College Campus:
Many students gathered to collect their mark sheet from the college office while discussing their future plans with each other.
Kunal entered the college office to collect his result when Prof. Kumar called him to congratulate him for securing the 2nd rank in board exams.
"Congratulations!! Kunal "
"Thank you, sir " answered Kunal with a light smile.
"You deserve it, hard work always pays off " Prof. Kumar praised him with a smile. " So, what are your future plans? Have you decided which college you want to join for Bachelor's degree? "
"Not yet, I still have three weeks to decide before the admission rounds will start," Kunal said. Class 12th result has been announced so it's time for the students to chose their major for graduation that also depends on their score of the entrance examination and interviews processes conducted by some prestigious colleges for admissions.
At the same time in Sharma Mansion:
Bang!!..
Bang..he was trying to break the door in front of him but of no use.
"Mom, she is not opening the door and we are getting late...", "MOM!!!..." he shouted till his mother hurriedly climbed the stairs reaching the door and pushing him aside "Don't tell me you both are again fighting!!, what did you do?" she asked he son while raising her right hand to knock the door.
Suddenly the door opened and one hand came from inside and pulled Mrs. Sharma inside the room. After sometime door opened Mrs. Sharma walked out, door locked again before he could enter or see inside. Mrs. Sharma glanced at her son before she left.
"Mom...what happened?!!" he cried while looking at her back.
He started to get a headache it's been three hours since he was standing outside running out of patience, he took deep breaths and again asked calmly "Please...at least open the door." again knocked the door few times than looking at his watch he asked leaning at the door
"Hey...Are you coming or not?" he waited for a reply but no one answered him. Today they have to collect their results from their college but Manya refused to go with Yuvraj. He had no idea why she refused and what happened that she is not even talking to him. Everything was normal yesterday they had dinner together with their few friends and everything seems to be fine.
Two hours later, Yuvraj is still standing
outside the door. His mother and father are already gone to their respective daily works. Only Yuvraj and Manya are present in the house with few servants. College office will be closed at 5 p.m looking at a time again he knocked the door again and said " If you don't want to come then it's okay...I will collect the mark sheet for both of us. Please come out have the lunch, you didn't have your breakfast".There was pin-drop silence on both sides of the door. After half an hour later he walked towards his room to pick the bike key and his wallet and left the mansion.
It's already 4 o'clock when he reached the college campus and straight headed towards the college office to collect their results, after getting his mark sheet he asked the office assistant "Sir, I also want to collect the result of Manya Rajan on her behalf ".College assistant gave him a glance and answered "You should ask her to personally come and collect her result we cannot hand other's results to anyone and, of course, you cannot sign the register on her behalf. " Yuvraj wanted to say something but before he could open his mouth, suddenly the phone on the table rang and assistant answered the phone call. It was a short conversation but as soon as he put down the phone he stood up and left the office. Yuvraj looked at his mark sheet and walked out of the office. As he stepped out he heard a loud commotion near the stairs against the entrance of the college building.
"Hey, everybody look...who's here....."
"Finally... our college topper is here.."
"Yeah...Finally!!" replied Priya.
