Preeti paid all her attention towards Manya and she was expecting from her , that she will invite her to eat or chat with them , so she patiently waited for the invitation. After ,few days passed by and she became impatient when Manya didn't invite her even after giving her hints.
Manya ignored her hints thinking that ' Why should I invite her when I don't even know her properly? And she even proposed to Yuvraj in front of everyone which he turned down and how weird it would be for him to eat with the person he rejected just a week ago..' while Yuvraj's comfort was her only priority above anything.
Meanwhile Preeti witness them interacting everyday and they were always very caring to each other and she felt jealous of her but at same time ,by judging Yuvraj's behaviour towards , she was clear about one thing that Manya was very important to him or even more than a friend and she was not that dumb to harm her because she was afraid if she did something and by any chance Yuvraj knows about that then.... She have a very strong feeling that I'll be the worst thing happened to her and she didn't even dared to imagine the outcome so she played safe.
Preeti was friends with the student who were the incharge of the cultural events. So she requested her friend to increase the workload of Manya so that she'll be busy and Yuvraj and Manya won't be able to hangout together at least she won't see them together.
As the incharge of the event increased her work and there was only three days left for there event so she immersed herself more in the work and Yuvraj had a hard time to convince her to eat once she was so stubborn that he had to carry her out of the activity center. Seeing her negligence towards her food because of work load as he can't afford to take any kind of risk regarding her health so he decided to help her while managing his own workload and Manya also agreed to him without any hesitation as they can spend more time together.
Finally, Manya finished her task in time with the Yuvraj's help and the result were even more better than she imagined. While looking at their work , she was fully satisfied with their teamwork and she rewarded Yuvraj's help by kissing him on his Cheek's and Yuvraj gladly accepted the reward given by her.
When Preeti saw her kissing Yuvraj she was not able to control her anger and wanted to strangle her but for now, Yuvraj was standing beside her so she controlled her anger and planned to humiliate Manya.
On the last day of the events, the schedule was like this, in the morning there was prize distribution for the winners of the Cultural and Techfest events and at the evening there was singing competition followed by the live concert.
As Yuvraj won all the events he participated and some of them are group events and for Manya , She also won all the events she participated.
After the results everyone started to discuss that Manya won the events because Yuvraj is her friend and he helped her. They started to compare them together saying that Yuvraj is the best and he should be friends with someone more deserving than Manya.
Concluding that he should left her and should not waste his precious time with her and few of them even dared to voice there opinions out loud which made everyone present there to doubt her ability.
As these words registered in Yuvraj's mind his eyes turned extremely cold and he glared at them as everyone shut there mouth as they didn't dared to utter there opinions under his ferocious gaze.
Only Yuvraj and Manya knows how he helped her without using his brain as he only followed her direction while doing what she told him to do , without doubting her abilities he did what she asked him to do. To think of that, it was all her own idea.
Yuvraj was extremely furious so he grabbed Manya's wrist without hurting her , just to control his anger . He was so angry that he didn't bother about anyone and burst out infront of everyone.
He was so full of rage with the thought that if they don't know how he helped her!! and with their own baseless assumptions they started to voiced their opinions on their friendship. How could he tolerate something like that. Now they reacted beyond their limits. How did they dared to doubt her abilities?. And in the rage he challenged anyone who doubt her ability to compete with her and if she lost he'll accept what they said. Manya felt the heat emitting from his body though the hand on her wrist and she witness everything with her eyes filled by the shock seeing his rage. She had never seen him acting so impulsively as he alway likes to handle every matter calmly.
After that Yuvraj pulled her with him and both of them left the college without attending the singing competition. On that day , Manya had a hard time to coax Yuvraj until his rage cooled down after her many attempts.
After that day they never got themselves involved in any of the activities as they don't even required to do that .They just wanted to make some friends and enjoy there college life. As they invested that time in a much more interesting and better work.
