Lin Xiaomi didn’t see that coming. She had to admit that he was a sweet talker, and that his personality was way better than she’d imagined, except that he needed to be taught some lessons once in a while.

Leng Yihuang waved his hand at her and she walked inside.

“What’s this about?” Leng Yihuang looked at the tea set on her hands.

“Didn’t you get someone to teach me tea ceremony? I’m here to show you what I’ve learnt.” Lin Xiaomi smiled flatteringly. She knelt before the tea table and started the tea ceremony right away.

Leng Yihuang sat on his chair and looked at her from some distance. With her long hair falling upon her shoulders and a long white dress, she was so quiet and pretty, just like a picture.

Seeing that he didn’t intend to move, Lin Xiaomi took the tea to him. She asked ingratiatingly, “Did you see how I did it? What do you think?”

Leng Yihuang took the teacup, put it close to his nose, smelled and then drank it in a cooperative way.

He nodded, “Not bad.”

“Really?”

“Mmm, not bad for a first learner.”

Lin Xiaomi didn’t get what he truly meant right away. It took her some time to realize that he just gave her a poor rating!

She felt a bit discouraged. The truth was she had felt quite confident about it. That was why she had come to show it off in front of him, only that she didn’t expect to get negative feedback.

Seeing that she was a bit disappointed, Leng Yihuang chuckled and asked, “Why are you here?”

“To drink tea with you.”

“You sure?”

He knew it.

Lin Xiaomi cracked a smile, “Just now A’Xing gave me a pile of papers. I’m quite impressed. He got so much info within such a short time.”

While she was speaking, her eyes fell upon the folder on his desk. She saw that there were three characters written where the signature should be.

Was that his name?

Actually she came here to find out his identity. She meant to ask but didn’t know how, because she was afraid that it might displease him.

If she knew his name, she should be able to find out who he was.

Leng Yihuang saw how she tilted her head and stared at what was on the folder with curiosity written all over her face, “You wanna know my name?”

Lin Xiaomi pursed her lips and nodded.

“Come over.” Leng Yihuang leaned against his chair, slid backwards to make some room, and patted the leg that wasn’t injured. Obviously, he wanted her to sit on it.

Lin Xiaomi hesitated for a second and she did as he said obediently.

The next moment, Leng Yihuang’s broad chest was against her slim back. He handed the pen to her, opened a random folder, and taught her to write down his name stroke by stroke.

Leng Yihuang.

Lin Xiaomi looked at those three characters and read his name silently in her mind.

“You know it now?” Leng Yihuang rested his chin upon her thin shoulder. While he spoke, he turned his head slightly and his lips rubbed against her ears. Lin Xiaomi dare not dodge. She nodded as she thought that his name had a nice ring to it.

“Say it.”

“Leng Yihuang.” Lin Xiaomi uttered his full name obediently.

The next second, his rough fingers grabbed her jaw and turned her face towards him. She couldn’t figure out his expression hidden beneath that silver mask, but only see that pair of deep-set and bright eyes, “Call me Huang.”

Not knowing why, she suddenly had this strange feeling and her heart was beating faster.

And she also seemed to be a bit shy.

Especially when she recalled all those intimate acts they had shared in bed this morning.

Her face reddened and her gaze fell upon her own hands. She dare not look him in the eye and she said in a whispery way, “Huang.”

The moment she said that, his thin lips covered hers.

Every time he kissed her, he did it with irresistible aggressiveness. And he bit her lips so passionately and forcibly that they started to hurt.

She could tell what an aggressive man he was just from the way he kissed her. Even when she showed the slightest resistance, he would kiss her with greater force till she admitted defeat and let herself fall into his arms.

When Lin Xiaomi came out of the study, her lips were still slightly swollen. Just now when he tongue kissed her, she just pulled back a little bit, and in return he bit her even harder and her lips almost cracked.

She went right to the bedroom to search him online.

But she had no computer. Then she remembered she had a phone, but it was dead now.

Suddenly the door was pushed open. Cheng Min came in with servants holding all kinds of women’s clothing and entered Leng Yihuang’s cloakroom.

Though taken aback, instinct told her that all those clothes were for her.

With just one glance, she saw that they were all luxury brands which she wouldn’t hope to own even in her wildest dreams.

Cheng Min ordered the servants to clear up the cloakroom. She planned to pretend that Lin Xiaomi wasn’t there, but when her gaze fell upon her swollen lips which could only be caused by passionate kisses, she was suddenly overwhelmed by an unexplainable sense of jealousy.

“Madam, Young Master had all these bought specially for you. It seems that it’s the first time that you ever saw so many luxury items in your whole lifetime, but please don’t appear to be so shocked as it’ll disgrace Young Master. As long as you stick to Young Master, you’ll live a wealthy life beyond your imagination. Whatever you want, just move your lips and you’ll get it.”

Lin Xiaomi listened to Cheng Min’s sarcastic remarks in disgust, but she knew it full well that she was just jealous of her.

Lin Xiaomi curled her lips, “I’m so fortunate to marry such a good husband, but unfortunately, Stewardess Cheng, you’re not that lucky. We should all learn to be content with what we have. As long as you don’t think about what doesn’t belong to you, you’ll eventually get the happiness that you deserve.”

Being mocked in front of so many servants, Cheng Min was put on the spot. She walked over with her face turning pale, “If I were you, I wouldn’t get too complacent. There’s a saying called ‘Extreme joy begets sorrow”. I believe you know what it means.”

Lin Xiaomi looked dazed, “The truth is I don’t really know what it means. Let me give one example and you can tell me if I understand it correctly or not. Stewardess Cheng, take you for example, you were like a tyrant in this house, but ever since I got married to your master, you can’t do whatever you want anymore. Does that explain what it means by ‘Extreme joy begets sorrow’?”

Lin Xiaomi blinked her eyes innocently.

Not expecting their madam to be so straightforward, those servants all burst into laughter.

Cheng Min glared at them and all of them turned their heads in fear and started to put away whatever was in their hands. And they all looked terrified.

Lin Xiaomi watched all that with detachment. The servants in this house were terribly scared of Cheng Min. That meant that she meant something to Leng Yihuang.

She was married to their master and that made her of higher status than Cheng Min, but they were actually more intimidated by Cheng Min.

“Your good days won’t last long.” Cheng Min glared at her. She was never talked like that before.
