area, he used teleport to fly inside.
